Apostle Grace Lubega
Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV); Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
The plans of God concerning our lives are older than our existence in our physical bodies.
In our theme scripture, He tells the Prophet Jeremiah that he knew him before he was formed in the womb. It means that there was a reality about the life of Jeremiah that predated his existence in the womb.
As a child of God, you ought to therefore ask, “who was I before God knew me in the womb?”
If you cannot connect to these truths, you can never understand the ancient things.
In Matthew 13:52, the Bible says, “Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.”
What are the old things that the Bible is making reference to?
They pertain to things that precede your physical existence. When you understand these, you will minister to men in the kind of wisdom that supersedes your age because, by this truth, you will draw from ancient depths.
When you embrace this truth and are awakened to its consciousness, your teachings, ideas and innovations will never be contemporary, they will be ageless because you are ancient in your understanding of life.
