2 Corinthians 9:7 (NKJV); So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
God takes no pleasure in cheerless giving.
He instructs each one of us to give as he purposes in his heart.
Giving then is a heart issue; it is not a mental issue.
We do not give to God simply because our minds have been convinced; we give because our hearts are CONVICTED to do so.
When He speaks of purpose, understand that the conviction to give comes from the revelation of God’s purpose.
A man who grumbles about giving has not understood divine purpose.
A cheerful giver understands the great mandate of the Church.
A cheerful giver beholds the vision of what God is doing in his generation and seeks to be part of it.

Deuteronomy 15:6 (KJV); For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow, and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.
Some Christians believe that being wealthy amounts to wickedness.
To think this way is to think as a fallen man.
God boasted over Job’s righteousness, claiming that there was none more upright than him. This same Job was very rich and the greatest man in the whole of the east (Job 1:3).
Abraham was righteous before God, and the Bible described him as “extremely rich” (Genesis 13:2).
These examples and our theme scripture indicate that God expects Christians not only to be wealthy but to have the sort of wealth that impacts nations.
In Ecclesiastes 9:16 the Bible says that a poor man’s wisdom is despised and his words are not heeded. If you are poor, you will never be positively influential because no one will respect your wisdom no matter how great it is.
There is no glory in poverty. The poor, through no fault of their own, are regarded with contempt when they speak.
Wealth, on the other hand, positions you in places of authority. It makes you a voice of counsel and an influencer of influencers.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I live conscious of the fact that You have called me to be wealthy and have influence over nations. I yield to this truth by choosing to understand that You have blessed me with an abundance of wealth through Christ. This wealth leaves a footprint on nations, to the glory of Your name, Amen.

Kumbukumbu la Torati 15:6 (KJV); Kwa kuwa Bwana, Mungu wako, akubariki, kama alivyokuahidi; nawe utakopesha mataifa mengi, lakini wewe hutakopa; nawe utatawala juu ya mataifa mengi, lakini hawatatawala juu yako.
Baadhi ya wakristo wanaamini kwamba kuwa tajiri hupelekea uovu.
Kuwaza hivi ni kuwaza kama mtu aliyepotea.
Mungu alijisifu juu ya ukamilifu wa Ayubu, akidai kwamba hakuna mwingine mnyoofu zaidi yake. Ayubu huyu alikuwa tajiri sana na mtu mkuu kuliko wote wa upande wa mashariki (Ayubu 1:3).
Abrahamu alikuwa mkamilifu mbele za Mungu, na Biblia ilimtaja kuwa “tajiri wa kupindukia” (Mwanzo 13:2).
Mifano hii na andiko letu la mada linaonyesha kwamba Mungu hatarajii Wakristo si tu wawe matajiri bali wawe na aina ya utajiri unaoathiri mataifa.
Katika Mhubiri 9:16 Biblia inasema kwamba hekima ya maskini hudharauliwa na maneno yake hayasikilizwi. Ukiwa maskini, kamwe hutakuwa na ushawishi chanya kwa sababu hakuna mtu atakayeheshimu hekima yako hata iwe kubwa kiasi gani.
Hakuna utukufu katika umaskini. Maskini, bila kosa lao wenyewe, huonekana hawafai wanapozungumza.
Utajiri, kwa upande mwingine, hukuweka katika nafasi za mamlaka. Inakufanya kuwa sauti ya ushauri na mshawishi wa washawishi.

Ecclesiastes 9:11 (KJV); I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.
The world is not a meritocracy.
From a young age, it is drilled into the minds of children that the harder they work and the better they perform in school, the more successful they will be.
This is not entirely true. I have seen very hard workers living in poverty. Some men with impressive educational backgrounds have no jobs.
I do not intend to devalue hard work or good grades. These are very important.
However, one does not become wealthy through hard work and impressive grades alone.
When our theme Scripture says “bread” is not to the “wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding but time and chance happeneth to them all”, we understand that there is higher wisdom and revelation required for one to succeed in life.
The Hebrew translation for “time” in our theme Scripture is “experiences”. “Chance” means the power of opportunity available by the Spirit.
Maximise every spiritual experience you receive; milk it of all that it can give you.
Sharpen your spiritual antenna to recognise divine opportunities the moment they come to you.
This wisdom builds and creates wealth.

