The Life Above Life

Apostle Grace Lubega

Ecclesiastes 7:12 (KJV): For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.

All things in this world function by the principle of life.

If a man is sick, in him is the life of sickness. When a man has a virus, it is a living thing even if it inclines to death.

When we cast out disease in a man, we are killing one life and establishing another. When we pray for the sick, we are establishing a higher life above a certain lower life. That is the principle of the excellence of knowledge.

Like our theme scripture says, it is the excellence of knowledge that wisdom, who is Christ, [1 Corinthians 1:30], gives life to those that have it.

This means that wisdom finds a certain life already in place but its operation sets a higher life than the existent one.

The life you received is the very life of God; it is above weakness, cancer, suffering or pain. Saints, therein is the glorious wonder of salvation!

Where there is weakness, this life supplies strength; where there is affliction, this life supplies healing. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: John 10:10, John 14:6

GOLDEN NUGGET:

The life you have received is above weakness, cancer, suffering or pain. Where there is weakness, this life supplies strength; where there is affliction, this life supplies healing.

PRAYER: Father, thank you for this knowledge and wisdom. I thank you for your life that is in the inside of me. That life is above every form of weakness and affliction. This day I stir it up and walk in its manifestation. To the glory of your name. Amen.

Love: The Message Of The New Testament

Apostle Grace Lubega

Genesis 3:6 (KJV): And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

The Word of God is food.

However, the revelation of its weight hangs on the principle of agape, the unconditional love of God.

In our theme scripture, understand that Eve’s deception came from a desire for what pleased the eye, what was good for food and could add wisdom but was without love.

This is because the love could only be found in Christ, the tree of life.

This is how this truth is demonstrated today: when one purports to preach the gospel, there might be the demonstration of power(pleasant to the eyes; the message may reflect depth of knowledge (good for food) and it may be desirable to make one wise (listeners increased in wisdom).

Despite all this, the question is, where is love?

If love is not revealed in what you preach, whatever you say and do may be pleasant to the eyes, good for food, desirable to make one wise yet not be the substance of the message of God.

That is why we speak the truth in love(Ephesians 4:15); why we must be rooted and grounded in love(Ephesians 3:17); why love must abound in us more and more in knowledge and in all judgment( Phillipians 1:9).

Love is our message.

FURTHER STUDY: Ephesians 4:15, Phillipians 1:9

GOLDEN NUGGET:

If love is not revealed in what you preach, whatever you say and do may be pleasant to the eyes, good for food, desirable to make one wise yet not be the substance of the message of God.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this great Word. Your love has been shed abroad in my heart as such I live the love walk every single day. My message is of love, my conversations and attitude are grounded in love. If I minister, it is in love and if I demonstrate your Spirit, it is in love, for love is the most excellent way. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Love Walk

Apostle Grace Lubega

Genesis 3:6(KJV): And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

The primary principle of our obedience is love.

Many go to God because they want what is good for food, something the eye is pleased with, and something they desire to make them wise yet God seeks that they may know the love of Christ that passes that mere knowledge that pleases the eye, satisfies the stomach and gives wisdom.

This was Adam and Eve’s mistake. They lusted for what could make them wise, what could give them food and what was pleasant to the eyes but not love.

The fall of man was an “outside love” walk. Their disobedience was because they disregarded love.

And every consequent action that followed this fall reflects the loveless walk.

Men kill each other because they don’t understand love; people steal because they don’t understand love; people cheat and malign each other because they don’t understand love.

You cannot walk out of love and minister.

You cannot walk out of love and access deeper realms of God.

You cannot walk out of love and serve.

You cannot walk out of love and be true.

Our obedience to God finds its foundation and place in love.

FURTHER STUDY: 1 Corinthians 13, 1 John 4:8

GOLDEN NUGGET:

You cannot walk out of love and minister. You cannot walk out of love and access deeper realms of God. You cannot walk out of love and serve. You cannot walk out of love and be true.

PRAYER: Loving father, you have drawn me by love and by love you have kept me. It is your love that convicts, chastises and makes me. I know that I am a love creature. Love saved the world and thus by love I will change the world. Thank you for perfecting me in this love every day. To the glory of your name. Amen.

