The Doctrine Of Repentance: By His Blood Alone

Apostle Grace Lubega
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without the shedding of blood is no remission (Hebrews 9:22)
Repentance is not about telling God how sorry you are for something you have or might have done. The Greek word metanoeo for repent means changing one’s mind.
Being sorry does not purchase eternal justification or forgiveness. Some Christians still think that when they go to God and say: ‘I am sorry I did this…I am sorry I did that…’ then God forgives them. No!
Our theme scripture says that without the shedding of blood, there is no remission. Aphesis, the Greek word for remission, means forgiveness or pardon of sins. When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, they did not run to God and say sorry. In fact, they were on the defensive. But blood was shed to cloth them. This was the very first act of grace we see by the scriptures.
The blood that bought our forgiveness was shed once. The Bible says it purchased our eternal salvation (Hebrews 5:9) and saved us to the uttermost [entirely, completely, perfectly] (Hebrews 7:25).
Now, understand that this does not mean that a Christian should never be regretful when he makes a mistake. But, when he is sorry and regretful without the understanding of the blood that purged and purified him, the Bible calls that ungodly sorrow; and that, it does not lead to true repentance (2 Corinthians 7:9-10).
Ungodly sorrow removes the power of the blood of Christ and replaces it with the level of one’s brokenness and sense of guilt to win forgiveness from God.
FURTHER STUDY: Matthew 26:28, Romans 3:25
GOLDEN NUGGET:
Ungodly sorrow removes the power of the blood of Christ and replaces it with the level of one’s brokenness and sense of guilt to win forgiveness from God.
PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your mercies that overflow over me every morning. I thank you for the cross and the sacrifice of Calvary that bought my eternal salvation. Your blood purged me as white as snow. I am perfect, spotless and blameless in your sight. I walk in this understanding every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

If we live in the spirit, let us also walk in the spirit (Galatians 5:25)
The Bible says that now that we live in the spirit, walk also in the spirit. Functioning in the world of spirits requires an activation of all our spiritual senses. That is the place God has called us to.
Commonly, what many people have been exposed to is sight and hearing. But in that world, you can taste, touch, smell, feel, hear, and see. Nothing effects the anointing like a man relating with God by his spiritual senses.
However, if your spiritual senses are active yet you cannot reconcile the same activities with your intellect, you fall short of judgment.
The judgments of God are revealed when one applies their intellect to decode spiritual senses and when the two are reconciled, divine purpose is served.
There are people whose senses are active spiritually but they do not exercise wisdom. For example, he might see in the spirit that a man is cheating on his wife and then declare it publicly or see that one is struggling with a perverse weakness and say it out loud for all to hear. He might see that one is struggling with witchcraft at the hand of an auntie then reveal who the auntie is and break up a family.
As a pastor, you might receive a message from God but if your congregation is not spiritually stable or mature enough to take it, wisdom should teach you to reserve it for a time appointed.
FURTHER STUDY: Philippians 1:10, Proverbs 4:7
GOLDEN NUGGET:
The judgments of God are revealed when one applies their intellect to decode spiritual senses, when the two are reconciled, divine purpose is served.
PRAYER: Father, thank You for this great word. It works mightily in me to exercise wisdom even as I walk in the spirit. By this, I can never stumble men by my experiences. My experiences are for the edification of the church. This maturity qualifies me to walk in even deeper places in You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Apostle Grace Lubega
And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth and such as are in the sea and all that are in them heard I saying, ‘Blessing and honour and glory and power be unto him that sitteth upon the throne and unto the Lamb forever and ever (Revelation 5:13)
Worship is not about voices; it is about sound in the spirit. That is what makes the distinction between a singer and a worshipper. Your sound in the spirit is what distinguishes you.
When a man worships purely by voice and not sound, they will not be heard in the spirit. They can be loud on the earth yet silent in the spirit.
It is important for the worshipper to seek a place of clarity in spirit regardless of silence in the physical realm. In such a place, you minister to multitudes even outside the circumference of the people you can see physically.
Our theme scripture reveals that John worshipped and he was heard by every creature in heaven, earth, under the earth and in the sea. Romans 10:18 speaks of an experience where the sound of certain men went into all the earth and their words unto the end of the world.
The true sound of worship calls for the amplification of sound outside the boundaries of what we behold physically. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: John 4:23-24, Revelation 5:14
GOLDEN NUGGET:
It is important for the worshipper to seek a place of clarity in spirit regardless of silence in the physical realm. In such a place, you minister to multitudes even outside the circumference of the people you can see physically.
PRAYER: God I thank You for Your word, it launches me into a deeper realm of worship. In this mind and understanding, I minister to multitudes. My sound goes out to every creature on the earth, to heal, to deliver, to set free, to cause principalities to bow, to break chains, to restore, to rejuvenate, to resuscitate, to make a way where there is no way, to bring hope where there is no hope, to cause deserts to blossom. To the glory of your name. Amen!