Ensi tiy’obwingana.
Kuruga omu myaka mito, abaana bato nibegyesibwa ngu kubarikukora munonga nari bakashoma gye omu eishomero, nibazakugogyeera munonga.
Eki tikyo kyonka ekihikire. Ndeebire abarikukora munonga bari abooro. Abantu abamwe abashomire gye tibaine mirimo.

Mhubiri 9:11 (KJV); Nikarudi, na kuona chini ya jua, ya kwamba si wenye mbio washindao katika michezo, wala si walio hodari washindao vitani, wala si wenye hekima wapatao chakula, wala si watu wa ufahamu wapatao mali, wala wenye ustadi wapatao upendeleo; lakini wakati na bahati huwapata wote.
Dunia si sehumu watu hupata mamlaka kwa sababu ya ubora wao.
Kuanzia umri mdogo, huingizwa katika akili za watoto kwamba kadiri wanavyofanya kazi kwa bidii na wanavyofanya vizuri shuleni, ndivyo watakavyofaulu zaidi.
Hii si kweli kabisa. Nimewaona wachapakazi sana wakiishi katika umaskini. Wanaume wengine wenye msingi bora wa elimu hawana kazi.
Sina nia ya kushusha thamani ya kufanya kazi kwa bidii au alama nzuri. Haya ni muhimu sana.
Walakini, mtu hawi tajiri kupitia kufanya kazi kwa bidii na alama za kuvutia peke yake.

Proverbs 22:3 (KJV); A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.
A prudent man foresees evil and hides.
But how exactly is he hidden?
In Psalm 31:20, the Bible says, “Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.”
What hides the prudent man from evil is the presence of God.
This means that men who have cultivated a habit of dwelling in the presence of God and have built a consistent life of communion with the Lord are hidden by Him.
The presence of God is the secret place the Bible refers to in Psalm 91. The man who dwells in this place abides under the shadow of the Almighty.
Tragedy, accidents and constant afflictions tend to make a permanent address in the lives of people who do not know how to consistently keep in prayer.
The more time you spend in the presence of God, the more you are hidden from the attacks of the enemy and their consequences. Even if they dared to come against you, they can never destroy you.

Hii ina maana kwamba watu ambao wamekuza tabia ya kukaa katika uwepo wa Mungu na wamejenga maisha thabiti ya ushirika na Bwana wamefichwa naye.
Uwepo wa Mungu ni mahali pa siri Biblia inarejelea katika Zaburi 91. Mtu anayekaa mahali hapa anakaa chini ya uvuli wa Mwenyezi.
Misiba, ajali na dhiki za mara kwa mara huelekea kufanya makazi ya kudumu katika maisha ya watu ambao hawajui jinsi ya kudumu katika maombi.

In our theme scripture, the Hebrew word ‘raah’ for foreseeth is translated to mean among other things, to consider or observe.
This is in the sense of inspecting something. As such, a prudent man considers or observes an evil thing and hides.
If you can inspect something, it is slower than you. For example, you cannot observe, consider or inspect a fast-moving car; it must be stationary or move in slow motion for you to do so.
In the same manner, any attack against you is slower than you.
You can see it coming and do something about it. By this wisdom, you are always ahead of the enemy regardless of how much he plots and schemes against you.
We easily hide from evil because we are quickened beings; we are never slow to respond to events in the realm of spirits.

