1 Corinthians 16:17-18 (KJV); I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied. For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.
There are people who have surrounded themselves with individuals who drain their strength and consistently subtract from their labours. As such, they are discouraged and fed up by many things, whether in business, ministry or career.
It is a mark of wisdom to surround yourself with people who refresh your spirit. In our theme scripture, Stephanas and Fortunatus are men who refreshed the spirit of Paul and the Corinthian church.
When a man refreshes your spirit, he gives you the zeal to go on with your vision. He makes you look past the difficulties and reminds you that what you are doing is worth the effort.
This refreshment is important and should not be treated lightly because the degree to which you are refreshed is the degree to which you are strengthened in spirit; the degree of the strengthening of your spirit is the degree of the exploits you can do.
Discouraged men never aspire to or neither do they achieve greatness. Many great dreams are languishing at the feet of naysayers who butchered them out of the hearts of visionaries.
For your own sake, you must learn to position yourself in places and among people that refresh your spirit.

PRAYER: Father, I am thankful for this knowledge. Thank You because the people in my inner circle build me and add to my labours. People who subtract from my efforts, discourage and only point to the negative are far from me. I attract men that continually refresh me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Omuntu bw’azza obuggya omwoyo gwo, akuwa amaanyi okugenda mu maaso n’okwolesebwa kwo. Akuleetera okutunula okusukka ku bizibu era akujjukiza nti ky’okola kigwana amaanyi g’ossaamu.
Okuzzibwa obuggya kuno kukulu era tekulina kutwalibwa ng’ekintu ekitono kubanga gy’okoma okuzzibwa obuggya gy’okoma okuzzibwamu amaanyi mu mwoyo; gy’okoma okuzzibwamu amaanyi mu mwoyo gwo obusobozi bw’ebyo by’osobola okukola gyebukoma okweyongera.

Hariho abantu abeyehinguririize abantu abarikubamaramu amaani kandi bakaguma nibasharaho aha mirimo yaabo obutoosha. Ahabw’ekyo, bahwaire amatsiko kandi ebintu byingi bibaruhize, yaaba n’omu by’obushuubuzi, obuheereza ningashi omu murimo.

Haroho abantu abetoroize abo ababanyunyutaho amaani kandi obutaleka bagarukiriza emirimo yabo. Kandi habwekyo, bahwa amaani kandi bajwaha omu bintu bingi, kabube busubuzi, omu buhereza rundi omu mirimo yabo.
Karorwaho k’amagezi okwikara n’abantu abakuhumuza Omwoyo gwawe. Omukyahandikirwe kyaitu eky’omutwe, Sitefana hamu na Fotunato nubo abantu abahumuzaga omwoyo gwa Paulo n’ekanisa eya Kolinso.
Omuntu obw’ahumuza omwoyo gwawe, akuhereza amaani g’okugumizaamu n’okwolekwa kwawe. Akusobozesa kurora kuhingura ha kugumirirwa kandi akwijukya ngu ekyoliyo n’okora kisemeriire amaani gawe.

Abantu abahoirwemu amaani tibegomba nobukwakuba okutunga obukuru. Ebirooto bingi biriyo nibihwerekererra habigere byab’ahakani ababiisire okuruga mungaro zaabo ab’olekwa.

1 Wakorintho 16:17-18 (KJV); Nami nafurahi kwa sababu ya kuja kwao Stefana na Fortunato na Akaiko; maana hawa wamenikirimia kwa wingi yale niliyopungukiwa kwenu. Maana wameniburudisha roho yangu, na roho zenu pia; basi wajueni sana watu kama hao.
Kuna watu ambao wamejizunguka na watu ambao huondoa nguvu zao na mara kwa mara hufanya kazi zao kufifia. Kwa hivyo, huvunjika moyo na kuchoshwa na vitu vingi, iwe katika biashara, huduma au kazi.
Ni alama ya busara kujifanya kuzungukwa na watu wanaoburudisha roho yako. Katika andiko letu kuu, Stephana na Fortunato ni wanaume ambao waliburudisha roho ya Paulo na kanisa la Korintho.
Mtu anapoburudisha roho yako, anakupa bidii ya kuendelea na maono yako. Anakufanya uangalie zaidi ya shida na kukumbusha kuwa unachofanya ina manufaa kibidii.
Burudisho hili ni muhimu na halipaswi kudharauliwa kwa sababu kiwango ambacho umeburudishwa ndicho kiwango cha uimarisho wa roho; kiwango cha kuimarika kwa roho yako ni kiwango cha ushujaa ambacho unaweza kufanya.
Watu waliokata tamaa kamwe hawatamani kupata ukuu wala daima hawapati ukuu. Ndoto nyingi nzuri zimetamaushwa kwa sababu ya usemi wa wasioamini ambao kwa usemi huo waliondoa ndoto hizo nzuri kutoka kwa mioyo ya waliokuwa na ndoto hizo.
Kwa ajili ya ufanisi wako mwenyewe, lazima ujifunze kukaa mahali na kati ya watu wanaoburudisha roho yako.

UJUMBE MKUU: Ni alama ya hekima kujifanya kuzungukwa na watu wanaoburudisha roho yako. Kiwango ambacho umeburudishwa ni kiwango ambacho umeimarishwa katika roho; kiwango cha kuimarika kwa roho yako ni kiwango cha ushujaa ambacho unaweza kufanya.
