The True Place Of Access

Apostle Grace Lubega

Romans 5:2(KJV); By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

The True Place Of AccessHaving proximity to an anointed man or woman of God is not necessarily access to the grace that is at work in that man or woman.

William Seymour lived in an era of blunt racism. During Charles Parham’s classes, he had to sit outside since he was a black man and could only receive the teachings by listening through a window. Amazingly, this was no barrier to the work of God.

Seymour was called and anointed by God and this was regardless of his distance from the man of God Charles Parham as he preached.

Faith is our true access, like our theme scripture says.

You may live around an anointing and never receive from it because you have not exercised yourself in the principles that can receive from it or simply because you became too familiar with what is easily available.

Another man miles away, who probably only watches that anointing on a television or his only access are books written by that man of God may receive more from it.

The difference is faith.

Faith is the foundation of the honour we give to the anointing because you cannot honour what you do not believe in.

Hunger for the things of the spirit starts with faith. Impartations of mantles start with faith. All manner of access begins with faith.

Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 13:7, Ephesians 3:12

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Hunger for the things of the spirit starts with faith. Impartations of mantles start with faith.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this Word. I receive this wisdom with humility and cultivate it with understanding. I honour the men and women you have set before me as patterns and choose to receive from what is upon their lives by this principle. I am a partaker of their graces because I take the path of faith. I believe. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Blessing Of Identity

Apostle Grace Lubega

Matthew 16:17-18(MSG); Jesus came back, “God bless you, Simon, son of Jonah! You didn’t get that answer out of books or from teachers. My Father in heaven, God himself, let you in on this secret of who I really am. And now I’m going to tell you who you are, really are. You are Peter, a rock. This is the rock on which I will put together my church, a church so expansive with energy that not even the gates of hell will be able to keep it out.

The Blessing Of IdentityThe Spirit of Revelation carries a divine blessing. This divine blessing is the revelation of identity.

By the Spirit of revelation, Simon pronounced the divine identity of Christ. Christ responded by telling him, ‘And Now I’m going to tell you who you are, really are.’

He unveiled Peter’s identity in the spirit.

This identity was regardless of Peter’s physical appearance, his weaknesses or his strengths. This identity did not change even when Peter denied the Lord and Master three times, it was who he was spiritually.

Every time God is revealed to us, our identity in Him is also unveiled.

The more we know Him, the more we know of ourselves in Him. The deeper you know God, the deeper you know who you are in Him.

Some people have over the years tried to find themselves in God. They have gone on journeys of self-discovery and asked existential questions like, ‘Who am I?’ ‘Why am I here on this earth?’ ‘What is my purpose?’

True answers to those questions only come as Christ is continually revealed to us because in knowing Him, we understand ourselves.
Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: Revelation 2:17, Isaiah 43:1

GOLDEN NUGGET:

Every time God is revealed to us, our identity in Him is also unveiled. The more we know Him, the more we know of ourselves in Him.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this day. Thank you for your Word and divine truth. The Spirit of revelation is at work in me, unveiling the true reality of my life, showing me my real identity in Christ. I make the choice this day to know you more, to hunger after a deeper knowledge of you because in finding you, I find myself.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

To Stay Hungry

Apostle Grace Lubega

Psalms 42:1(KJV); As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.

We live in a world of options.

With the advancement in knowledge and of technology, more options are being given to mankind.

Advancements in medicine offer options to faith in the healing power of God.

Advancements in intellectual thought and reason offer options to the power of the Word of God.

As men’s achievements increase and become more sophisticated, to some, God, the creator of the universe has also become an option.

As the options increase, men find subsitutues for what is divinely ordered by God. Sadly, some Christians have also been swayed because what the world is offering is satisfactory.

This ought not to be so, child of God.

As the options increase, it is important that the church of Christ remains hungry for God.

The world will continue to offer answers to the problems of mankind. This does not mean that God was not behind these solutions because He is wisdom and this same wisdom is the mother of all invention.

Stay hungry child of God!

As the alternatives increase in our world, stay hungry. As the debates on whether God is important to mankind increase, stay hungry.

As questions on the superiority of man as the master of his fate and captain of his soul increase, stay hungry.

FURTHER STUDY: Jeremiah 29:13, Psalm 84:10

GOLDEN NUGGET:
As the alternatives increase in our world, stay hungry. As the debates on whether God is important to mankind increase, stay hungry. As questions on the superiority of man as the master of his fate and captain of his soul increase, stay hungry.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this Word. My soul thirsts after you. I am hungrier for you today than I was yesterday. I will be hungrier tomorrow than I am today. I will be hungrier in the coming years than I am this year. You continuously fan the flames of my desire for you until I am consumed by divine hunger. In Jesus’ name, Amen

You Are The Message

Apostle Grace Lubega

1 Thessalonians 1:8(MSG); The word has gotten around. Your lives are echoing the Master’s Word, not only in the provinces but all over the place. The news of your faith in God is out. We don’t even have to say anything anymore–[you’re] the message!