Romans 1:16-17 (KJV); For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Why does the Bible say that the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith?
When you understand the doctrine of righteousness, you grow in faith.
The more conscious you are of the righteousness you have in Christ, the easier it is to believe Him.
Understanding righteousness removes the limitations from your mind that God is unable to work through you.
Some people think they cannot heal, deliver, cast out demons or do anything great for God because they are sinners. That is a limitation. A man who understands the doctrine of righteousness knows that nothing stops the God in him from doing His work.
He is bold in faith and thus, bold in action (Proverbs 28:1).

Kwa nini Biblia inasema kwamba haki ya Mungu inadhihirishwa kutoka imani hadi imani?
Unapoelewa fundisho la haki, unakua katika imani.

Kuelewa haki huondoa mipaka katika akili yako ambayo Mungu hawezi kufanya kazi kupitia wewe.

Hebrews 11:39-40 (AMPC); And all of these, though they won divine approval by [means of] their faith, did not receive the fulfillment of what was promised, Because God had us in mind and had something better and greater in view for us, so that they [these heroes and heroines of faith] should not come to perfection apart from us [before we could join them].
The Church of Christ is meant to move from glory to glory(2 Corinthians 3:18). God does not expect us to function by the same glory that Elijah, Elisha, Moses, David and all the great men of old functioned by.
Our theme scripture is a clear testimony of this fact.
The Bible reveals that even when He anointed the great men and women of old, He had us in mind with something better and greater in view for us.
This means that when Moses was parting the sea, God had you in mind and knew that you would do something greater than parting a sea.
When Elisha made an axe to float and his bones raised a dead man, God had you in mind and knew that there was a greater glory for you to live by.
The testimony of these men cannot be perfected without us. This perfection comes when we understand that we are expected to do greater and mightier things.
As long as we think that we can only do less or that we cannot measure up, the perfection in our theme scripture will never be achieved.
Today, I dare you to believe that this is our testimony.

This means that when Moses was parting the sea, God had you in mind and knew that you would do something greater than parting a sea. USHUHUDA WETU
Kanisa la Kristo limekusudiwa kutoka utukufu hadi utukufu (2 Wakorintho 3:18). Mungu hatarajii tutende kazi kwa utukufu ule ule ambao Eliya, Elisha, Musa, Daudi na watu wakuu wote wa kale walifanya kazi nao.
Andiko la mada yetu ni ushuhuda wazi wa kweli hii.
Biblia inafunua kwamba hata alipowatia mafuta wanaume na wanawake wakuu wa kale, alituwazia jambo lililo bora na kuu zaidi kwa ajili yetu.
Hii ina maana kwamba Musa alipokuwa akigawanya bahari, Mungu alikuwazia na alijua kwamba ungefanya jambo kubwa kuliko kuitenganisha bahari.
Elisha alipofanya shoka kuelea na mifupa yake kumfufua mtu aliyekufa, Mungu alikuwazia na alijua kwamba kuna utukufu mkuu zaidi wa wewe kuishi nao.
Ushuhuda wa watu hawa hauwezi kukamilishwa bila sisi. Ukamilifu huu unakuja tunapoelewa kwamba tunatarajiwa kufanya mambo makubwa na yenye nguvu zaidi.
Maadamu tunafikiri kwamba tunaweza kufanya kidogo tu au kwamba hatutoshi, ukamilifu katika maandiko yetu ya mada hautapatikana kamwe.
Leo, ninakuhimiza kuamini kwamba huu ni ushuhuda wetu.

Psalm 71:18 (KJV); Now also when I am old and greyheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
In the Bible, there is no account of events between the book of Malachi and Matthew. This period is often referred to as the 400 silent years.
Were there men and women of God in that time? Yes. Was there the worship of God at that time? Yes.
Despite this, God did not find it important to inspire the recording of 400 years worth of human history.
What a tragedy!
Four hundred years is not just one or two generations, it is more than 10 generations. In the eyes of God, each subsequent generation within these 400 years had nothing significant to eternity to pass on to the next generation! The men and women who lived in this time did not even deserve a footnote in the pages of history.
That cannot be our legacy child of God!
We cannot be a generation that leaves no mark! We cannot lack any ancient oil to pass on to subsequent generations! We refuse that legacy!
Like David, we declare that as a generation, we shall have a message for the generations that follow.

