Genesis 1:2-3 (KJV); And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
At the point of creation, God was faced with darkness.
God did not rebuke the darkness. He did not command it to disappear and leave the earth. The Bible says that He commanded light to come forth.
In a similar manner, when you enter a dark room, what is the first thing you do? Switch on the light.
This is the way in which we must treat any form of darkness that we confront. God expects us to turn on the light.
This light is His Word. In Psalm 119:130, the Bible says that the entrance of the Word brings light.
There are people who are fumbling around in the darkness of disease because they have forgotten about the light. God is calling upon you to switch it on. Speak His Word on healing, the darkness will flee.
There are people who are struggling with the darkness of lack. Flood your life with the light of divine provision. Speak forth the scriptures. Decree and declare that He became poor that you may be rich (2 Corinthians 8:9); that He has given you all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). The darkness of poverty will flee.
When the light comes on, the darkness does not negotiate, fight back or disappear partially, it flees!

Mwanzo 1:2-3 (KJV); Nayo nchi ilikuwa ukiwa, tena utupu, na giza lilikuwa juu ya uso wa vilindi vya maji; Roho ya Mungu ikatulia juu ya uso wa maji. Mungu akasema, Iwe nuru; ikawa nuru.
Wakati wa uumbaji, Mungu alikabiliwa na giza.
Mungu hakuikemea giza. Hakuamuru ipotee na kuondoka duniani. Biblia inasema kwamba aliamuru nuru iangaze.
Kwa namna ile ile, unapoingia kwenye chumba cha giza, ni kitu gani cha kwanza unachofanya? Kuwasha nuru.
Hii ndiyo njia ambayo tunafaa kushughulikia aina yoyote ya giza tunayokabiliana nayo. Mungu anatarajia tuwashe nuru.
Nuru hii ni Neno Lake. Katika Zaburi 119:130, Biblia inasema kuwa kufafanuka kwa Neno lake kunatia nuru.
Kuna watu ambao wanazunguka katika giza ya magonjwa kwa kuwa wameisahau nuru. Mungu anakuita uiwashe. Sema Neno Lake kuhusu uponyaji, giza litatoweka.
Kuna watu wanaohangaika kwa giza la ukosefu. Angaza maisha yako na nuru ya riziki ya kimungu. Yanene maandiko. Amuru na utangaze kuwa Yeye alikuwa maskini ili kwamba wewe upate kuwa tajiri (2 Wakorintho 8:9); kwamba amekupa vitu vyote vipasavyo maisha na kiungu (2 Petro 1:3). Giza la umasikini litatoweka.
Wakati nuru imeangazwa, giza halijadili, kupigana au kutoweka kidogo, linatokomea!
