Apostle Grace Lubega
Hebrews 11:6(KJV); But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
God’s voice is distinctive and carries a clarity to it. However, this distinctiveness and clarity is shaped by faith.
If you want to hear God, you must firstly believe that you hear Him.
Some people are waiting for a loud trumpet-like voice from heaven or a thunderous roar that they can then ascribe to God.
If you must first hear that loud voice before you believe that you hear Him, then you will miss out on many divine instructions.
Our theme scripture has set the pattern for us.
Faith leads the way in any dealings with God because it is what pleases Him.
He that comes to God must believe that He is. This covers a multitude of things including the fact that He speaks to you.
When you get into prayer, believe that He will speak to You. When You desire His counsel, you must first believe that He is ready to guide you in the paths of wisdom.
A man perfected in faith is perfected in his hearing of God. This means that the more you believe that He speaks to you, the more you will hear Him.
His name be praised!

PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this Word. My ears are tuned to Your instructions and my spirit is open to Your guidance. Your voice is clear to me. Even if it be a whisper, I know that I cannot miss it because I hear You and know Your voice. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
