It is a common misconception that the anointing is reserved solely for preachers or those who minister from the pulpit. In reality, every child of God requires the anointing, regardless of their profession or calling. Whether you are a doctor, entrepreneur, lawyer, engineer, or politician, the anointing is the catalyst that makes the ultimate difference. While professional skill and experience are invaluable, they are not sufficient on their own; there are dimensions of effectiveness, impact, and transformation that only the anointing can produce.
Consider a doctor functioning purely on professional experience versus one who, in addition to that expertise, is anointed by God—it will be evident that the one operating under the anointing is far more effective. Likewise, compare a politician who depends solely on strategy to one who operates by the anointing; you will see that the anointed leader brings about greater change and more lasting transformation to society.
Scripture tells us that “the yoke is destroyed because of the anointing.” This signifies that there are burdens, limitations, and persistent obstacles in your business or career that will only yield to the anointing. Some problems cannot be solved by intellect alone; they must be broken by divine empowerment.
Even Jesus was anointed, and He went about doing good. This demonstrates that certain manifestations of goodness, deliverance, and restoration are possible only through the anointing, which enables results that human strength cannot replicate.
Furthermore, the anointing teaches. There are insights, strategies, and understandings that you may never access through training alone—whether in law, engineering, or business—but which the anointing reveals. It grants divine wisdom that transcends natural learning. You need it, child of God!