You Are The MessageThe Word of God can consume a man entirely until that man becomes the Message.

This was the very experience of the Thessalonian church in our theme scripture.

But what was so unique about the Thessalonian church in their relationship with the Word of God?

In 1 Thessalonains 2:13, Paul says of this church, “For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.”

When the Word was preached to them, they received it not as the words of men but as the Words of God. Therein is the power.

Everytime we embrace the Word and acknowledge that it is from God Himself, it works in us to turn us into what it says.

This is your story as a believer. You do not merely speak about healing, you are healing. You do not merely speak of God’s divine providence, you are that providence. You don’t merely teach wisdom, you are the epitome of wisdom.

Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: Colossians 3:16, Isaiah 55:11

GOLDEN NUGGET:

Everytime we embrace the Word and acknowledge that it is from God Himself, it works in us to turn us into what it says.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you because your Word dwells richly in me. It has consumed every area of my being and dictates my every action. I breathe, walk and sleep the Word. It is in my blood, mind, heart and bones. It is the mark of my speech and the basis of my decisions. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Pattern

Apostle Grace Lubega

Hebrews 12:2(MSG); Keep your eyes on [Jesus], who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed–that exhilarating finish in and with God–he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s [there], in the place of honor, right alongside God.

Christ is our pattern. Everything He said and did set an example of how we are to live as children of the Most High God. Our theme scripture instructs us to watch Him.

When we examine the life of Christ, we find therein how we ought to respond to circumstances. Our theme scripture says we should watch how He does it.

What did He do when He was caught in a storm? He slept! It is divine wisdom to sleep through storms.

What did He do when He met a lame man, a blind man, a dead child? He commanded the lame to walk, the blind to see and the dead to rise.
It is divine to walk in the simplicity of miracles.

What did He do when a fig tree refused to yield its fruit to Him? He cursed it. It is divine to expect provision from things in and out of their season.

What did He do in the face of betrayal? He forgave. It is divine nature to walk by the royal law of love.

Jesus showed us how to live the God life no matter the situation. That is the reason we set our eyes on Him and why we look to Him at all times.

Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: Romans 15:4, Colossians 3:1

GOLDEN NUGGET:

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for your Word. My eyes are set on you. I do as I see my father do. My life is an example of the God life lived to the fullest. I respond to circumstances with the consciousness that it is you responding in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Calling Visions To Life

Apostle Grace Lubega

Isaiah 66:9(KJV); Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.

Calling Visions To LifeVisions are children in the wombs of our individual appointed times.

The appointed times of the Spirit are very critical because they hold visions until the time of their delivery. If these appointed times are frustrated, one will have a ‘miscarriage’.

This is the reason why we have seen aborted visions and dreams that are never carried up to full term.

This, however, is not the story of a child of God.

In our theme scripture, God asks the rhetorical question. ‘Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth?’

God has not placed that dream in your spirit for it to die a premature death. He has not given you a vision for it to collapse before it sees the light of day. He has not given you an idea for it to remain in your mind and never to manifest in reality.

Dreams, visions and ideas come to life during the appointed times.

These appointed times have signs and as a child of God, you must be sensitive to these signs.

To Elijah, it was the cloud in the sky, the size of a man’s fist; to Rebecca, it was a stranger stranded with no one to feed his camels; to the wise men from the East, it was a star. What is your sign?!

Like every pregnant mother has labour pangs before delivery, these signs are pangs and you must recognise them as such.

It doesn’t matter how small it seems. It might be a meeting with an individual; it may be an instruction to pick up the phone and call someone; it might be an urge to separate yourself and pray.

Learn to discern the signs of your appointed times for in discerning these signs, you will bring forth visions.

Glory to God.

FURTHER STUDY: Luke 12:56, Hebrews 12:2

GOLDEN NUGGET:

Visions are children in the wombs of our individual appointed times.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this Word. Thank you for the dreams, ideas and visions you have placed in my heart and my spirit. I know the wisdom by which I must bring forth. I recognise the signs of my times and respond to them in knowledge. I never miss an opportunity prepared for me because I live life in this understanding. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Boldness Of The Shepherd

Apostle Grace Lubega

1 Samuel 17:34-35(AMP); And David said to Saul, Your servant kept his father’s sheep. And when there came a lion or again a bear and took a lamb out of the flock, I went out after it and smote it and delivered the lamb out of its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard and smote it and killed it.

The Boldness Of The ShepherdIt is the responsibility of every shepherd to protect the sheep. This is wisdom for ministers of the gospel.

It requires boldness, courage and bravery.