Apostle Grace Lubega
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife and were not ashamed (Genesis 2:24-25)
The oneness of flesh that follows a man leaving his father and mother to join his wife appoints a kind of ‘nakedness’. It means that you do not get into marriage with your guard up and with walls several storeys high around your heart.
There are many people who have gotten into marriage with this attitude and it broke them and their marriages.
It is common practice for a man to be secretive about his life, his finances or his past and the same is with women. There is no ‘nakedness’ in these marriages but secret after secret because of the absence of trust. This ought not to be so. Secrets can destroy marriages.
Every married couple should know that it is maturity to own the weakness (past or present) of your spouse and stand with them through it. Believe in your spouse, don’t judge them, pray for them. You were not called to change them, they are God’s business to fix, after all, He is the God of all flesh.
There is a kind of nakedness that caused Adam and Eve to hide from the sight of God because they were ashamed (Genesis 3:10). However, this particular nakedness in our theme scripture that is explained in the context of husband and wife ought not to bring shame for they were naked and not ashamed. It is the true foundation of trust and love. Hallelujah!
FURTHER STUDY: Ephesians 5:22, Proverbs 31:11-12
GOLDEN NUGGET:
Every married couple should know that it is maturity to own the weakness (past or present) of your spouse and standing with them through it. Believe in your spouse, don’t judge them, pray for them. You were not called to change them, they are God’s business to fix, after all, He is the God of all flesh.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this wisdom; it works in my marriage to build it into one of trust and genuine love. The heart of my spouse safely trusts in me and he or she has no need of spoil. I can never take secrets entrusted to me and use them to destroy. My marriage is founded on love and mutual respect. It will always stand on this foundation. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

PEPITE D’OR :

Amen.

