2 Corinthians 12:10 (KJV); Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
In life, what you may consider ‘lows’ are depths in the mind of God.
Lows are negative situations that Paul names as infirmities, reproaches, necessities, persecutions, and distresses.
Depths are the dimensions in God that define our heights, in the sense that a building’s height is determined by the depth of its foundation.
You may face circumstances that place you at the bottom of a very deep abyss, emotionally, financially or socially.
To many, it may appear as a ‘low’ but to God, it is a depth required to build a stronger foundation for your upcoming success.
When the apostle Paul understood this, he revealed to us that what appeared like weakness was actually strength and boldly said when I am weak, then I am strong.
Similarly, what may appear as failure could be a springboard to catapult you to success; what may seem like regression is God stretching you on his bow of greatness so He can launch you further into destiny.
By this wisdom, I urge you to change your attitude towards any negative situation you may be facing and see it for what it is. God is digging you deeper, so He can take you higher.

GOLDEN NUGGET: Change your attitude towards any negative situation you may be facing and see it for what it is. PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I choose to look at life and circumstances through this lens. I am not a failure and I will never victimise myself. Every crisis I face is an opportunity to be moulded in the patterns of greatness, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Acts 8:18-20 (KJV); And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost. But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.
Simon the Sorcerer was a Christian convert and believer in Jesus Christ (Acts 8:13). However, he did not understand how the kingdom of God works. This is seen from the fact that he attempted to buy the gift of God with money.
Simon’s attitude is not very different from that of some Christians in our day. There are many people whose relationship with God is transactional, one they perceive through the eyes of trade and commerce.
What may appear as prayer, worship, and service is their attempt at buying the gift of God. They may not offer money like Simon did but may offer their time purely in exchange for what God can give them in return.
This has made me understand that selfishness can lead a man into a whole night of prayer. A desire to advance his own needs can make one serve tirelessly. He may do many things for the gospel yet his sacrifice is translated in the realm of the spirit as the act of one trying to buy God’s gifts.
The Apostle Peter explains Simon the Sorcerer’s problem – it was a heart issue. Peter says, “thy heart is not right in the sight of God.” (Acts 8:21).
Child of God, prayer, fasting, and service to God are highly commendable. It is not my intention to undermine their importance but you must examine yourself and ask the genuine question, ‘am I praying, worshipping, and serving God or trying to buy His gifts?’
Only God can reveal to you the true state of your heart. When He does, He mends what is broken, kills what must die, and brings to life what must live. Praise His name!

GOLDEN NUGGET: Your relationship with God should not be transactional. You must examine yourself and ask the genuine question, ‘am I praying, worshipping, and serving God or trying to buy His gifts?’ Only God can reveal to you the true state of your heart.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for the priceless gift of Your Spirit and the immeasurable opportunity to serve You. I do so with a genuine heart because I know that there is no greater privilege than this. I pray, give, fast, and serve in this purity of spirit, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Naye Peetero n’amugamba nti Effeeza yo ezikirire naawe, kubanga olowoozezza okufuna ekirabo kya Katonda n’ebintu.
Simooni omulogo yali akyuse n’afuuka omukristaayo era omukkiriza mu Yesu Kristo (Ebikolwa By’Abatume 8:13). Naye, teyategeera engeri obwakabaka bwa Katonda gye bukolamu. Kino kirabisibwa mu ye okugezaako okugula ekirabo kya Katonda ne ssente.
Endowooza ya Simooni teyawukana nnyo ku y’abamu ku bakristaayo mu nnaku zino. Waliwo abantu bangi ng’enkolagana yabwe ne Katonda ya kuwaanyisa, nga bagirabira mu ndaba ya bya busuubuzi na kugula.
Ekiyinza okulabika ng’okusaba, okusinza n’okuweereza kwe kugezaako kwabwe okugula ekirabo kya Katonda. Bayinza obutawaayo ssente nga Simooni bwe yakola naye bayinza okuwaayo obudde bwabwe mu kuwaanyisa n’ekyo Katonda ky’ayinza okubawamu.
Kino kindeetedde okutegeera nti okweyagaliza wekka kusobola okutwala omuntu mu kiro kiramba eky’okusaba. Okwagala okutuukiriza ebyetaago bye kisobola okuleetera omuntu okuweereza obutakoowa. Ayinza okukola ebintu bingi ku lw’enjiri so nga ssaddaaka ye evvuunulwa mu nsi y’omwoyo ng’omu agezaako okugula ebirabo bya Katonda.
Omutume Peetero annyonnyola ekizibu kya Simooni omulogo – yali nsonga ya mutima. Peetero agamba, “omutima gwo tegutuukiridde mu maaso ga Katonda.” (Ebikolwa By’Abatume 8:21).
Mwana wa Katonda, okusaba, okusiiba n’obuweereza eri Mukama birungi nnyo. Si kigendererwa kyange kunyooma mugaso gwabyo naye olina okwekebera weebuuze ekibuuzo mu bwesimbu, ‘ nsaba, nsinza era mpeereza Katonda oba ngezaako kugula birabo Bye?’
Katonda yekka y’asobola okukubikkulira embeera entuufu ey’omutima gwo. Bw’akola ekyo, atunga awamenyese, n’atta ekiteekeddwa okufa era n’azza mu bulamu ekiteekeddwa okuba ekiramu. Erinnya lye lyebazibwe!

