Apostle Grace Lubega
John 18:37 – 38 (KJV); Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.
A man is not true because he is very articulate in his speech or his words appeal to the human mind.
Truth is not defined by the masses. It is not when everyone agrees with what you say or how you choose to behave.
Truth is also not marked by how you feel about a situation.
What makes something true is the fact that it is in sync with divine laws.
For example, when a man receives a bad report from the doctor telling him that he has a few days to live and that man rejects that report because he knows that by the Lord’s stripes he was healed, that man is true. This is because he has aligned himself to a divine law, which is the law of faith.
Facts don’t inform truth. Divine laws make truth.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this knowledge. I am aligned to truth and walk in its patterns every day. Truth and not facts define my reality. I see my world through the lens of Your Word and Spirit, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