Apostle Grace Lubega
And when the Lord saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb but Rachel was barren (Genesis 29:31)
Rachel had good reason to resent and dislike her sister. After all, she was meant to be Jacob’s only wife but her sister was forced into the picture.
But our theme scripture is clear:God opened Leah’s womb not for any other reason but that she was hated. Not because she prayed too much, not because she fasted for children but simply because she was hated.
In fact, Rachel’s first child, Dan, was not the fruit of her womb. When her maid had a child, she said, ‘God has judged me and has also heard my voice and given me a son’ (Genesis 30:6). But that was not necessarily true because she was still barren.
Why does the judgment of God take this pattern? Regardless of the down turn of your marriage, never let hate dictate your attitude. There are couples that have allowed hate to destroy and consume them; for example, they hate their step children.
The greatest test for any man or woman is to love step children. It is a hard place for anyone to be in.
But there is a reason why mistreated step children often succeed more than some biological children: It is the judgments of God opening wombs in the face of hatred.
This does not in any way mean that it is okay for a spouse to have children outside marriage or have another partner. That is ungodly and extremely wrong but if you are in that unfortunate state, never let spite and hate consume you.
If you do, it will destroy you and will destroy what is left of your marriage. You will be ‘barren’ because nothing grows in the ground of hate but many things blossom in the ground of love.
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Corinthians 13:8, Hebrews 12:15
GOLDEN NUGGET:
Regardless of the down turn of your marriage, never let hate dictate your attitude. If you do, it will destroy you and will destroy your marriage. You will be barren because nothing grows in the ground of hate but many things blossom in the ground of love.
PRAYER: Father I thank You for my marriage; it is blessed, it is the testimony of trust, love and honour. Hate can never be the attitude I adopt to any challenges. I choose love because it never fails and always prevails. I thank You that by this wisdom, my marriage shall never fail. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Apostle Grace Lubega
Nevertheless, the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity (2 Timothy 2:19).
Revelation 7:1-8 gives an account of the sealing of the children of Israel. These are named as Judah, Reuben, Gad, Aser, Nephtalim, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zabulon, Joseph and Benjamin. However, when you study Genesis, you realize that Manasseh was a grandson of Israel and not necessarily a son.
In the sealing explained in revelation, Dan, a son of Israel is replaced by Manasseh. Why was this so?
The Hebrew name for Dan is translated to mean a judge. When Israel is blessing his children, he says of Dan, ‘he is a serpent by the way, an adder in the path that bites the horse’ (Genesis 49:17). Manasseh on the other hand means forgetting.
This means that judgment is forgotten in the sealing of those that are of God.
Our theme scripture explains this seal; God knows them that are His.
There are men who know God and there are men who are known of God. When a man is known of God and bears His seal, that man is beyond any man’s judgment.
There are men in this world that no one has the authority to judge. That is why Paul says: he that is spiritual, judges all things yet he himself is judged of no man (1 Corinthians 2:15). He also says:, ‘with me, it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you or of any man’s judgment (1 Corinthians 4:3).
The primary distinction of a man sealed by God is that he is not subject to the judgments of men. Such a man knows nothing of himself (1 Corinthians 4:4). To judge him is to judge God.
FURTHER STUDY: Genesis 30:6, Genesis 49
GOLDEN NUGGET:
The primary distinction of a man sealed by God is that he is not subject to the judgments of men. To judge him is to judge God.
PRAYER: Father, I am grateful for Your Word. I know You and I am known of You. I carry the seal of God, the distinctive mark of a man anointed by God. I know nothing of myself. You have consumed my reality and everything about me. I ceased and now You are. I walk in this understanding and glory every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

PEPITE D’OR :
Amen.

Apostle Grace Lubega
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist. (1 John 4:1-3)
Firstly note that not everything preached on the pulpits is the truth. And also, not every man who stands to speak in the name of God is sent of Him.
Discernment of spirits is the personal responsibility of every child of God. It is maturity to be able to distinguish between one who speaks by the spirit of truth and the one who does not.
Whereas a child feeds on everything, it is maturity to choose what you eat because you have understood the value of whatsoever is set before you.
This is not a call for religious and spiritual paranoia but rather the understanding that not every man who stands to speak in the name of God does so by the Spirit of God.
Our theme scripture gives a clear benchmark of how to make this distinction.
Take prophecy for example: what makes a prophet true is not if his prophesy came to pass because even the spirit of divination is accurate yet not true.
Prophesies may also change because a man of God may deliver a prophecy and the recipient like King Hezekiah, turns to the wall and prays and God reverses it (2 Kings 20:1-5).
A prophet may also see in part and not in full (1 Corinthians 13:9). It does not mean that they are false, it only means that they are still growing in the understanding of the fullness of how the world of spirits functions.
Sometimes he/she might see ‘below the sword’ and not above it yet he is ministering to a man who functions ‘above the sword’ like Prophet Agabas to Paul (Acts 21:11).
What makes a prophet true is the exposition of Jesus Christ as he is revealed in the word of truth. The Bible says that the testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:10).
It says that every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist.
It is with this maturity that Paul says that as long as a man preaches Christ, celebrate him. (Philippians 1:18)
FURTHER STUDY: 1 Timothy 4:1, John 16:13
GOLDEN NUGGET:
Discernment of spirits is the personal responsibility of every child of God. It is maturity to be able to distinguish between one who speaks by the spirit of truth and the one who does not.
PRAYER: Thank you for this Word my Lord. I am born of truth and can recognize it when I hear it. I know how to separate the precious from the vile. I know the scriptures and understand the power of God. As such, I can never error. I walk, live, speak and act by the spirit of truth. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