Truth, The Train Of Love

Apostle Grace Lubega

1 Corinthians 13:8 (KJV): Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

The spirit of deception sometimes creates a false impression of love.

True love carries a train spiritually that qualifies truth, and this truth is not qualified necessarily as “meat” because if truth is only at the level of meat, it is still food and thus still falls in the category of that which is merely “pleasant for food”(Genesis 3:6).

That is why when the Bible speaks of meat, it says, “meats for the belly and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them).” (1 Corinthians 6:13).

However, there is something that does not get destroyed and this is called truth in its absoluteness.

One distinct character of truth is that it has no progression; “milk” and “meat” progress.

What this means is that milk is a degree of truth and one may progress in “milk.” Meat is a degree of truth and one may progress in “meat”.

However, there comes a time when milk and meat cease.

In this place of truth, the bible says, “Heaven and earth shall pass away but my word shall not pass away”(Mark 13:31).

At this point, truth goes above meat and milk . Here milk and meat are both elements and can melt yet what is truth remains.

The truth that remains is the truth grounded in love.

FURTHER STUDY: Mark 13:31, 1 Corinthians 6:13.

GOLDEN NUGGET:
True love carries a train spiritually that qualifies truth

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this great wisdom. I understand that truth can only be qualified by love in the same way that love can only be qualified by truth. This is about more than just the milk by which we grow as babes in the faith or the meat by which we partake of greater depths and realities of the Spirit. This is about the love that never fails and hence the truth that never fails. I grow in this understanding every day to the glory of your name. Amen.

Fish And Bread

Apostle Grace Lubega

Matthew 7:7-10 (KJV): Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

In our theme scripture, the bread represents the Word of God and the fish represents souls of men.

When Christ uses the allegory of the fish and bread, He seeks to point us to what our ultimate prayer as children of God should be: the Word and souls.

That is why you must always ask God to TEACH YOU and USE YOU to win souls. That is why we seek God! Fish and Bread: souls and the Word.

It is deception to think that in asking, seeking and knocking, it is so God gives us cars, jobs or houses.

There is nothing that money can buy that equates to a soul. There is nothing money can buy that equates to the Word of God.

That is why we spend on the Word: we buy truth and sell it not. That is why we do all we must do to win souls to the kingdom!

At the end of your life, you must have fish and bread to show for your days on the earth!

The principle of multiplication is around fish and bread for when He(Jesus) has fish and bread then He feeds the five thousand.

Praise Him!

FURTHER STUDY: Proverbs 23:23, 2 Corinthians 12:15

GOLDEN NUGGET:

It is deception to think that in asking, seeking and knocking, it is so God gives us cars, jobs or houses. There is nothing that money can buy that equates to a soul. There is nothing money can buy that equates to the Word of God.

PRAYER: Father, I am greatly humbled by this truth. These great words give me a reason to live for they cast light on a cause that is greater than self. I thank you for redefining my desires. I thank you for pointing me to fish and bread as the ultimate focus of my prayer: to win souls and to know your Word. I pant after these things every single day of my life. You satisfy me Lord, with this sum of all good things. To the glory of your name. Amen.

It All Starts From Love

Apostle Grace Lubega

Ephesians 1:15-18 (KJV): Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints

Paul prayed for the church at Ephesus that they may receive the spirit of wisdom and revelation and that the eyes of their understanding be flooded with light.

What is important to note in all this is that it all began from a place of love. The scripture reveals “…after I heard of your faith in the Lord and love unto all saints, cease not to give thanks for you…”

Paul made it a point to pray for the Church at Ephesus to receive the Spirit of revelation having heard of their faith in the Lord and LOVE unto all the saints.

In the absence of AGAPE- the unconditional Love of God, the revelation received by a man may be from another light.

It is easy to get excited about the depths in God but depth must find itself in love.

That is why Paul speaks of the depth, breadth, length and height of love (Ephesians 3:8).

God is love BEFORE He is revelation. He is love BEFORE He is deep. He is love BEFORE He is broad. He is love BEFORE He is high.