David sets a perfect example in our theme scripture. When a lion or bear took a lamb out of the flock, he went after it, took the lamb out of its mouth, grabbed the lion or bear by the beard, smote it and killed it.

Imagine that!

How is that translated in the life of the minister? How do you protect the flock?

The primary protection is through the Word that we preach.

Boldness means that we stand for certain truths even when the world cannot stomach them.

Boldness means that we teach sound doctrine even when men want to stone us for it.

The boldness of the shepherd casts aside political correctness and preaches Christ Jesus, dead and resurrected.

We are living in times when the church of Christ is being forced to compromise with truth in the name of ‘tolerance and liberalism’

The bold shepherd says no to immorality and moral depravity. The bold shepherd ministers the magnitude of grace without downplaying the severity of sin. The bold shepherd will not be afraid to rebuke for fear of people leaving his congregation because he knows that the Word of God is profitable even for rebuke.

Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: John 10:11, Zechariah 13:7

GOLDEN NUGGET:

It is the responsibility of every shepherd to protect the sheep. The primary protection is through the Word that we preach.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your Word; it protects; guards and preserves. Your Knowledge consumes every part of my being and defines my responses to every area of my life. I defend the truth of the gospel at all times because I am bold in spirit. I never give in to liberal ideals that dilute the truth because what you say is absolute. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

To Rule By Knowledge

Apostle Grace Lubega

Daniel 2:21-22(KJV); And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.

Empires and kingdoms rise and fall by knowledge.

In our theme scripture, the principle is clear; God changes times and seasons, removes and sets up kings based on wisdom and knowledge. The future belongs to men who know .

It is the reason why some institutions are relevant today and irrelevant tomorrow.

The Church of Christ will outlive every society, empire, kingdom and invention because it increases from glory to glory based on knowledge.

In every dispensation, there is a demand for knowledge. If your revelation is stagnant, you go down, if it increases, you go up.

Kings are defined by the wisdom upon their lives. If they must reign in the years to come, they must be intimately acquainted with the spirit of knowledge because the spirit of knowledge is the spirit of progress.

Every time God makes things plain to you, the king in you arises. Every time the king in you arises, you conquer new areas of influence.

Child of God, make it your lifelong ambition to continually seek after knowledge. Dig depths that men are afraid to dig; ask the questions that ordinary people are too content to ask; seek diligently and continuosly with the assurance that you will find.

Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: Proverbs 23:23, Proverbs 4:7

GOLDEN NUGGET:

Every time God makes things plain to you, the king in you arises. Every time the king in you arises, you conquer new areas of influence.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this Word. Your word is open to me and revelation is available to my spirit. I am increasing in my knowledge of you and the mantle of wisdom upon my life is expanding. With each day of my life, my understanding is sharpened. My circumference of influence is increased; I am a force of change; I conquer mountains and reign in my areas of expertise for the growth of God’s Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Understanding The Time Dimension – 3

Apostle Grace Lubega

Genesis 1:3-5(KJV); And God said, Let there be light: and there was light And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day

Light defines time, time does not define light.

The Bible reveals this pattern of creation in our theme scripture.

He created the light, separated it from the darkness and then came time. He called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. Light came first, time followed.

In Genesis 1:14, God repeats the pattern. The Bible says, ‘And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.’ The lights that were created defined the times, which were the seasons, days and years.

This is the very wisdom with which we respond to times and seasons or create our own times and seasons.

The gospel is light. In 2 Corinthians 4:4, the scriptures speak of the light of the glorious gospel of Christ. Because the gospel is light, by it, we can respond to times and seasons or create our days and years.

Your tomorrow is not defined by the rising and setting of the sun but by your revelation of the Word of God in what tomorrow should be like. The next five, ten, twenty or fifty years of your life are not defined by the Gregorian calendar but by how you apply the Word to those years.

If you declare by the power of the Word that in five years, you will be the most sought after speaker, business person, engineer, lawyer or innovator the world has ever seen, it will be so because by light(the Word), you create your days.

Whatever it is that you must see or experience; whatever it is that you must become, define it by the Word because this is a pattern in creation. It is unchangeable; it has been established from the foundations of the world; it works.

FURTHER STUDY: 2 Corinthians 4:4, Genesis 1:14

GOLDEN NUGGET:

Your tomorrow is not defined by the rising and setting of the sun but by your revelation of the Word of God in what tomorrow should be like.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this truth. By your Word, I change my tomorrow. I decree and declare that I am going upward and upward only. I decree and declare that my future is bright. I decree and declare that kings come to my rising. My tomorrow, next year and the years to come are glorious because of your Word.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Understanding The Time Dimension – 2

Apostle Grace Lubega

Ecclesiastes 3:11(KJV); He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end

Divine beauty comes to those that understand spiritual seasons and times. That is what the scriptures mean when they say that God makes everything beautiful in His time.

