Matthew 23:11 (KJV); But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
The world’s view of greatness is often contrary to how God defines greatness. It is God’s view of greatness that Christ reveals to us in our theme scripture.
Greatness in the kingdom of God is defined by service. In the realm of God, we descend to the top.
This truth is displayed throughout the life of Christ. When He walked on the surface of the earth, He served God and men. In Mark 10:45, the Bible says that the son of man did not come to be served but to serve. In 1 Corinthians 9:19, Paul, following the same example, says, “For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them.”
It is through service that we are elevated. Many people get it wrong by assuming that they first have to be elevated before they serve. They want to be promoted and after being promoted, they will serve. That is how tyrants are born. A tyrant is nothing more than a man who did not serve his way to the top, so he finds it easy to abuse his place of authority because he has not been put through the process that makes great men humble.
Forget about the titles. God does not reward us based on our titles, He rewards us based on our faithfulness in our service. Be available to make the burdens of your leaders and those around you easier. Serve. It is the mark of a great man.

PRAYER: My Father, I thank You for Your Word. I thank You for the work of Your Spirit in me. I walk by the wisdom of the meek, and exercise it in how I serve in the areas that You have appointed me. Lord, I do not seek honour, accolades, badges or medals. It does not matter if no camera or spotlight will ever find me in the places of my labour. For me, the ultimate contentment is that I serve none other than the Most High God. I thank You for the immeasurable privilege of calling You master, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Obukulu mu bwakabaka bwa Katonda bunnyonnyolwa na buweereza. Mu nsi ya Katonda, tukkirira okwambuka ku ntikko.
Amazima gano geeyoleka mu bulamu bwa Kristo. Bwe yatambula ku nsi, yaweereza Katonda n’abantu. Mu Makko 10:45, Baibuli egamba nti omwana w’omuntu teyajja kuweerezebwa naye okuweereza. Obukuru omu bukama bwa Ruhanga nibushobororwa okuheereza. Omunsi ya Ruhanga, nitushuuma ahaiguru.
Amazima aga nigorekwa omu magara ga Kristo. Kuyabaire nagyenda omunsi, akaheereza Ruhanga n’abantu. Amazima ganu nigarorwa buli hamu omu bwomezi bwa Kristo. Obuyayomiire omu nsi enu, akahereza Ruhanga hamu n’abantu. NJIA NYINGINE YA KUWA MKUU

Mathayo 23:11 (KJV); Naye aliye mkubwa wenu atakuwa mtumishi wenu.
Mtazamo wa ulimwengu wa ukuu mara nyingi ni kinyume na jinsi Mungu anavyofafanua ukuu. Ni mtazamo wa Mungu wa ukuu ambao Kristo anatufunulia katika andiko letu kuu.
Ukuu katika ufalme wa Mungu hufafanuliwa na huduma. Katika ufalme wa Mungu, tunashuka kwenda juu.
Ukweli huu unaonyeshwa katika maisha yote ya Kristo. Alipotembea juu ya uso wa dunia, Alimtumikia Mungu na wanadamu. Katika Marko 10:45, Biblia inasema kwamba mwana wa Adamu hakuja kutumikiwa bali kutumikia. Katika 1 Wakorintho 9:19, Paulo, akifuata mfano huo huo, anasema, “Maana, ingawa nimekuwa huru kwa watu wote, nalijifanya mtumwa wa wote, ili nipate watu wengi zaidi.”
Ni kwa njia ya huduma ambayo tunainuliwa. Watu wengi hukosea kwa kudhani kwamba kwanza wanapaswa kuinuliwa kabla ya kutumikia. Wanataka kupandishwa cheo na baada ya kupandishwa cheo, watahudumu. Hivyo ndivyo wadhalimu wanavyozaliwa. Beauty is a powerful force in the conversion of human convictions. Many people are enticed by what they see with their eyes as beautiful. The devil exploits this human weakness with unimaginable glee because it is what he used against Eve in the garden of Eden and it worked. In Genesis 3:6, when she looked at the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, one of the reasons she ate the forbidden fruit was because the tree was pleasant to the eye.
The life of every child of God must be hedged. This was God’s great concern in Ezekiel 22:30. The Bible says, “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”
The conscience is the part of you that hears God. It is important to exercise yourself to ensure that it is void of offence.
The name Enoch, in Hebrew, is translated to mean, “dedicated.”
There are many kinds of deaths in the Christian faith. It is not merely the physical death where the man’s heart stops beating and all his vital organs cease to function. Death in the Bible is a much broader concept.
The Hebrew word, ‘walked’ as used in our theme scripture is ‘halak.’ Halak is translated to mean, among other things, to die.
There are men in this present world who assume that they can do whatever they want to do with whomever they want to do it. They do not understand that men’s actions are driven by the influence of a spirit, either one of light or of darkness.
Many theological hairs have been split over the subject of free will. Numerous theses have been written on the topic and so have various expositions. However, our theme scripture reduces it to its greatest simplicity.
Freedom in the body of Christ has been defined in various ways, such as freedom from demonic oppression, poverty or disease. 
Church history is filled with accounts of men that did great and mighty exploits for the Lord. There are stories of great revivals where many experienced the outpouring of the Spirit of God like never before: the Welsh revival of 1904-1905, the Azusa street revival of 1906, and the 1909 Chile revival that spread in the Americas, Africa and Asia.
We are in a dispensation in which God is pouring out knowledge into the spirits of men more than ever before. God expects us as a generation to know more than the men of the Old Testament did. He expects that we understand Him more than Peter, Paul or James did.
