My Life Is A Fire Place: Pray The Word

Apostle Grace Lubega

Titus 1:3 (KJV) But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour

Our theme scripture reveals that the Word of God is manifested through preaching. The primary person to preach to is yourself.

Don’t wait for the pastor to tell you that you are blessed, that you are above and not beneath, that you are the head and not a tail; get into the Word and preach to yourself.
Let the Word define your prayer life.

Saturate your prayer closet with the Word. Prayer ought not to be: ‘God I want this, God I need that…’ No. Get into the presence of God and speak the Word because He responds to the Word.

Declare: ‘I have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3)…I have been given all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3)… I am wise, sanctified and righteous because Christ has been made to me wisdom, sanctification and righteousness (1 Corinthians 1:30)…’

Every morning wake up and look into the mirror and declare things about yourself.

The mirror you look into is not just your dressing mirror, it is the mirror of the Word. Prepare yourself for the day using this mirror; dress up in victory using this mirror; crown yourself with excellence and glory using this mirror. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: 1 Timothy 4:15, Colossians 3:16

GOLDEN NUGGET: The Word of God is manifested through preaching and the primary person to preach to is yourself.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for the mirror of the Word; that perfect law of liberty that defines my life. I look into the mirror and behold myself as great, as a victor, a conqueror, a diligent spirit, as one occupying territories, as justified, sanctified, righteous and holy. The more I look, the more I am transformed into your image. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Relating with the Holy Spirit in Knowledge

  • Apostle Grace Lubega

1 Corinthians 2:10 (KJV) God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Every step in the mystery of faith has taught me that God instructs men who know. That is why the Bible speaks of the learned man and says: ‘…he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned’ (Isaiah 50:4).

It does not say He awakens me to “hear and learn” but “hear as the learned.”

Many people do not easily hear the voice of the Spirit because they relate with Him as ignorant men. But the Bible says you have an unction from on high, you know all things (1 John 2:20). It means you know God. This full knowledge is by faith. Believe that you know.

The progressive knowledge you receive does not introduce new things to you. Rather, it instructs you in what you already know.

Because the Holy Spirit who knows everything about God resides inside you, even though your mind is progressively knowing God, when He joins with you, He relates with you as one who fully knows God.

Simply relate with him like one who knows God. That is true communion and fellowship. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Colossians 3:10, Isaiah 1:18

    GOLDEN NUGGET:
The Holy Spirit relates with you as one who fully knows God.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you because I am a learned spirit. I have an unction from on high and know all things. I relate and commune with the Spirit out of the fullness of knowledge. This understanding qualifies me to reason together with God. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Amen.

The Person of the Spirit: He Leads us into Truth

  • Apostle Grace Lubega

1 Corinthians 2:10 (KJV) God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

Many saints have failed to yield results with the Holy Spirit because they relate with Him the wrong way. They only seek fellowship with Him based on their carnal needs.

Yet, in regard to any of these things, the Holy Spirit is the guarantee (assurance) that they are already freely given to you (1 Corinthians 2:12). He wants to be more than this to you.

The Holy Spirit knows God in His fullness; He is not just progressively knowing God. He has seen the depths, the width, the height, the breadth and length of God. He desires to reveal to you the bottomless things of God. If you want to get deeper in God and the things of the spirit, change the way you relate with the Holy Ghost.

Those that are led by the Spirit are the sons of God (Romans 8:14). This leading is not just into your next important decision or critical step in life. It is into deeper and more intimate places in God. Commune with Him and ask Him to lead you into the unsearchable truths of God. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: John 16:13, John 15:26

    GOLDEN NUGGET:
Many saints have failed to yield results with the Holy Spirit because they relate with Him the wrong way. They only seek fellowship with Him based on their carnal needs.

PRAYER: Holy Spirit, I thank you for who you are to me: you are everything I ever needed; thank you that you lead me into all truth. You search out the unsearchable and launch me into unimaginable depths in the person of God. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

    ETUDE COMPLEMENTAIRE : Jean 16:13, Jean 15:26

Amen.

The Person of the Holy Spirit: Our Life

  • Apostle Grace Lubega

James 2:26 (KJV) For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Our theme scripture says that the body without the spirit is dead. If we understand the body as the Church of Christ and the spirit as the Holy Spirit, we realize that without the Holy Spirit, the church of Christ is dead.

However, more specifically, as an individual, you are the body of Christ, a part of the integral system of the person of God through Jesus (1 Corinthians 12:27).

A Christian dies spiritually when he or she becomes indifferent to the person of the Holy Spirit.