Mwaana wa Ruhanga, okushaba, okusiiba n’okuheereza Ruhanga n’eby’okukorerwa kimwe. Tikigyendererwa kyangye kurabyamu amaisho omugasho gwaabyo kureka oshemereire kweshwijuma kandi okebuuza ekibuuzo, ‘ndiyo ninshaba, ndindamya n’okuheereza Ruhanga nari ningyezaho kugura ebiconco bye?’

ZAWADI ZA MUNGU HAZIWEZI KUNUNULIWA

Matendo ya Mitume 8:18-20 (KJV); Hata Simoni alipoona ya kuwa watu wanapewa Roho Mtakatifu kwa kuwekewa mikono ya mitume, akataka kuwapa fedha akisema, Nipeni na mimi uwezo huu, ili kila mtu nitakayemweka mikono yangu, apokee Roho Mtakatifu. Lakini Petro akamwambia, Fedha yako na ipotelee mbali pamoja nawe, kwa kuwa umedhania ya kuwa karama ya Mungu yapatikana kwa mali.
Simoni Mchawi alikuwa Mkristo aliyeongoka na kumwamini Yesu Kristo (Matendo 8:13). Hata hivyo, hakuelewa jinsi ufalme wa Mungu unavyofanya kazi. Hili linaonekana kutokana na kweli kwamba alijaribu kununua zawadi ya Mungu kwa pesa.
Mtazamo wa Simoni si tofauti sana na ule wa Wakristo fulani katika siku zetu. Kuna watu wengi ambao uhusiano wao na Mungu ni wa kifedha, moja wanaona kupitia macho ya biashara na ununuzi.
Kinachoweza kuonekana kama maombi, ibada na huduma ni jaribio lao la kununua karama ya Mungu. Huenda wasitoe pesa kama Simoni alivyotoa lakini wanaweza kutoa wakati wao kwa kubadilishana na kile ambacho Mungu anaweza kuwapa kama malipo.
Hili limenifanya nielewe kwamba ubinafsi unaweza kumwongoza mtu katika usiku mzima wa maombi. Tamaa ya kuendeleza mahitaji yake inaweza kumfanya mtu atumike bila kuchoka. Anaweza kufanya mambo mengi kwa ajili ya injili lakini dhabihu yake inatafsiriwa katika ulimwengu wa roho kama kitendo cha mtu kujaribu kununua karama za Mungu.
Mtume Petro anaeleza tatizo la Simoni Mchawi – lilikuwa ni suala la moyo. Petro anasema, “Moyo wako si sawa machoni pa Mungu.” ( Matendo 8:21).
Mwana wa Mungu, maombi, kufunga na kumtumikia Mungu ni jambo la kusifiwa sana. Si nia yangu kudhoofisha umuhimu wao lakini ni lazima ujichunguze na ujiulize swali la kweli, ‘Je, ninasali, ninamwabudu na kumtumikia Mungu au ninajaribu kununua zawadi Zake?
Mungu pekee ndiye anayeweza kukufunulia hali halisi ya moyo wako. Anapofanya hivyo, Yeye hurekebisha kile kilichovunjika, huua kinachopaswa kufa na kuhuisha kile kinachopaswa kuishi. Lisifuni jina lake!
MASOMO YA ZIADA: Yohana 4:24, Isaya 55:1
UJUMBE MKUU: Uhusiano wako na Mungu usiwe wa shughuli. Ni lazima ujichunguze na ujiulize swali la kweli, ‘Je, ninasali, ninamwabudu na kumtumikia Mungu au ninajaribu kununua zawadi Zake? Mungu pekee ndiye anayeweza kukufunulia hali halisi ya moyo wako.
SALA: Baba Mpenzi, Nakushukuru kwa kweli hii. Asante kwa zawadi isiyokadirika ya Roho Wako na nafasi isiyopimika ya kukutumikia Wewe. Ninafanya hivyo kwa moyo wa kweli kwa sababu najua kwamba hakuna pendeleo kubwa kuliko hili. Ninaomba, kutoa, kufunga na kutumikia katika usafi huu wa roho, katika jina la Yesu, Amina.