Zaburi 71:18 (KJV); Na hata nikiwa mzee na mwenye mvi, Ee Mungu, usiniache. Hata niwaeleze watu wa kizazi hiki nguvu zako, na kila atakayekuja uweza wako.
Katika Biblia, hakuna simulizi la matukio kati ya kitabu cha Malaki na Mathayo. Kipindi hiki mara nyingi hujulikana kama miaka 400 ya kimya.
Je, kulikuwa na wanaume na wanawake wa Mungu wakati huo? Ndiyo. Je, kulikuwa na kuabudu Mungu wakati huo? Ndiyo.
Licha ya hayo, Mungu hakuona umuhimu wa kuhamasisha kurekodiwa kwa historia ya wanadamu yenye thamani ya miaka 400.

Huo hauwezi kuwa urithi wetu mwana wa Mungu!

Acts 17:27 (KJV); That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
Present-day theology tends to teach about a God who is far from men. Some schools of thought paint Him as an absentee landlord, detached from the comings and goings of His creation.
But that is not the truth as presented in the scriptures.
Our theme scripture makes it very clear that God is not far from each of us. We do not seek a God who has distanced Himself from humanity and has placed obstacles to keep from being found.
By the work of Christ at Calvary, the Lord eliminated any distance between Him and man. He is not high up in the heavens while men are down below on the earth. He is the God in us and with us. In Matthew 28:20, He assures us that He is with us always even unto the end of the world.
You must live your life with the consciousness of the God in you and the God with you. We pray, serve and give Him our all with the knowledge that He is near.

Theolojia ya siku hizi inapendelea kufundisha kumhusu Mungu aliye mbali na wanadamu. Baadhi ya mafundisho haya yanamchora kwa taswira ya mwenye nyumba asiyekuwepo, aliyejitenga na shughuli za uumbaji Wake.
Lakini hii si kweli kama inavyoonyeshwa katika maandiko.
Andiko letu kuu linaweka wazi kabisa kwamba Mungu hayupo mbali na kila mmoja wetu. Hatumtafuti Mungu aliyejiweka mbali na wanadamu na kuweka vizuizi ili asipatikane.
Kwa kazi ya Kristo pale Kalvari, Mungu aliondoa umbali wowote kati Yake na mwanadamu. Yeye hayuko juu mbinguni huku wanadamu wakiwa chini duniani. Yeye ndiye Mungu ndani yetu na pamoja nasi. Katika Mathayo 28:20, anatuhakikishia kwamba yuko pamoja nasi siku zote hata ukamilifu wa dahari.
Ni lazima uishi maisha yako ukiwa na ufahamu wa Mungu aliye ndani yako na Mungu pamoja nawe. Tunaomba, tunamtumikia na kumpa yote yetu tukijua kwamba yupo karibu.

Acts 10:34 (KJV); Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
God is no respecter of persons.
We live in a world that tends to categorise people as capable and incapable; those worth taking note of and those whom destiny has frowned upon and undeserving of a second look.
But throughout the scriptures, God has proven to us that He can use anyone to leave His mark on the world.
He is not deterred by your family background, skin colour, bank balance, moral history, height, size, language or education. To Him, these are merely elements and they always melt in the light of His glory and grace.
God used David, a shepherd boy, to lead Israel. He used Joseph, a foreigner away from home in Egypt. He used fishermen and tax collectors to turn the world upside down. He used Paul, a man with blood on his hands to lay the foundation of the New Testament.
What is your excuse, child of God? Is it your lineage, bloodline, race, or history of consistent failure and disappointment?
Paul comforts us in this regard when he says, “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;” (1 Corinthians 1:26-27).
God wants to use you, you must dare to believe Him.

