Luke 12:48 (KJV); But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
The knowledge that we receive from God comes with a corresponding demand on our spirits.
God does not avail revelation to us for information purposes only, He avails it for manifestation and for creation.
The portals of the spirit have not been opened merely to make “deep men” of us. They have been opened so that we are metamorphosed into living and breathing testimonies of the Word that we have received.
You must understand that heaven expects results from you and that there is a heavier judgment on the man who received the Word in its depth but never showed results for the Word he received.
When a man is exposed to revelation and remains passive in his response to it, such a man does not receive the judgment of the ignorant but of the rebellious.
More than ever before, we must receive with reverence and respond with diligence to what the Lord has correctly called pearls (Matthew 7:6). We must understand that heaven attaches great value to revelation, which value is best demonstrated through the results of the Word in our lives.

Luka 12:48 (KJV); Na yule asiyejua, naye amefanya yastahiliyo mapigo, atapigwa kidogo. Na kila aliyepewa vingi, kwake huyo vitatakwa vingi; naye waliyemwekea amana vitu vingi, kwake huyo watataka zaidi.
MAHITAJI YA MAARIFA
Maarifa tunayopokea kutoka kwa Mungu huja na mahitaji yanayolingana nayo na huyadai kutoka kwa roho zetu.
Mungu hatufaishi ufunuo kwa madhumuni ya habari tu, Anaufaa kwa udhihirisho na kwa uumbaji.
Milango ya kiroho haijafunguliwa ili tu kutufanya “watu wenye kina”. Yamefunguliwa ili tuweze kubadilishwa kuwa shuhuda zinazoishi na kupumua Neno ambalo tumepokea.
Lazima uelewe kwamba mbingu inatarajia matokeo kutoka kwako na kwamba kuna hukumu nzito juu ya mtu aliyepokea Neno kwa kina chake lakini hakuonyesha matokeo ya Neno alilopokea.
Wakati mtu amefichuliwa ufunuo na anabaki katika ukawaida wa majibu yake kwake, mtu kama huyo hapokei hukumu ya wajinga lakini ya uasi.
Zaidi ya hapo awali, lazima tupokee kwa heshima na kujibu kwa bidii kile Bwana ameita lulu kwa usahihi (Mathayo 7:6). Lazima tuelewe kwamba mbingu imeambatisha thamani kubwa kwa ufunuo, nayo thamani inaonyeshwa vizuri zaidi kupitia matokeo ya Neno katika maisha yetu.

UJUMBE MKUU: Lazima tupokee kwa heshima na kujibu kwa bidii kile Bwana ameita lulu kwa usahihi (Mathayo 7:6). Lazima tuelewe kwamba mbingu imeambatisha thamani kubwa kwa ufunuo, nayo thamani inaonyeshwa vizuri zaidi kupitia matokeo ya Neno katika maisha yetu.
SALA: Baba Mpenzi, nakushukuru kwa kweli hii. Najua, kuelewa na kuona jinsi Neno ni la thamani. Siwezi kamwe kuchukua ufunuo kwa wepesi kwa sababu najua ni nguvu Yako ya ukombozi. Ninaishi katika udhihirisho wa kweli yote ambayo ninapokea, kwa utukufu wa jina Lako, Amina.

When Christ approached the fig tree in our theme scripture, its response was contrary to His desire (Mark 11:12-15). He cursed it and it dried up.
When the children of Israel entered the promised land, manna ceased to fall.
There are many people in this world who have been praying in the same manner for years and have never seen fruit or results in their lives but they persist anyway in the mistaken belief that things will change.
God answers prayer. Every time a man’s prayer is not answered, the issue is never with the God to whom he prays but with how that man prayed or the revelation he has about prayer.
In the Old Testament dispensation, sin was the major concern in the relationship between man and God.
The Word of God is the ultimate answer to any circumstance that a man may face. 
The fight between proponents of the doctrine of grace and those of the law is a way issue. In our theme scripture, Paul speaks of how he persecuted ‘this way’. In Acts 9:2, the Bible explains how he had gone to the High Priest, desired him of letters to Damsacus so that if he found any man or woman of ‘this way’ he would bring them bound unto Jerusalem.
Every man in this world has a price tag.
In the previous devotion, we discussed the truth that every nation is under some form of yoke and the fact that as a body of Christ, we have a responsibility to bring nations under the yoke of Christ.
