Apostle Grace Lubega
John 8:32 (KJV); And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Freedom in the body of Christ has been defined in various ways, such as freedom from demonic oppression, poverty or disease.
It is possible for someone to be delivered from demonic oppression and not be free; to receive a financial breakthrough or be healed of disease and still be bound by the devil.
Why is this so? Because true freedom does not have to do with our state in life, which state may be manifested through a healthy body, successful marriage or material possessions. Freedom has everything to do with one’s knowledge. When the Bible says that knowing the truth makes you free, it also inversely implies that not knowing the truth keeps you in captivity and bondage.
Now then, true freedom is when God gives you the grace to access the revelation of Jesus Christ at any time.
It is freedom for God to open the Word to you so that it ceases to be merely chapters and verses but the life of the Spirit.
It is freedom when God can reveal insights into His person regardless of where you are; whether you are having a meal with your family, seated in a meeting with colleagues or travelling home from your workplace.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for the priceless gift of Your Word. It is my firm foundation and the anchor of my soul. I thank You for the Spirit of revelation that daily unveils the mysteries of light unto me. My heart is yielded to these convictions regardless of where I am and what I am doing. I place no limit to Your liberty to speak to me and teach me, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