God is love and those that do not love do not know God!(1 John 4:8)

You can be deep and yet not know God but you cannot love and not know God. Praise God!

FURTHER STUDY: Ephesians 3:8, 1 John 4:8

GOLDEN NUGGET:
God is love and those that do not love do not know God. You can be deep and yet not know God but you cannot love and not know God.

PRAYER: My loving father, when you loved the world, you gave. By love you drew me to yourself and still by love you keep me.
My Lord mysteries did not save me, depth did not save me, love did. This day, cause me to love deeper than ever before. May my life carry this one consistent testimony that I love God and God loves people through me.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Discipling Nations

Apostle Grace Lubega

Matthew 28:19 (KJV): Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

We live in a time when some Christians have built big churches in their nations but these Christians are not necessarily a voice in that nation.

The nation can dictate what the Church does and even has the capacity to take away the church’s license to continue its operations.

What a tragedy!

Part of the problem is because the pattern of discipleship has been misunderstood. They have raised disciples of Jesus Christ in the nation but have not discipled the nation.

God did not send us to simply make disciples IN nations.

He sent us to make disciples OF nations.

Make your nation a disciple of Jesus Christ.

That is a very big responsibility.

God doesn’t want to merely give you the biggest church in your nation, He wants your nation to bow to the name of Jesus Christ.

If we are to talk about a big church in a nation, it’s size should relate with the extent to which that nation has seen Jesus through your ministry, not just the numbers. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Romans 1:5, Philippians 2:10-11

GOLDEN NUGGET:
God did not send us to simply make disciples IN nations. He sent us to make disciples OF nations.

PRAYER: Father God, I thank you for the great mandate of nation discipleship. What a responsibility! Thank you because you have equipped me as an able minister for this great task. I hear the sound of nations calling and know that in me you have placed their answers. I am your vessel Lord, and today, I say that I am available. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

By His Sword

Apostle Grace Lubega

Matthew 10:34-35 (KJV): Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

Every Born Again Christian needs a wilderness experience.

This is not a physical wilderness but a spiritual experience in which, among other things,God separates you from anything on which you ordinarily depend be it friends, colleagues or family.

That is the essence of His sword: it separates father from son, daughter from mother and daughter in law from mother-in-law. This does not necessarily mean that they are bad people. What it means is that you cease to keep around them so often because you are always driven to the presence of God and to places of solitude. Seeing “Canaan” sometimes requires that you leave your own.

You may have lost people who were previously close to you thinking that it is a spirit of rejection at work in your life. No! God is separating you so He can work in you.

Your family, colleagues and friends may not understand you now but don’t let that disturb you; allow God to work through you.

A time will come when you will return, like Christ did, from the wilderness in the power of the Holy Ghost; you will come back in glory to demonstrate the power of God. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Matthew 4:1, Luke 4:14

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Your family, colleagues and friends may not understand you now but don’t let that disturb you; allow God to work through you. God is separating you so He can work in you. A time will come when you will return from the wilderness in the power of the Holy Ghost; you will come back in glory to demonstrate the power of God.

PRAYER: My father, thank you for your Word. I yield to your working in me. Every day you teach me the importance of depending on you; you shape me, mould me and break me for your purpose. Even as you deal in me, I know it can only be that you eventually deal through me: to change many, to draw many to you and to demonstrate your glory.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Heaven Consciousness

Apostle Grace Lubega

John 3:31 (KJV): He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

As a child of God, you ought to have a heavenly consciousness.

Many people have allowed their lives to be patterned by this world. Their thoughts are defined by the world; their finances are determined by the world; their health is shaped by the world; their dreams are defined by the world!

You are born from above, your citizenship is of heaven!

How does one that is heaven conscious operate?

The Greek Word for “from”, used with regard to the New Creature being from heaven is “ek.”

It makes reference to “place, time or cause.”

This means that heaven consciousness requires that you understand your heavenly dwelling, operate by heavenly time and live for and by heavenly causes.

This is a simple yet deeply profound truth.

You may know it in your mind but are you conscious of it? Have you exercised your spirit to yield to its reality?