Acts 17: 26-27 (KJV); And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
In Matthew 7:7, the Bible says “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”
While this is an indelible and irrevocable promise of God, not everyone who asks is given, not everyone who seeks finds and doors are not opened for whoever knocks.
Why is this so?
There is a silent instruction in this equation. This instruction is revealed in our theme scripture, which is the instruction to feel after. A new pattern is introduced to us which is, seek, FEEL AFTER, find. Every seeker of God must understand what it means to feel after Him.
Feeling after is when one is so attuned to the heart of God that he knows how He feels about people, their struggles, search for meaning, and ever-changing states.
Imagine for a moment, a relationship without feelings; it would be soulless and roughened by both indifference and insensitivity.
Feeling after God is what stirs compassion in the man who seeks God for a gift of healing and teaches patience to the man who desires God to use him to influence multitudes.
It brings a divine emotional dimension to our relationship with God and ensures that we do not grieve the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30).

Matendo 17:26-27 (KJV); Naye alifanya kila taifa la wanadamu kutoka katika mmoja, wakae juu ya uso wa nchi yote, akiisha kuwawekea nyakati alizoziamuru tangu zamani, na mipaka ya makazi yao; ili wamtafute Mungu, ingawa ni kwa kupapasa-papasa, wakamwone, ijapokuwa hawi mbali na kila mmoja wetu.
Katika Mathayo 7:7, Biblia inasema “Ombeni, nanyi mtapewa; tafuteni, nanyi mtaona; bisheni, nanyi mtafunguliwa.”
Ingawa hii ni ahadi ya Mungu isiyofutika na isiyoweza kubatilishwa, si kila aombaye hupewa, si kila atafutaye hupata na milango haifunguliwi kwa yeyote anayebisha hodi.
Kwa nini iko hivi?
Kuna maagizo ya kimya katika ujumbe huu. Maagizo haya yamefunuliwa katika andiko letu la mada, ambayo ni maagizo ya kuhisi. Mchoro mpya unatambulishwa kwetu ambao ni, tafuta, HISIA, pata. Kila mtafutaji wa Mungu lazima aelewe maana ya kuhisi baada Yake.
Kuhisi baada ya hapo ni wakati mtu anaunganishwa sana na moyo wa Mungu kwamba anajua jinsi Anavyohisi kuhusu watu, mapambano yao, kutafuta kwao kwa maana na hali zinazobadilika kila wakati.
Hebu fikiria kwa muda, uhusiano usio na hisia; itakuwa isiyo na roho na iliyochafuliwa kwa kutojali na kutohisi.
Kumfuata Mungu ndiko kunakochochea huruma kwa mtu anayemtafuta Mungu kwa ajili ya zawadi ya uponyaji na kufundisha uvumilivu kwa mtu anayetamani Mungu amtumie kushawishi umati.
Inaleta mwelekeo wa kihisia wa kiungu kwa uhusiano wetu na Mungu na kuhakikisha kwamba hatumhuzunishi Roho Mtakatifu (Waefeso 4:30).

John 3:5 (KJV); Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Salvation is the greatest miracle. This is why the winning of souls is one of the primary mandates of the Church of Christ.
One of the most indelible marks of a prosperous ministry, one that is in the perfect will of God, is soul-winning.
If a ministry is not winning souls to the Kingdom of God, there hangs a great question mark over its relevance to the eternal plan of heaven and divine purpose.
Indeed, it is godly for the blind to see, the lame to walk, the deaf to hear, for demons to be cast out of the possessed, and for all manner of miracles to happen within a congregation.
However, God can grow a man’s limb but that same man may still not go to heaven. A man might receive his sight only to follow a straight path into eternal damnation.
The Master paints a solemn picture of this truth in Matthew 18:8 when He says that it is better for a man to enter into life maimed than having two hands or feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
Today, I urge you to take the responsibility of soul-winning much more seriously. Let it be a part of your goals, plans, and aspirations. You should not allow a week or month to pass when you have not reached out to a lost soul.
I leave you with the words of the man of God, Charles Spurgeon who famously said, “If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to hell over our dead bodies. And if they perish, let them perish with our arms wrapped about their knees, imploring them to stay. If hell must be filled, let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and let not one go unwarned and unprayed for.”

