In yesterday’s devotion, we learnt that every king has a territory and that you must find yours.
Besides identifying your territory, as king, you must know that every territory has gates and thrones.
I have seen men sitting on thrones in territories without gates.
The absence of gates means that one’s territory is open to any manner of attack because it is unprotected.
Without gates, the man on the throne lacks a sense of control because he exists in uncertainty over how and when he will become a victim. No king reigns without gates.
On the other hand, I have also seen men who possess gates but they do not have thrones. They lack the authority to command certain things within their territories. They possess a form of power but it cannot move enough things for these men to be recognised as forces of change in the arenas in which they function.
This is the generation that must possess both gates and thrones because the pendulum of divine authority swings between these two pillars.

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for the authority I have in You. I reign in this life because that is the authority I have received in Christ. The wisdom that builds gates and takes thrones works in me as I build ministry, business or a career, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Apocalypse 1:6 (LSG); et qui a fait de nous un royaume, des sacrificateurs pour Dieu son Père, à lui soient la gloire et la puissance, aux siècles des siècles! Amen!

Lors de la dévotion d’hier, nous avons appris que chaque roi possède un territoire et que vous devez trouver le vôtre.
En plus d’identifier votre territoire, en tant que roi, vous devez savoir que chaque territoire a des portes et des trônes.
J’ai vu des hommes assis sur des trônes dans des territoires sans portes.
L’absence de portes signifie que le territoire d’une personne est ouvert à toute forme d’attaque car non protégé.
Sans portes, l’homme sur le trône manque de sentiment de contrôle car il vit dans l’incertitude quant à la manière et au moment où il deviendra une victime. Aucun roi ne règne sans portes.
D’un autre côté, j’ai aussi vu des hommes qui possèdent des portes mais n’ont pas de trônes. Ils n’ont pas l’autorité nécessaire pour commander certaines choses sur leur territoire. Ils possèdent une forme de pouvoir mais celui-ci ne peut pas faire bouger suffisamment les choses pour que ces hommes soient reconnus comme des forces de changement dans les arènes dans lesquelles ils évoluent.
C’est la génération qui doit posséder à la fois des portes et des trônes car le pendule de l’autorité divine oscille entre ces deux piliers.
