John 1:12-13(KJV); But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
I have known Christians who shy away from being recognised as Born Again. They cannot boldly claim so because they associate some form of stigma to who they are in God.
What a tragedy!
How can you be ashamed of carrying the life of God? How can you be ashamed of not being born of flesh and blood but the will of God? How can you be ashamed of being the temple of God? How can you be ashamed of having the same power that raised Christ from the dead? How can you be ashamed of being under a new covenant, of being a new creature in Christ, of the fact that old things are passed away and the new has come and all things are of God? How?
Be proud to be Born Again!
Say it with boldness, speak and confess it without apology.
It is who you are. Wear it as a badge of honour.
Understand that because you are born again, you are set apart, sanctified, peculiar and different!
It cost God His son to make you so; it took the shedding of divine blood to make you so; it took God becoming flesh to make you so; it took Him humbling Himself to the cross to make you so.
Embrace your identity with all the dignity and enthusiasm it deserves.

Proverbs 21:1(KJV); The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
The heart of every king is in the hand of the Lord. This is not merely a reference to the kings of this world. This is a reference to you who has been ordained as a king by God(Revelation 1:6).
In Psalm 33:16, He says that no king is saved by a multitude. A king is only saved by God.
If then a king is saved by God and the king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, it means that He saved you to lead you.
As a leader in whichever sphere of influence the Lord has ordained for you, you must be conscious of the fact that you are not your own.
You are in that position by God and for God. That is why a godly leader can never pursue selfish gain because His heart is in the hand of God.
God does not elevate us for our sake alone. He elevates us so that He can establish divine purpose through us.
He doesn’t expect ungodly compromise because you are the centre of too many demands. Your heart is in His hand.

Revelation 1:6(KJV); And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
God calls you a king. If you are a king, then without a doubt, you have a realm over which you exercise your kingship.
In Romans 5:17, He says that those who received grace and the gift of righteousness reign in life by Jesus Christ.
He cannot say that you reign without you having a territory over which you reign.
This territory is your spiritual sphere of influence that is eventually manifested in the physical realm.
All forms of authority start from the spirit world before they become a reality in the material world.
If a man seeks authority in the physical realm without understanding spiritual territories, his leadership will always be short-lived. His star may shine but only for while.
If you must reign in the world of business, understand the realm of kingdom business. If you must reign in the world of innovation and technology, understand the spiritual realm of innovation and invention.
Most importantly, as a king ordained by God, you have your realm. You have been called to rule and not merely to follow.
Seek acquaintance with your spiritual circumference of influence because when you do, you will rule in the world of men.
God’s name be praised!

Your vision is your inheritance; what you see is what is yours. He told Abraham, whatsoever you see, I will give unto you. If Abraham had seen only East, he would have received only East. If he had seen only West, he would have received only West.
In Deuteronomy 29:29, the Lord says, “The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.”
Revelation is a form of spiritual sight. It means that what you see in God will affect your entire lineage. God blessed the lineage of Abraham because of what He saw in God. God blessed the lineage of David because of what He saw in God.

Proverbs 19:11(AMP); Good sense makes a man restrain his anger, and it is his glory to overlook a transgression or an offense.
In this world, as surely as the sun rises and sets, as certainly as day follows night, you will get offended by someone. People will offend you deliberately or by mistake. Some will offend you by design and others will offend you simply because they cannot help themselves.
It is amazing how people react when they get offended: they quit jobs, leave ministries and walk out of relationships they have built for years.
If you are the kind of person who gets offended easily, in a fit of temper or while chafing from bruised sensibilities, you will find yourself making decisions that will divert the entire course of your destiny.
In a world full of offence, you must develop some missionary skin. When you are offended, consider it as a test from God: of your character and of your ability to endure the shortcomings in human behaviour and ability.
A mature minister can still love even when deeply offended.
Like our theme scripture reveals, there is a glory that follows a man or woman who can overlook a transgression or an offence.
Yes, they said vile stuff behind your back, overlook it. Indeed, someone connived against you and made you look bad before the bosses, don’t make it your new life ambition to give them a taste of their own medicine.

