Every minister of the gospel needs the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Jesus did, as our theme scripture clearly reveals, and so do you. No ministry can grow successfully without His expert guidance.
As a minister, I can never step onto the pulpit to preach without hearing His voice. With multitudes listening to me across the world, only the Spirit of God knows what needs to be spoken at any specific time to meet every individual at their point of need.
In any one message, everyone will pick something particular to their circumstance because the Spirit of God knows each of them individually and their unique set of circumstances.
In Isaiah 50:4, the Bible says, “The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.”
How do you speak a word in season to him that is weary without the Holy Spirit? It is He who knows who is hurting, who is broken, who needs encouragement, who needs to be pulled back from the edge of despair, who needs their faith fanned into flame, who needs comforting, who needs reassurance, who needs to be reminded that God still cares, who needs healing, who needs deliverance and who simply needs to be told what to do next because they feel so confused.
In any area of ministry, be conscious of the fact that the Spirit is on standby, ready to lead and to help. In all that you do, He will give you an authority that no man can explain; Only He will add weight to your words and actions.

GOLDEN NUGGET: In any area of ministry, be conscious of the fact that the Spirit is on standby, ready to lead and to help. In all that you do, He will give you an authority that no man can explain; Only He will add weight to your words and actions.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this knowledge. Thank You for Your Spirit in me. I yield to Him in all that I do, knowing that He is willing, available and able to lead me in the paths of truth and righteousness. My ministry is built on the leadership of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