Okujunwa nikyo ky’okutangaaza ekirikukirayo. Egi niyo nshonga ahabwenki okuburira abantu kujunwa nibwo buvunanizibwa bw’okubanza bw’ekanisa ya Kristo.
Bumwe aha bumanyiso obutarikweeba bw’obuheereza burikugogyeera, oburi omu kukunda kwa Ruhanga okuhikire, n’okuburira abantu kujunwa.

Job 33:15-17 (KJV); In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
When God gives a man instructions through dreams, He opens the ears of the man, places there instruction, and then seals it therein.
He seals the instruction because He does not want you to forget it.
Sadly, many people forget their dreams. Sometimes, these dreams are a matter of life and death. Some dreams fundamentally affect how a person’s marriage shall stand.
This notwithstanding, there are Christians who get out of these dreams and have no clue about what God is saying.
An ardent student of the spirit should be able to question why they would forget their dreams or sometimes why they are not dreaming at all for long periods of time.
No matter how mundane and insignificant a dream might be, you should not forget it. You would rather remember it and decide that it is not significant for you to take a particular action on it.
The principle is that because it is the purpose of God to seal instruction when He causes you to dream, you should not forget your dreams.
This knowledge should teach you to guard the world of your dreams because it is an avenue through which God speaks to men and must not be taken for granted.

When you became a new creature in Christ, you entered into a world of spirits. It is not merely a spiritual world, it is a world of spirits. To call it a spiritual world would imply that the entities therein have a tendency to be merely spiritual yet in fact, every entity in there is by nature a spirit.

Ulipo fanyika kiumbe kipya katika Kristo, uliingia katika ulimwengu wa roho. Si ulimwengu wa kiroho tu; ni ulimwengu wa roho. Kuuita ulimwengu wa kiroho kunaweza kumaanisha kwamba vyombo vilivyomo vina mwelekeo wa kuwa wa kiroho tu lakini kwa kweli, kila kitu ndani yake kwa asili ni roho.
Katika ulimwengu huo, una viumbe kama malaika, ambao ni roho wazuri, mapepo, ambao ni roho waovu na wewe pia, ambaye ni roho.
Cha kusikitisha ni kwamba, Wakristo wengi ambao wamempokea Kristo kama mwokozi wao hawaja elewa kipengele hiki cha maisha yao. Wanapuuza sana ukweli kwamba wao ni roho kwa asili na si wa kiroho kwa mwelekeo tu.
Unapoelewa kwamba wewe ni roho anayeishi katika ulimwengu wa roho, unathamini uhitaji wa kuelewa ulimwengu ambao ulitafsiriwa.
Hekima hii ndiyo inayomfundisha Mkristo kuwa mwanafunzi wa ulimwengu wa roho; kuwa jua wale wa nuru ya uwongo na viwango vyao; kutazama ngome, nguzo na ngome za ulimwengu huo na kuelewa jinsi sheria za ulimwengu huo zinavyofanya kazi kwa sababu ulimwengu wa roho una sheria ambazo ni bora kuliko sheria za ulimwengu wa mwili.

Our theme scripture helps define life at a much higher dimension.
You must understand that God does not want us simply existing. He wants us to be ALIVE UNTO HIM because that is what true living is about.
Being alive unto God is what propels us above the boring, meaningless and mediocre life majority of the people in the world live, to the exciting, purposeful and victorious life we have been called to as children of God.
A man who is alive unto God is continuously conscious of the events, convictions and conversations in the realm of the spirit, which have a ripple effect on things in the physical realm.
A man who is alive unto God never looks at anything on the surface to understand motive, intention and purpose. He is not deceived by the lusts of this world, he is not deterred by his enemies and neither is he blindsided by flattery because he is fixed only to the vision of God and the fulfilment of divine purpose.
At the end of his time on the earth, the testimony of his life will be bigger than the world could give. It will be inflamed with the glory to instruct the generations to come.

Watu wengi katika ulimwengu huu wapo tu. Wakitazama nyuma katika maisha yao na jinsi walivyoishi, kuwepo kwao katika mwili ni jambo pekee wanaloweza kuonyesha kwa siku zao duniani. Kwa hivyo, wanaangukia katika hali mbaya ya wakati na kalamu muhimu ya historia ambayo inakataa kuwahifadhi hata tanbihi katika wasifu wa watu wakuu.
Ni jambo la kusikitisha mwana wa Mungu na lazima ufanye uamuzi kuacha alama yako katika ulimwengu huu.

