Jeremiah 36:1-4(KJV); And it came to pass in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that this word came unto Jeremiah from the Lord, saying, Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day…Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah: and Baruch wrote from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of the Lord, which he had spoken unto him, upon a roll of a book.

It is Christian discipline to habitually take notes when hearing the Word of GOD. It demonstrates respect for the Word and it allows the Spirit of GOD to minister to you more deeply on any given subject.

That is why from old, the scriptures refer and confer much importance to scribes.

For example, for the Prophet Jeremiah, there were oracles that he could not speak until Baruch the scribe was present to write them.

As a child of God who is keen on hearing God, get into the habit of writing what you feel is revelation and worth pondering about.

Don’t merely rely on your memory. Like the English adage goes, the faintest pencil is better than the sharpest memory.

If you take notes during class, trainings and workshops, how much more while listening to the Word of God?

We are reading Jeremiah today because of what was written down. Some of the things you write will bless your nation and your generation.

Have the faith to believe that what you write will not end with you. Hallelujah!

LA PERLE DE LA SAGESSE POUR LA CROISSANCE SPIRITUELLE

Jérémie 36:1-4(KJV) La quatrième année de Joachim le fils de Josias roi de Juda, cette parole fut adressée à Jérémie par le Seigneur, en ces mots : Prenez un livre, et écrivez-y toutes les paroles que j’ai prononcées à vous contre Israël, contre Juda et contre toutes les nations, depuis le jour que je vous ai dit, depuis les jours de Josias, même jusqu’à ce jour… Jérémie appela Baruc le fils de Nérija : et Baruc écrivit de la bouche de Jérémie toutes les paroles du Seigneur, qu’il lui avait dites, sur un rouleau de livre.

C’est la discipline Chrétienne de prendre habituellement des notes en entendant la Parole de DIEU. Cela démontre du respect pour la Parole et cela permet à l’Esprit de DIEU de vous ministrer plus profondément sur un sujet donné.

C’est pourquoi depuis longtemps, les écritures se réfèrent et confèrent beaucoup d’importance aux scribes.

Par exemple, pour le prophète Jérémie, il y avait des oracles qu’il ne pouvait pas parler jusqu’à ce que Baruc le scribe était présent pour les écrire.

En tant qu’enfant de Dieu qui aime entendre Dieu, prenez l’habitude d’écrire ce que vous ressentez comme une révélation et qui mérite d’être méditée.

Ne comptez pas simplement sur votre mémoire. Comme le dit l’adage anglais, le crayon le plus léger vaut mieux que le souvenir le plus net.

Si vous prenez des notes pendant les cours, les formations et les ateliers, combien plus en écoutant la Parole de Dieu ?

Nous lisons Jérémie aujourd’hui à cause de ce qui a été écrit. Certaines des choses que vous écrivez béniront votre nation et votre génération.

Ayez la foi de croire que ce que vous écrivez ne finira pas avec vous. Alléluia !