Mbwenu noyekwatsaki, mwana wa Ruhanga we? N’oruganda rwaawe, obukomoko bwaawe, nari oku otwiire nogwa kandi orikuremwa?

John 1:17 (KJV); For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
The Church of Christ must understand the stark differences between the law and grace.
One of these differences is explained in our theme scripture.
The law was given by Moses. God excluded Himself from the equation. When it came to grace, He gave Himself because grace and truth CAME BY JESUS CHRIST.
In extending grace to the world, God made Christ the object of grace. Grace and Christ cannot be separated.
Jesus Christ is the grace of God.
In every discussion of the doctrine of grace, Christ is the central theme and character.
When we say we are saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8), it means we are saved by Christ. When we say the grace of God labours in us (1 Corinthians 15:10), we mean that Christ labours in us.

Yohana 1:17 (KJV); Kwa kuwa torati ilitolewa kwa mkono wa Musa; neema na kweli zilikuja kwa mkono wa Yesu Kristo.
Kanisa la Kristo lazima lielewe tofauti kubwa kati ya torati na neema.
Mojawapo ya tofauti hizo imefafanuliwa katika andiko letu.
Torati ilitolewa na Musa. Mungu alijitenga na mlinganyo huu. Ilipokuja kwa neema, Alijitoa Mwenyewe kwa sababu neema na kweli ILIKUJA NA YESU KRISTO.
Katika kueneza neema kwa ulimwengu, Mungu alimfanya Kristo kuwa chombo cha neema. Neema na Kristo haziwezi kutenganishwa.
Yesu Kristo ndiye neema ya Mungu.
Katika kila mjadala wa fundisho la neema, Kristo ndiye mada kuu na mhusika mkuu.
Tunaposema tumeokolewa kwa neema, (Waefeso 2:8) ina maana tumeokolewa na Kristo. Tunaposema neema ya Mungu inafanya kazi ndani yetu (1 Wakorintho 15:10), tunamaanisha kwamba Kristo anafanya kazi ndani yetu.

Ephesians 3:17-19 (KJV); That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.
Christ dwells in you by faith.
Have you ever deeply thought about this truth or is it one of the passing statements you make because you have heard it over and over again in Christian circles?
When the Bible says that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, it means that we should never doubt that Christ is in us and for us.
There are many circumstances in life whose sole aim is to question whether Christ dwells in you. You must be rooted in the strong and firm belief that He indeed lives in you.
When trouble comes, ask, “Is Christ in me?” We never cower in the face of adversity because we know that the stronger one is inside us.
If you understand this reality, you cannot even sing songs such as ‘cast me not away from your presence.’ He is in you and He is for you.
Arise to this consciousness. If you are at work, sit at your office desk with this awareness. Go about your daily business with this reality planted deep in your heart.

Abefeeso 3:17-19 (KJV); Nukwo Kristo aikale omu mitima yaanyu habw’okwikiriza; ngu inywe, muhamiziibwe kandi musimbirwe omu kugonza, musobole kukwata hamu n’abarukweera boona obugazi, kandi obura, kandi noburaira okusirimuka hansi, kandi noburaira okugya haiguru; Kandi mumanye okugonza kwa Kristo, okwo okuhingura okumanya, nukwo inywe musobole kwijuzibwa okwijura kwoona okwa Ruhanga.
Kristo aikara omuli’nywe habw’okwikiriza.
Wakagendaga hara omukutekereza hali amananu ganu oba kiri kimu ha bigambo ebirabaho burabaho ebyobaza habwokuba obihuliire kumara akasumi karaira nobigarukanganizamu omukwetoroora kunu okw’obukristaayo?
Ebaibuli obwegamba ngu Kristo aikara omu mitima yaitu habw’okwikiriza, kikumanyisa ngu tutali gurukya gurukya ngu Kristo ali omuli’twe kandi habwaitu.
Haroho embeera nyingi omubwomeezi ezibaho kandi ekigendeerwa kyazo kiri kyo’kukaguza malikwo Kristo aikara omuli’we. Oteekwa kuba ohamiire omumaani kandi onyweziibwe omukwikiriza ngu mananukwo Yesu ayomerera omuli’we.
Emitalibaine obweija, kaguza, “Kristo ali omuli nyowe?” Itwe titutiina tiina omumaiso g’emitalibaine habwokuba tukimanyire ngu owamaani kukiraho ali omuli’twe.
Obwoyetegereza amazima ganu gonyini, tosobora gonze kuzina ebizina binu nka ‘otambinga kuruga omukubaho Kwawe [[ cast me not away from your presence]].’ Uwe ali omuli’we kandi habwawe.
Imuka oyemeera hali entekereza enu. Obworaaba oli hamulimo, ikaara omaiso gemeeza yaawe n’okumanya kunu. Genda omaiso n’emirimo yaawe eyabulikiro n’amananu ganu gasimbirwe omunda muno omumutima gwawe.