(Philippiens 1:18)
ETUDE COMPLEMENTAIRE : 1 Timothée 4:1, Jean 16:13
PEPITE D’OR :
Amen.

Apostle Grace Lubega
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight (Hosea 6:2)
It is one thing to touch a generation, it is another to change it.
If we minister and only touch men’s lives, we produce the results of revival. When we minister enough to change lives, we do not only produce the results of revival but we revive men by the power of God.
As a minister of the gospel, people always come to me and ask for healing, deliverance or prophecy about something concerning their lives. These can be effects of revival in a land.
But I always wonder, if all these things were given to these individuals and, if they got those jobs, cars or business deals, would they return to the presence of God? What would bring them back to Him?
If God gave you everything you have ever wanted, would you still seek Him?
In our theme scripture, the Bible speaks of what the true experience of revival ought to be. Revival does not come to your spirit so that you can get more money, a finer marriage, healing of a disease, deliverance or accumulate greater material things. These things are not bad in themselves but there is more to revival than that.
Men are revived so that they may live in the sight of God. That is true revival. Hallelujah.

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Revival does not come to your spirit so that you can get more money, a finer marriage, healing of a disease, deliverance or accumulate greater material things. Men are revived so that they may live in the sight of God.
PRAYER: Father, I am so thankful for this knowledge. It births in me an understanding of true revival. My desire is only for You. My mind is awakened, my spirit is rejuvenated, my eyes are opened , and my hearing is sharpened. As my heart continues to pant after You, I am established into deeper experiences of You. In Jesus’ name Amen.

Apostle Grace Lubega
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together and were confounded because, that every man heard them speak in his own language (Acts 2:4-6)
Child of God, the grace by which you minister to ten people is not the same grace as that by which you minister to a hundred people.
Similarly, the grace by which you minister to a thousand people is not the same grace as that by which you minister to a million people. The greater the number of people, the greater the demand on your spirit as a minister.
This is not only as regards the men that stand on the pulpit to preach; it goes to the worshipper, the usher, the one handling finances and, to everything that pertains to service and ministry in the house of God.
If the circumference of your influence in the spirit is to increase, you must learn to provide for it. God demands a certain space and place in your spirit that allows room for Him to minister through you to greater multitudes. But the delusion I have seen is of men ministering to thousands under the cover of a man who has provided for such numbers and those men thinking that by that alone they are qualified to minister to those thousands.
Our theme scripture reveals that each disciple spoke in a given tongue, yet any man outside regardless of his language could understand him. One tongue translated into Parthian, Medes, Elamites, Mesopotamia, Judea, Pontus etc.
This is a kind of grace in God that enables a man to minister to every individual even as he ministers to multitudes.
FURTHER STUDY: Philippians 1:19, 1 Corinthians 12:7
GOLDEN NUGGET:
If the circumference of your influence in the spirit must increase, you must have learnt to provide for it. God demands a certain space and place in your spirit that allows room for Him to minister through you to greater multitudes.
PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for this knowledge that teaches me to provide for increase and expansion in the spirit. I know that You have called me to greatness, to do mighty exploits and to minister to multitudes. I walk by the patterns and principles by which men increase and as I do, the circumference of my influence in the spirit grows and increases every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