Mwanadamu aliye hai kwa Mungu huendelea kufahamu matukio, usadikisho na mazungumzo katika ulimwengu wa roho, ambayo yana matokeo yasiyopendeza kwa mambo katika ulimwengu wa kimwili.
Mtu aliye hai kwa Mungu kamwe hatazami kitu chochote juu juu ili kuelewa nia na kusudi. Hadanganyiki na vyombo vya habari vya ulimwengu huu; hazuiliwi na mbwa-mwitu waliovaa ngozi ya kondoo na wala hafumbwi macho na kubembeleza maana anaamshwa vya kutosha kusoma mioyo ya watu anaopaswa kushughulika nao kila siku.
Mwishoni mwa wakati wake duniani, ushuhuda wa maisha yake utakuwa kwamba alikuwa tofauti.

The mind is one of the most powerful tools given by God to man. It has a great and limitless creative capacity.
Napoleon Hill once said that more gold has been mined from the minds of men than the earth itself.
By the use of their minds, men have scaled mountains, conquered nature, and even explored seemingly unexplorable frontiers like space.
These accomplishments by men over the course of history have been both negative and positive, good and evil.
Evil creations and innovations are a result of a mind governed by the flesh. That is what our theme scripture means when it says that a mind governed by the flesh is death. An example of this is the Manhattan Project, a collection of scientists who put their minds together to create the atomic bomb.
On the other hand, a mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. This is the mind that you have as a child of God. Your creations, ideas, and innovations give life and create peace for men.
What you create can never be used to take away life, human liberty, and dignity because your mind is Spirit governed.

Warumi 8: 5-6 (KJV); Kwa maana wale waufuatao mwili huyafikiri mambo ya mwili; bali wale waifuatao roho huyafikiri mambo ya roho.Kwa kuwa nia ya mwili ni mauti; bali nia ya roho ni uzima na amani.
Akili ni mojawapo ya zana zenye nguvu zaidi ambazo Mungu amempa mwanadamu. Ina uwezo mkubwa wa ubunifu na usio na kikomo.
Napoleon Hill aliwahi kusema kwamba dhahabu nyingi zimechimbwa kutoka kwa akili za wanadamu kuliko ardhi yenyewe.
Kwa kutumia akili zao, wanadamu wamepanda milima, wameshinda asili na hata kuchunguza mipaka inayoonekana kutoweza kutambulika kama vile anga.
Mafanikio haya ya wanadamu katika kipindi cha historia yamekuwa mazuri na mabaya.

Kwa upande mwingine, nia inayoongozwa na Roho ni uzima na amani. Hii ndiyo akili uliyo nayo kama mtoto wa Mungu. Ubunifu wako, maoni na uvumbuzi hupeana uzima na huunda amani kwa wanadamu.
Unachoumba hakiwezi kamwe kutumika kuondoa uhai, uhuru wa binadamu na utu kwa sababu akili yako inatawaliwa na Roho.

Exodus 13:17 (KJV); And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt.
There are trials in the life of a Christian which happen because of divine purpose. For example, Jesus’ forty days in the wilderness were divinely ordained before He could begin His earthly ministry.
There are also trials which a Christian will experience because he does not have the spiritual character to handle the ‘shorter route to the Promised Land’. This can be seen with the Israelites who spent forty years in the wilderness because had they used the shorter twelve-day route, they would have seen war and turned back to Egypt.
It is wisdom to be able to discern between trials by divine purpose for elevation in ministry and trials that arise because you are wanting in certain spiritual strengths.
The mistake some Christians make is to assume that a trial which arises because of lack of the spiritual character to handle the shortcut is in fact a trial that is after divine purpose like Jesus’ forty-day wilderness experience.
Such Christians have a tendency to treat their delays as “the will of God.” For example, if it is joblessness, this Christian will assume that the delay is because God is preparing them for a greater opportunity, yet in fact, it is because they have a very poor work ethic and are unfaithful in little things.
Discernment in these matters is important because it helps you know what you must do when you find yourself in a trial. It will enable you not to excuse your weaknesses but to learn with humility and diligence what you must do to shorten the experience.