GOLDEN NUGGET: In a world full of offensive people, you must develop some missionary skin. There is a glory that follows a man or woman who can overlook a transgression or an offence.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this Word. I live my life with the wisdom of the mature, to rule my spirit and never let the sun go down on my anger. The love that endures all things is greatly at work in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalm 119:17(KJV); Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
Our Lord is a God of bounty.
If you are a Christian with a mentality for small things, you need to change your mindset.
God is bountiful in His blessings; bountiful in His provisions; bountiful in how He increases us; bountiful in how He multiplies us and bountiful in how He promotes us.
His servants of old expected this from Him. You too should be expectant of His generosity towards you.
When you believe God for something, don’t believe for a small breakthrough or for part deliverance.
God does not do anything by halves. When He saves, He saves to the uttermost (Hebrews 7:25). When He blesses, He does so without reservation.
In Romans 8:32, the Bible says, “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?”
He is unsparing in providence, extreme in grace and mercy.
That is our God! Seek Him in this understanding. Go boldly to the throne with this knowledge.

John 6:44(AMP): No one is able to come to Me unless the Father Who sent Me attracts and draws him and gives him the desire to come to Me, and [then] I will raise him up [from the dead] at the last day.
The most defining experience of our Christian faith must be understood from the grace that invited us. The life of salvation is an invitation.
We were invited into a life of mercy; invited into a life of prayer; invited into a life of health; invited into wealth; invited into divine experiences and invited into continuous increase.
As such, a Born Again Christian cannot claim that he cannot pray because, through salvation, God invited him into a life of prayer. The grace to pray is available.
A believer cannot fail to fast, to give, to live in holiness, or to extend mercy and forgiveness because the Father’s invitation at the point of salvation suffices and defines all the other invitations in Christ.
By this very invitation is the grace that causes us to do as He wills.

GOLDEN NUGGET: The life of salvation is an invitation. A believer cannot fail to fast, to give, to live in holiness, or to extend mercy and forgiveness because the Father’s invitation at the point of salvation suffices and defines all the other invitations in Christ. By this very invitation is the grace that causes us to do as He wills.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this Word. I thank You for your sacred invitations, to the places that You draw me and the realities in which You launch me. My Spirit is open to Your leading , anytime and anywhere. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Acts 11:26(KJV); And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
Antioch was the centre of much teaching. It was at Antioch that the disciples were first called Christians (Christ-like).
The commandment of Christ in the great commission was, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”(Acts 1:8).
However, before one can get to Judaea and the uttermost parts of the earth, one needed Antioch because it was the place of much teaching. It was at Antioch that we see prophet preachers and teachers who commissioned Paul (Acts 13:1 MSG).
What this means to any minister of the gospel is that when men are filled with the Holy Spirit (Jerusalem), we expose them to doctrine. They are taught the fundamentals of the faith, the doctrine of His grace, the person of the Holy Spirit and so much more.
After they are taught, then they can be commissioned to Judaea, Samaria and the rest of the world.
When men skip Antioch(teaching) and commission themselves as preachers simply because they are filled with the Holy Spirit, it means that they are half baked labourers in the fields of divine purpose.
By wrong doctrine, they may destroy not only themselves but many others.
Every minister must appreciate the importance of teaching and being taught. It is the first stepping stone of strong and lasting ministry.

Antiyokiya ye yali ensibuko y’okusomesebwa okungi. Yali Antiyokiya abagoberezi we baasookera okuyitibwa Abakristayo (abafaanana nga Kristo).
Etteeka lya Kristo mu kutumibwa okw’omulimu omunene ogwaweebwa ekkanisa lyali, “Naye muliweebwa amaanyi, Omwoyo Omutukuvu bw’alimala okujja ku mmwe, nammwe munaabanga bajulirwa bange mu Yerusaalemi ne mu Buyudaaya bwonna ne mu Samaliya, n’okutuusa ku nkomerero y’ensi.”(Ebikolwa by’Abatume1:8).