And Moses rose up and his minister Joshua: and Moses went up into the mount of God. And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and behold Aaron and Hur are with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them. And Moses went up into the mount and a cloud covered the mount (Exodus 24:13-15)

In our theme scripture, the Bible says that when Moses was called up into the mount of God, Joshua went with him and a cloud of the glory of the Lord covered the mount. The question is; in this kind of atmosphere, what ministry did Joshua have to Moses? How do you minister or serve a man in such a realm?
In this dimension, Joshua is not simply carrying his man of God’s rod or keeping him company on the mountain. This is a deeper level of ministering to a man of God.
What qualified Joshua to follow Moses into the atmosphere of glory yet Aaron the priest and the elders were left behind?
Joshua was a lover of God’s presence. The Bible speaks of how he never departed out of the tabernacle (Exodus 33:11). Because of these things, he came to understand the rules of the sanctuary. These rules of the sanctuary draw a certain order in worship.
When you minister to a man of God with the understanding of the rules of the sanctuary, ministry ceases to be a duty or an obligation. Church services cease to be a succession of program after program. Ministry at this level is defined by the atmosphere of glory that all must walk into because they are approved of God.
FURTHER STUDY: 2 Chronicles 5:13, Romans 12:7
GOLDEN NUGGET:

PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this knowledge on what makes a minister. My service is not just physical but it is in spirit because I have learnt to wait on You. Anything I do in service is an overflow of my ministry toward You and Your ministry toward me. I have understood true ministry in the sanctuary, that tabernacle that was not built by men but by God. I am intimately acquainted with its minister, my Lord Jesus Christ. I walk in this revelation every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen

PEPITE D’OR :

And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat? We remember the fish which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers and the melons and the leeks and the onions and the garlic: But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna before our eyes (Numbers 11:4-6)
The children of Israel got to a point where they complained about being given manna from heaven every day. But the truth is that there was a lack of appreciation for what was so freely given simply because they were not digging in the wilderness.
Sometimes people “play” in the gospel because they are given too much and yet the ministers cannot stop because they are mandated by God to give eternal mysteries.
The Bible speaks of Jeshurun who waxed fat and he kicked because he forgot the Lord his God that made him great and lightly esteemed the rock of his salvation (Deuteronomy 32:15).
While some people might wax fat on material wealth, it is possible to wax fat on knowledge and forget God because by its nature, sometimes knowledge can puff up a man (1 Corinthians 8:1).
God wants you to desire for more, not to allow yourself to be too full to receive because in the matters of access to the things of the Spirit, no man can ever have enough of God. Praise Him!

And thou Capernaum which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works which have been done in thee had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day (Matthew 11:23).
The Bible says that when Moses saw the Christ, he refused to be called the son of the daughter of Pharaoh (Hebrews 11:24). He chose to die to a certain life so he could live unto God.
God has manifested Himself to us by many infallible truths. But have these caused us to yield to Him? That is what Jesus is referring to in our theme scripture.
The men of Capernaum saw the mighty works of the Christ but still did not believe or follow after as they ought.
While many are dying in one sphere for lack of knowledge, there are those who are dying because they don’t submit wholly to what is revealed.
Faith comes by hearing the Word, yet the abundance of knowledge has not provoked them to believe God as they should.
Today, miracles are so common place that men devalue their importance. But every manifestation of the power of God is designed to elevate a believer to trust in God for greater and more eternal things.
That is why unbelief becomes sin to God because whatsoever is not of faith is sin (Romans 14:23).
FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 4:2, Hebrews 11:6
GOLDEN NUGGET:
Every manifestation of the power of God is designed to elevate a believer to trust in God for greater and more eternal things.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for Your Word. It opens my eyes to behold the extreme importance of eternal things. I can never take the manifestation of Your power and Your presence for granted. I choose to believe. I dare to believe. I stand firmly in faith as You work mightily through me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