Kutoka 13:17 (KJV); Ilikuwa hapo Farao alipokwisha kuwaacha watu hao waende zao, Mungu hakuwaongoza kwa njia ya nchi ya Wafilisti, ijapokuwa ilikuwa ni ya karibu; maana Mungu alisema, Wasije wakaghairi watu hawa hapo watakapokutana na vita, na kurudi Misri.
Kuna majaribu katika maisha ya Mkristo ambayo hutokea kwa sababu ya kusudi la Mungu. Kwa mfano, siku arobaini za Yesu nyikani ziliamriwa kimungu kabla hajaanza huduma yake hapa duniani.
Pia kuna majaribu ambayo Mkristo atapata kwa sababu hana nguvu ya kiroho ya kutosha kuwawezesha kustahimili ‘njia fupi kuelekea Nchi ya Ahadi’. Hili linaweza kuonekana kwa Waisraeli waliokaa miaka arobaini jangwani kwa sababu kama wangetumia njia fupi ya siku kumi na mbili, wangeona vita na kurejea Misri.
Ni hekima kuweza kupambanua kati ya majaribu yanayokuja kwa sababu ya kusudi la Mungu kwa ajili ya kuinuliwa katika huduma na majaribu yanayotokea kwa sababu huna nguvu fulani za kiroho.
Kosa ambalo baadhi ya Wakristo hufanya ni kudhani kwamba jaribu linalotokea kwa sababu ya ukosefu wa nguvu fulani za kiroho zinazokuwezesha kustahimili njia ya mkato kwa kweli ni jaribu ambalo ni la kusudi la Mungu kama tajriba ya Yesu wa siku arobaini jangwani.
Wakristo hao wana mwelekeo wa kutazama kuchelewa kwao kama “mapenzi ya Mungu.” Kwa mfano, ikiwa ni ukosefu wa kazi, Mkristo huyu atafikiri kwamba kuchelewa ni kwa sababu Mungu anamtayarisha kwa ajili ya nafasi kubwa zaidi, lakini kwa kweli, ni kwa sababu ana maadili duni sana ya kazi na si mwaminifu katika mambo madogo.
Utambuzi katika mambo haya ni muhimu kwa sababu hukusaidia kujua unachopaswa kufanya unapojikuta kwenye jaribu. Utakuwezesha kutosamehe udhaifu wako bali kujifunza kwa unyenyekevu na bidii kile unachopaswa kufanya ili kufupisha hali mbaya.

Exodus 1:9-10 (KJV); And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we: Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land.
The Bible, in our theme scripture, reveals to us that the children of Israel were more in number and mightier than the Egyptians.
How come then, that despite their strength and numbers, they were belittled into slavery by the Egyptians? It is because the Egyptians chose to deal with them wisely. This proves to us the power of wisdom.
The increase, multiplication, and expansion upon your life may fail to benefit you if you lack wisdom. You may increase and still fall under the control of a wiser man.
That is why the Bible says in Proverbs 16:16 that it is better to acquire wisdom than gold. You can have all the money, all the influence, and all the strength you desire, but wisdom is the fundamental principle that maintains our lot.
The power of wisdom is in the fact that it preserves the blessing of God upon your life and also preserves you in that blessing.

AMAANI G’AMAGEZI

Hati kikaija kita, nobukyakuba ngu amaani gaabu nobwingi bwaabu, aba Misiri bakabateeka hansi okubakozesa obuhinya?
Kinu kiri habwokuba aba Misiri bakacwamu okubakwaata n’amagezi. Kinu nikitugumiza amaani g’amagezi.
Okweyongeraho, okutezamu kandi n’okugaziha hali obwomeezi bwaawe bisobora butakugasa kakusangwa oba otanyine magezi. Osobora kweyongeraho baitu nabwo okesanga oli hansi y’okufugibwa omusaija ow’amagezi.

Kutoka 1:9-10 (KJV); Akawaambia watu wake, Angalieni, watu wa wana wa Israeli ni wengi tena wana nguvu kuliko sisi.Haya! Na tuwatendee kwa akili, wasije wakaongezeka; tena, ikitokea vita, wao nao wasije wakashikamana na adui zetu na kupigana nasi, na kutoka katika nchi hii.
Biblia, katika andiko letu kuu inatufunulia kwamba wana wa Israeli walikuwa wengi kwa idadi na wenye nguvu kuliko Wamisri.
Imekuwaje basi, kwamba licha ya nguvu na idadi yao, walidharauliwa utumwani na Wamisri?
Ni kwa sababu Wamisri walichagua kushughulika nao kwa hekima. Hii inatuthibitishia nguvu ya hekima.
Kuongezeka, kuzidisha na kupanuka kwa maisha yako kunaweza kushindwa kukunufaisha ikiwa huna hekima. Unaweza kuongezeka na bado ukaanguka chini ya udhibiti wa mtu mwenye hekima zaidi.
Ndiyo maana Biblia inasema katika Mithali 16:16 kwamba ni afadhali kupata hekima kuliko dhahabu. Unaweza kuwa na pesa zote, ushawishi wote na nguvu zote unazotamani, lakini hekima ndiyo kanuni ya msingi inayodumisha maisha yetu.
Nguvu ya hekima iko katika kweli kwamba inahifadhi baraka za Mungu juu ya maisha yako na pia kukuhifadhi katika baraka hiyo.