Some businesses fail because they are started outside spiritual time. Some ministries die because they are planted outside spiritual time. Some marriages break because the couple got into that covenant outside of spiritual time.

There are Christians who start certain things too early or start too late. They make decisions before the decision is relevant or after it has lost relevance.

That is not the portion of a believer.

When you pattern your life after the timing of the spirit, God makes your job beautiful, your business beautiful, your marriage beautiful and your ministry beautiful.

Many things determine how tuned you are to spiritual time but the most important is your life of communion.

One day in the house of the Lord is better than a thousand in the world( Psalms 84:10).

In God’s presence, we redeem time and master the wisdom by which we number our days. Ideas birthed out of communion will always be in the timing of the Spirit. Decisions made in the secret place will always be in sync with spiritual times and seasons.

His name be praised!

FURTHER STUDY: Psalms 84:10, Luke 12:56

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Divine beauty comes to those that understand spiritual seasons and times.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this Word. Thank you because I am completely in sync with the timing of the spirit. I know my seasons and I discern the signs of my times with great accuracy. As I commit to a life of continual communion with the Holy Spirit, everything about my life is beautiful. My career is beautiful; my business is beautiful; my family is beautiful; my life is beautiful!
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Understanding The Time Dimension – 1

Apostle Grace Lubega

Ecclesiastes 1:9 (AMP); The thing that has been–it is what will be again, and that which has been done is that which will be done again; and there is nothing new under the sun.

Understanding The Time Dimension - 1The time dimension is circular.

History repeats itself. What has been shall be again and what has been done shall be done again because of this circular motion of events and experiences under the sun.

This same sequence is demonstrated through the prophetic ministry of Samuel.

The Bible says In 1 Samuel 7:16, “And he went from year to year in circuit to Bethel, and Gilgal, and Mizpeh, and judged Israel in all those places.”

Christ had a similar experience in His earthly ministry. In Mark 6:6, the Bible reveals that He went ’round about’ the villages teaching.

Events under the earth are the same, although the degrees may change from time to time.

As a believer, you ought to understand this sequence and rotation because when you do, you will be able to fix any issue in your life.

What assurance does this truth bring to you as a child of God?

It means that if you failed to fix something this year, do not despair for God has designed another opportunity for you to fix it. If it failed yesterday, another moment is available in time for you to do better.

I know people who give up the first time something fails; they believe that once an opportunity has passed, then they will never have it again. In the world, it is said that opportunity knocks once at every man’s door. That is not scriptural.

God has designed the seasons and times of this life to give you a second chance, a third chance, a fourth chance and as many other chances as possible because His grace and mercies are unending to those that are willing and humble to embrace them.

Glory to God!

FURTHER STUDY: Ecclesiastes 3:15, Ecclesiastes 6:10

GOLDEN NUGGET:

God has designed the seasons and times of this life to give you a second chance, a third chance, a fourth chance and as many other chances as possible because His grace and mercies are unending to those that are willing and humble to embrace them.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this great truth. You are not just the God of second chances, you are the God whose arms are wide open; whose love knows no bounds and whose grace is limitless. I embrace life in this understanding; to believe again; to trust again; to work harder at past projects; to pick up from where I stopped, knowing that you are available to see me through to the end. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Prophetic Dimension Of The Word

Apostle Grace Lubega

Hebrews 4:12-13(KJV); For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

In the spirit realm, there is such a thing as the realm of mysteries. This realm is a dimension in the prophetic grace.

Some understand prophecy to only include sight or hearing but there are several other dimensions in the prophetic realm and one of those is the ability to search out and discover the mysteries of the Word of God.

Every time the Word of God is revealed and depths of knowledge are broken, the future becomes clearer.

Everything is naked and open before the Word of God. The past, present and future are laid bare before Him.

In Revelation 19:10, the scriptures reveal that the testimony of Jesus, who is the person of the Word is the spirit of prophecy.

When you study the Word and the mysteries of the world and of God are opened to you, that is prophecy too!

In 1 Corinthians 14:1(AMP), the Bible says, ‘Eagerly pursue and seek to acquire [this] love [make it your aim, your great quest]; and earnestly desire and cultivate the spiritual endowments (gifts), especially that you may prophesy (interpret the divine will and purpose in inspired preaching and teaching).’

In this, God did not only want you to desire the prophecy of sight or of hearing but also the one where the eyes of your understanding are flooded with light.

Look beyond sight, child of God and allow God to launch you into the realm of mysteries.

Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: 1 Corinthians 14:1(AMP), Revelation 19:10

GOLDEN NUGGET:

Every time the Word of God is revealed and depths of knowledge are broken, the future becomes clearer.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank you for this Word. Thank you for the places in you that my eyes are opened to. I see the future with clarity because I see it through the eyes of the Word. Tomorrow is not a mystery because I live by the spirit of revelation.
In Jesus name, Amen.