When you yield to and are constantly conscious of the Spirit, He gives life to everything that you do: any one may preach but when you speak with the Spirit, your words come with life; any one may build a ministry but when you build with the aid of the Spirit, your ministry is a source of life. Hallelujah!

    FURTHER STUDY: John 14:26, 1 John 2:27

    GOLDEN NUGGET:
A Christian dies spiritually when he or she becomes indifferent to the person of the Holy Spirit.

PRAYER: God, I thank you for the Holy Spirit: my comforter, my advocate, my counselor and my ever present help in time of need. I am yielded to Him and conscious of His constant presence. I live a life guided and directed by Him, to the glory of your name. Amen.

Hallelujah!

    SHOMA NEEBI: Yohaana 14:26, 1 Yohaana 2:27

EKY’OKUHAMIZA KIMWE: Omukristayo nafa omu mwoyo yaba atarikukwatanisa n’Omwoyo Orikwera.

OKUSHABA: Ruhanga, ninkusiima ahabw’Omwoyo Orikwera: omuhwezi wangye, omutonganizi wangye, omuhabuzi wangye kandi omuhwezi wangye otabura omu biro by’enaku. Mwehereize kandi nimanya ngu ariho. Nayebembera amagara gangye, ahabw’ekitiinisa ky’eiziina ryawe. Amiina.

    ETUDE COMPLEMENTAIRE : Jean 14:26, 1 Jean 2:27

Amen.

Persistent back pain of 5 years leaves during worship

The testimony: Four years ago, I suddenly developed pains in my back of which I could not tell the cause. The pains persisted and would intensify whenever I would stand for long periods.

On the 8th of June 2017, I attended Phaneroo 142 fellowship at the UMA upper gardens. While I was there, we were standing worshiping the Lord and as we went on, I came to a point of realising that the pain in the back was not present despite the fact that I had been standing for a prolonged time.

I also found that I could now bend easily with NO PAIN at all and do all things I previously could not. From that day, the back pains that had lasted a long time ceased!

Glory to God! Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever!

The Sanctified Imagination

Apostle Grace Lubega

Joshua 1:8 (KJV) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous and then thou shalt have good success.

Your mind is one of the strongest faculties you possess and imagination is a great portal of access to the spiritual world.

However, it is one thing to imagine through the eyes of the Word and it is another to imagine without the Word.
If you imagine through the Word, that is a sanctified imagination. If you imagine without the Word, that is carnal imagination.

This is what it means: a man may imagine building his business and through his mind’s eye, he sees the business grow, sees the expansion of its office premises, the increase in its bank balances etc. Another will get into the Word and read, “as far as your eyes can see, I have given you.”(Genesis 13:14-15). From this, He starts to define the scope of his business, bank balances and the size of his staff.

The difference is that imagining without the Word is wishful thinking. It makes you a passive dreamer who might never amount to much. Imagining through the Word is our place of meditation and by it you will walk in the Spirit. Where you walk in the spirit you will eventually possess in the physical realm. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Psalms 119:148, 1 Timothy 4:15

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Imagining through the Word is our place of meditation and by it you will walk in the spirit.

PRAYER: Thank you Lord for the gate of imagination and meditation. My mind is flooded by your Word; I see what the Word says and live by its reality every day. I yield myself fully to a life of imagination and meditation. By this, I know that I walk in the fullness of the promises in the Word and the realities of the spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Wisdom Of Solitude

Apostle Grace Lubega

Luke 5:16 (MSG) As often as possible Jesus withdrew to out-of-the-way places for prayer.

There are Christians who are too surrounded by people. They ask questions like; “How come I never hear the voice of God or feel His presence?” Sometimes, it is because they have not understood the wisdom of solitude.

They are constantly seeking human company and not the quiet places of communion with Christ, the lover of their souls.

Seeking solitude is a demonstration of wisdom in Christian growth. The important thing about seeking the place of solitude is that you become more alive unto God.

This does not mean that you should become a total recluse and avoid any form of human company but rather, if you are too available to men, you cannot see God.

This place and the experiences in it teach you the pricelessness of the presence of God. Seek the place of solitude with Him; the reality of His person and presence will be increased in your life. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Matthew 6:6, Psalms 91:1

GOLDEN NUGGET:
If you are too available to men, you cannot see God.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this Word. I yield and heed to the instructions that lead me to true consecration. I am separated by you for divine purpose. These places of solitude make me alive to you daily and as I grow in this consciousness, your reality increases and multiplies in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