Galatians 5:25 (KJV); If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
There are three levels of sight. The first level is sight through the physical eyes. This is the lowest level because it is primarily limited to the physical world.
The second level is sight in the soulish realm which involves seeing with the mind. This kind of sight is driven by imagination. This level also involves sight through dreams.
The third level is sight with spiritual eyes which is the experience God has called us to as His children. By this, we have access to the realm of God and the world of spirits.
It is true spiritual blindness if the believer’s only claim to sight is through his physical eyes. You should never expect to live a successful life of salvation when your spiritual eyes are blind, dimmed, or darkened.
Without spiritual sight, how will you walk in the spirit? It is by that sight that we see revelation; it is by that sight that we read the hearts of men; it is by that sight that we separate the precious from the vile and it is by that sight that we discern between false and true light.

KUHUSU MTAZAMO WA KIROHO

Wagalatia 5:25 (KJV); Tukiishi kwa Roho, na tuenende kwa Roho.
Kuna viwango vitatu vya mtazamo. Kiwango cha kwanza ni kuona kupitia macho ya kimwili. Hiki ni kiwango cha chini zaidi kwa sababu kimsingi kimezuiliwa kwa ulimwengu wa kimwili.
Kiwango cha pili ni kuona katika ulimwengu wa nafsi ambao unahusisha kuona na akili. Mtazamo wa aina hii unaendeshwa na mawazo. Kiwango hiki pia kinahusisha kuona kupitia ndoto.
Kiwango cha tatu ni kuona kwa macho ya kiroho ambayo ni uzoefu ambao Mungu ametuitia sisi kama wana Wake. Kwa hili tuna ufikivu wa mamlaka ya Mungu na ulimwengu wa roho.
Ni upofu wa kweli wa kiroho ikiwa madai pekee ya muumini kuona ni kupitia macho yake ya kimwili. Haupaswi kamwe kutarajia kuishi maisha ya mafanikio ya wokovu wakati macho yako ya kiroho ni pofu, yamefifia au yana giza.
Bila mtazamo wa kiroho, utatembe aje katika roho? Ni kwa kutazama huku kwamba tunaona ufunuo; ni kwa kutazama huko kwamba tunasoma mioyo ya watu; ni kwa kutazama huko kwamba tunatenganisha vya thamani na vya uovu na ni kwa kutazama huko kwamba tunatambua kati ya nuru ya uongo na ya kweli.

Romans 8:29-30 (KJV); For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
The beginning of finding yourself is in understanding predestination. It is predestination that gives clarity to the call of God upon your life and the call gives the grace of justification and glorification.
Many people often ask the question, “what has God called me to do?”
But that is the second question. It is a misunderstanding of the order of the Spirit. As revealed in our theme scripture, the order is: predestination, calling, justification, and glorification.
In Jeremiah 1:5, the Bible says, “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
Part of understanding predestination is beholding your identity before you were formed in your mother’s womb. Who were you in eternity? In Jeremiah’s case, God first lays down the fact that Jeremiah had a spiritual identity before he was formed in his mother’s womb and this identity preceded his call and ordination as a prophet to the nations.
Many are called, child of God, but few are chosen (Matthew 22:14). Those that are called but not chosen seek to understand their identity from the place of the calling. The chosen trace themselves further back in time to the place of predestination.

GOLDEN NUGGET: The beginning of finding yourself is in understanding predestination. It is predestination that gives clarity to the call of God upon your life and the call gives the grace of justification and glorification.

I behold that plan and vision for my life in all that I do because I know that it defines my call, the honour that I receive, and the glory by which I live, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Kwonka ekyo n’ekibuuzo kyakabiri. N’obutetegyereza gye obuteeka bw’omwoyo. Nk’oku kishuruuruuriirwe omu mutwe gw’ebyahandiikirwe, obuteeka buri buti: okushoroora abatakabaireho, okweetwa, okwihwaho orubanja hamwe n’okuheebwa ekitiinisa.
Omu kitabo kya Yeremia 1:5, Baiburi negira eti, “Ku naabaire ntakakuhangire omunda ya nyoko, nkakumanya; Naakweza otakazairwe, Naakutaho kuba nabi w’amahanga.”
Kimwe aha nyetegyereza y’okushoroora abatakabaireho n’okureeba eki wabaire ori otakahangirwe omunda ya nyoko. Okaba oriki omunsi etarikuhwaho? Ahabwa Yeremia, Ruhanga akabanza yashoborora ngu Yeremia akaba aine enshusha y’omwoyo atakahangirwe omunda ya nyina kandi enshusha egi nebanza okweetwa kwe n’okuteebwaho nka nabi w’amahanga.
Abeetwa nibaingi, mwaana wa Ruhanga, kwonka abatooranwa ni bakye. (Matayo 22:14). Abo abeetsirwe kwonka batatorainwe nibasherura kwetegyereza eki bari kuruga omu mwanya gw’okweetwa. Abatorainwe niberondera omu bwiire bw’enyima omu kushoroorwa batakabaireho.

