John 15:2 (NKJV); Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
Pruning is a form of consecration by God. The first thing that He consecrates is your will.
No man that is pruned by God is a drifter, doing as he pleases and going where he wishes. A pruned Christian is one whose will has been sanctified by God. This sanctification subjects the will of that man to the will of God.
Burdened by the implications of His coming death, Jesus in Luke 22:42 cries, “Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” This was the heart of a man who had been pruned by God. His life was not about the suffering ahead of Him but about God’s desires and purposes.
In John 21:18 (NIV), Christ extends this same lesson to Simon Peter and says, “Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.”
When your will is consecrated to God, you are preserved from the mistakes that many make in pursuit of their own selfish lusts and desires. This pruning by God preserves you on the course of your destiny because He takes you where He wants you to go, with people He wants you to be with, doing the things that He wants you to do.

Okusalira ngeri ya kwawulibwa Katonda. Ekintu ky’asooka okwawula kwe kwagala kwo.
Tewali muntu Katonda gw’asalidde mmomboze, ng’akola nga bw’ayagala era ng’agenda gy’ayagala. Omukristaayo asaliddwa y’oyo okwagala kwe okutukuziddwa Katonda. Okutukuzibwa kuno kuteeka okwagala kw’omuntu oyo wansi w’okufugibwa kw’okwagala kwa Katonda.
Nga azitowereddwa ebyo ebyali bijja olw’okufa okwali kumulinze, Yesu mu Lukka 22:42 akaaba, “Kitange, bw’oyagala, nzigyaako ekikompe kino: naye si nga nze bwe njagala, naye ky’oyagala ggwe kikolebwe.” Guno gwe gwali omutima gw’omuntu eyali asaliddwa Katonda. Obulamu bwe tebwali ku kubonaabona okwali mu maaso Ge naye okwagala kwa Katonda n’ebigendererwa Bye.
Mu Yokaana 21:18 (NIV), Kristo ayongera okusomesa Simooni Petero essomo lyerimu era nga agamba, “Ddala ddala nkugamba nti Bwe wali omuvubuka, weesibanga n’ogenda gy’oyagala yonna: naye bw’olikaddiwa, oligolola emikono gyo, omulala alikusiba, alikutwala gy’otoyagala.”
Okwagala kwo bwe kuba nga kwawuddwa eri Katonda, okuumibwa okuva eri ensobi abangi ze bakola nga banoonya okululunkana n’okwegomba kwabwe okw’obwannakyemalira. Okusalira kuno okwa Katonda kukukuuma mu lugendo lw’amagenda go kubanga Akutwala w’ayagala ogende, n’abantu b’ayagala obeere nabo ng’okola ebintu by’ayagala okole.

Yohaana 15:2 (NKJV); Buri itaagi eriri omuriinye, eritaana byana, aritemaho; kandi buri itaagi eryana ebyana, arisharira ngu rikizeho kwana.
Okusharira n’omuringo gw’okushoroorwa Ruhanga. Ekintu eki arikubanza kushoroora n’okukunda kwaawe.
Tihariho muntu orikusharirwa Ruhanga ngu n’ekizengyerezi, orikukora ebi arikusiima kandi akaza ahu arikwenda. Omukristaayo oshariire n’ogwo ou okukundakwe kweziibwe Ruhanga. Okwezibwa oku, nikuta okukunda kw’omuntu ogwo ahansi y’okukunda kwa Ruhanga.

Okusemezebwa guli mulingo gw’okwezebwa Ruhanga. Ekintu ky’okubanza ekyayeza kuli kugonza kwawe.
Busaho muntu ogu asemezibwe Ruhanga ali museereezi, kukora okwa kugonza hamu n’okugenda hali akugonza. Omukristayo asemeziibwe niwe ow’okugonza kwe kwezeibwe Ruhanga. Okwezebwa kunu kuteeka okugonza kw’omuntu ogu kuba nikw’orobera okugonza kwa Ruhanga.

If you want to produce fruit in any area of your life, expect to be pruned by God. 
The spiritual realm is synchronised for any man who has learnt how to abide in God and to stay consistently present to Him.
Abraham was faced with a serious dilemma, which was a result of his decision to have a child outside the plan that God had for his life.
Sometimes, when people feel delayed in particular aspects of their lives, they are tempted to compromise in order to obtain the things they long for.
In this world, ministries, careers, families and even entire nations are shipwrecked at the sea of bad decisions. 
When the Lord instructs you, it is important that you conceive the instruction the first time that it comes. When you do, you will avoid many unwanted delays on the path of destiny.
When God first appeared to Abraham, He promised to make him a great nation. It went without saying that this great nation would be as a result of Abraham’s seed. It meant that even though Abraham was at the time childless, God had it in His plan to give him a son.
Paul, by his own admission, was not an excellent speaker. In 2 Corinthians 11:6 (NIV), he says, “I may indeed be untrained as a speaker but, I do have knowledge.” He did not have the power of prose to stand on as an attraction to men.
In our theme scripture, Paul writes to the Corinthians reminding them that his preaching was not done with the enticing words of man’s wisdom.