You are not of this world, child of light.

You are a heavenly being; you speak a heavenly language, you move according to eternal time and execute eternal agendas on the earth.

Set your eyes on things above. Speak like a man from above! Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 12:22, Philippians 3:20

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Heaven consciousness requires that you understand your heavenly dwelling, operate by heavenly time and live for and by heavenly causes.

PRAYER: My father, I thank you for the life in Christ. I may be in the world but I am not of the world. My Lord while on the earth, you set a pattern for how one who is out of this world should live. I walk in the consciousness of one whose dwelling is above; I yield to the timing of the Spirit and give my life to the purposes of heaven. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Grace Of Endurance

Apostle Grace Lubega

2 Timothy 1:8 (KJV): Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God…

When you are deeply anointed by God, it also follows that you will be deeply afflicted for the sake of the gospel. Some Christians forget this.

They admire the miracles and demonstrations of power and hunger for the portion of the anointing on another man’s life.

But the question is, are you ready to be a partaker of the afflictions of the gospel?

The anointing has a price to it and part of this price is ENDURANCE.

Be ready to pay the price. But in paying this price, remember that the grace is always greater than the price to be paid.

So, we are not of those who speak of a price without the grace to pay for it.

Like our theme scripture has revealed, you can only endure affliction according to the power of God. The Message version says, “We can only keep on going after all, by the power of God.” Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: 2 Timothy 2:3, John 16:33

GOLDEN NUGGET:
The anointing has a price to it and part of this price is ENDURANCE. Be ready to pay the price. But in paying this price, remember that the grace is always greater than the price to be paid.

PRAYER: My God I thank you for your Word. I am grateful for your strength and power that is constantly at work through me. It builds in me the convictions of fortitude and the ability to endure all things for the sake of the gospel. This gospel is my life and nothing can ever cause me to draw back because of your grace and power at work in me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Grace Dispensation

Apostle Grace Lubega

Ephesians 3:2 (KJV): If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward.

The grace of God is not just a doctrine.

Neither is it merely one of the attributes of God such as mercy and forgiveness.

Our theme scripture calls it a DISPENSATION.

It means that in both history and eternity, it was accorded a time period.

When we say that we are living in a grace dispensation, it means that anything done outside the revelation of this grace is not in accord with these times as understood in the Spirit.

You must understand these times, child of truth because these times are tagged to purpose and the divine plan of God. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: 2 Peter 1:12, John 1:17

GOLDEN NUGGET:
The Grace is not just a doctrine, it is a dispensation.

PRAYER: Father God, what a pleasure to be alive in this day! I thank you for your grace. Thank you for the new covenant that is built on better promises. Thank you for the blood of Christ that speaks better things than that of Abel. Thank you because this is not a day of vengeance but of your mercy poured out to us. I grow in grace and as I do, I am aligned to eternal purpose and course.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Crown Of Wisdom

Apostle Grace Lubega

Ephesians 3:10 (KJV): To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God

God has revealed to us the incredible truth that it is the responsibility of the Church to demonstrate the MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD to the powers and principalities.

Principalities do not understand a prayer warrior, they understand the WISDOM of a prayer warrior.

You may pray so hard but if your prayer is not in the WISDOM OF GOD, you will never have the results of prayer.

You need WISDOM!

These principalities are waiting to see the wisdom coming out of your spirit, they will bow to you!

When God wants to fix your marriage, He will give you wisdom. When He wants to heal your body, He gives you wisdom. When He wants to change your finances, He will give you wisdom.

Seek wisdom and this wisdom is in the precious Word of God. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Romans 11:33, 1 Corinthians 2:7

GOLDEN NUGGET:
God has revealed to us the incredible truth that it is the responsibility of the Church to demonstrate the MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD to the powers and principalities.

PRAYER: My father, I thank you for the crown of wisdom. This wisdom operates in every area of my life and causes circumstances to bow to the knowledge of who you are. Oh! I am wise! I am wise in my relationships, I am wise in my business, I am wise in my career, I am wise in my family! To the glory of your name. Amen.