EKIKURU MUBYOONA: Ebaibuli obwegamba ngu Kristo aikara omu mitima yaitu habw’okwikiriza, kikumanyisa ngu tutali gurukya gurukya ngu Kristo ali omuli’twe kandi habwaitu.
ESAARA: Taata arukugonza, Nyowe ninkusiima habw’amananu ganu. Webale habwa oha owoli hali nyowe. Nyowe ndi mwikiriza kandi nkimanyire Iwe okozere amaka Gaawe omuli nyowe. Tiharoho mbeera ekusobora kunyebesa amananu ganu. Nyowe nyomeera habw’amazima ganu, okwikya nigo kandi okwatura nigo, buli kiro kyobwomeezi bwange, omu ibara lya Yesu, Amiina.

Waefeso 3:17-19 (KJV); Kristo akae mioyoni mwenu kwa imani; ili ninyi wenye shina na msingi katika upendo, mpate kufahamu pamoja na watakatifu wote jinsi ulivyo upana, na urefu, na kimo, na kina; na kuujua upendo wa Kristo upitao maarifa yote, mjazwe utimilifu wote wa Mungu.
Kristo anakaa ndani yako kwa imani.
Je, umewahi kutafakari kwa kina kuhusu kweli hii au ni mojawapo ya semi unazosema na kupita kwa sababu umezisikia tena na tena katika mazingira ya ukristo?
Biblia inaposema kwamba Kristo anakaa ndani ya mioyo yetu kwa imani, ina maana tusiwe kamwe na shaka kwamba Kristo yu ndani yetu na yuko kwa ajili yetu.
Kuna hali nyingi maishani ambazo lengo lake kuu ni kuhoji kama Kristo anakaa ndani yako. Ni lazima ujikite katika imani yenye nguvu na thabiti kwamba hakika anaishi ndani yako.
Shida inapokuja, uliza, “Je, Kristo yu ndani yangu?” Hatuogopi kamwe tunapokabiliwa na magumu kwa sababu tunajua kwamba aliye na nguvu zaidi yuko ndani yetu.
Ikiwa unaelewa ukweli huu, huwezi hata kuimba nyimbo kama vile ‘usinitupe mbali na uwepo wako.’ Yeye yuko ndani yako na yuko kwa ajili yako.
Inuka kwa ufahamu huu. Ikiwa uko kazini, keti kwenye dawati la ofisi yako na ufahamu huu. Nenda kwenye biashara yako ya kila siku na kweli hii ikiwa imepandwa ndani ya moyo wako.

SALA: Baba Mpenzi, Nakushukuru kwa kweli hii. Asante kwa jinsi ulivyo kwangu. Mimi ni mwamini na ninajua kwamba umefanya makao Yako ndani yangu. Hakuna hali inayoweza kunisahaulisha kweli hii. Ninaishi kwa ukweli huu, nauvuta pumzi ya Kweli hii na kuikiri kila siku ya maisha yangu, katika jina la Yesu, Amina.