安提阿是许多教学的中心。正是在安提阿,门徒第一次被称为基督徒(像基督)。

Ephesians 4:11(KJV); And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Each of the spiritual offices has been called to teach.
You cannot be an apostle and not be able to teach the doctrine of Christ. You cannot build a ministry on prophecy without the teaching of the Word. You cannot be an evangelist who cannot teach.
Christ was an apostle, a prophet, a pastor and an evangelist. What did He do through most of His ministry? He taught.
Acts 13:1(MSG) amplifies this truth. The Bible says, “The congregation in Antioch was blessed with a number of prophet-preachers and teachers: Barnabas, Simon, nicknamed Niger, Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen, an advisor to the ruler Herod, Saul.”
Paul calls himself an apostle and a teacher of the Gentiles(1 Timothy 2:7).
The same way the Bible speaks of Prophet preachers and teachers, understand that there are apostolic teachers, evangelistic teachers and pastoral teachers.
Regardless of your office, remember that your primary mandate is not merely to prophecy or plant churches, it is to teach the doctrine of Christ.

Ephesians 4:11-14(KJV); And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Growth and maturity in the spiritual office in which God has called you is dependent on the doctrine you listen to.
This is why our theme scripture points out that the purpose of the offices is to ensure that men mature to the level where they do not become victims of the winds of doctrine.
Doctrine is not subject to any individual office but Christ.
Infact, its proper to say, offices are subject to and mandated to teach the same doctrine.
And the only one and true doctrine is that of Christ, and not of any man.
Christ is the Chief Apostle, the Spirit of prophecy and True Prophet, the Good Shepherd and Pastor, the Greatest Evangelist who commissioned us to the world.
If a pastor teaches the right doctrine, an apostle will grow under his ministry. If a prophet teaches the right doctrine, an Evangelist will grow under his ministry.
If our doctrine places Christ and not men or their individual offices at the centre of its teaching, the apostle, the prophet, the pastor or the evangelist will grow unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of CHRIST and the completeness found in Him.

John 16:13(KJV); Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Every New Testament believer has access to the realm of God. As long as you have the Spirit of God, you have the ability to see things to come.
For long, the church has eroded this line of access by claiming that it is only available to prophets or special men of God.
As a result, Christians flock the offices of men of God to know what is to come concerning their finances; what is to come concerning their relationships; what is to come concerning their businesses or what is to come concerning their families.
Must you depend on another man to show you what is to come when you have the Spirit of God who is the custodian of your past, present and future?
Why not build a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit who knows all things and is ready and eager to reveal your future at no cost?
This does not mean that the prophetic office is non existent or useless.
You must understand that the New Testament prophet can only confirm what the Holy Spirit has already revealed to you. Because He is the Spirit of truth, expect no lies or concocted stories about your destiny.

Ephesians 4:11-12(KJV); And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
I have heard a fallacy in Christian circles to the effect that an apostle can only grow under an apostle, a prophet under a prophet and a pastor under a pastor.
This is not true, beloved saint.
I have known apostles who have grown under prophets and prophets who have grown under apostles. On the other hand, there are prophets who have failed to grow under prophets and pastors who have failed to grow in pastoral ministries.
In the New Testament, apostles were raised by prophets and prophets were raised by apostles. In Acts 13:1-3(MSG), we see prophet teachers commissioning the apostle Paul and Barnabas. Agabus, the prophet, was raised by apostles. Phillip did not claim the prophetic office but his daughters were prophets( Acts 21:9).
We cannot use Old Testament teachings where prophets sat under prophets to define the New Testament church. Spiritual identity is not tagged to the offices under which men sit; it is in the person of the Holy Spirit.
No man makes you an apostle, a prophet or pastor. Only the Spirit does. You are CALLED as an apostle, a prophet or a pastor. It is not the design of the man under whom you sit.
Get rid of the mentality that an apostle should sit under an apostle or a pastor should sit under a pastor. These spiritual offices were meant for the body and not for individual callings.
God did not make you an apostle so that you can grow apostles. He called you an apostle, prophet or pastor so that you EDIFY THE BODY OF CHRIST.
His name be praised!