Abaruumi 8:29-30 (KJV); Abo abayamanyire kara, Uwe akabategekera okuhindurwa bakaba omukusisani Kw’Omwaana We, ngu nukwo abe Omuzigaijo w’aboruganda baingi. Okusinga hali ekyo, obo abayategekere, abo benyini akabeeta: kandi abaya’yesere, abo akabeeza: kandi abaya’yereze, abo akabafoora abekitinisa.
Entandikwa yokwezoora eri omukwetegereza okutegekerwa enkango. Kiri omukutegekerwa enkango ngu niho hakuhereza okuhweeza kurungi okamanya okweetwa kwa Ruhanga hali obwomeezi bwaawe kandi okweetwa nikwo kugaba embabazi ezo’kwezebwa kandi n’okuforwa owekitinisa.
Emirundi ekira obwingi abantu baingi bakaguza ekikaguzo, “Ruhanga akanyeta kukoraki?”

KUHUSU UCHAGUZI WA TANGU ASILI

Warumi 8:29-30 (KJV); Maana wale aliowajua tangu asili, aliwachagua tangu asili wafananishwe na mfano wa Mwana wake, ili yeye awe mzaliwa wa kwanza miongoni mwa ndugu wengi. Na wale aliowachagua tangu asili, hao akawaita; na wale aliowaita, hao akawahesabia haki; na wale aliowahesabia haki, hao akawatukuza.
Mwanzo wa kujitambua ni katika kuelewa uchaguzi wa tangu asili. Ni uchaguzi huo wa tangu asili ambao unafanua wito wa Mungu juu ya maisha yako na wito hutoa neema ya kuhesabiwa haki na utukufu.
Watu wengi mara nyingi huuliza swali, “Mungu ameniita kufanya nini?”
Lakini hili ni swali la pili. Ni kutoelewa kwa utaratibu wa Roho. Kama ilivyofunuliwa katika andiko letu kuu, utaratibu ni: uchaguzi wa tangu asili, wito, kuhesabiwa haki na utukufu.
Katika Yeremia 1:5, Biblia inasema, “Kabla sijakuumba katika tumbo nalikujua, na kabla hujatoka tumboni, nalikutakasa; nimekuweka kuwa nabii wa mataifa.”
Mojawapo ya vipengele katika kuelewa uchaguzi wa tangu asili ni kuona utambulisho wako kabla ya kuumbwa katika tumbo la mama yako. Wewe ulikuwa nani tangu asili? Katika mfano ya Yeremia, Mungu kwanza anatufanya kuelewa ukweli kwamba Yeremia alikuwa na utambulisho wa kiroho kabla ya kuumbwa katika tumbo la mama yake na utambulisho huu ulitangulia wito wake na kutawazwa kama nabii kwa mataifa.
Mwana wa Mungu , wengi wameitwa, lakini wachache wameteuliwa (Mathayo 22:14). Wale ambao wameitwa lakini hawajateuliwa wanatafuta kuelewa utambulisho wao kutoka mahali pa wito. Wateule wanafuatilia wakati nyuma zaidi hadi mahali pa uchaguzi wa tangu asili.

UJUMBE MKUU: Mwanzo wa kujitambua ni katika kuelewa uchaguzi wa tangu asili. Ni uchaguzi huo wa tangu asili ambao unatoa ufafanuzi kwa wito wa Mungu juu ya maisha yako na wito hutoa neema ya kuhesabiwa haki na utukufu.
SALA: Baba Mpenzi, Nakushukuru kwa neno hili. Asante kwa sababu ulinijua na ulikuwa na mpango kwangu hata kabla niumbwe katika tumbo la mama yangu. Ninatazama mpango huo na maono ya maisha yangu katika yote ninayofanya kwa sababu najua kwamba inafafanua wito wangu, heshima ambayo ninapokea na utukufu ambao ninaishia, kwa jina la Yesu, Amina.
