Apostle Grace Lubega
Ecclesiastes 7:8(KJV); Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
The Christian story is of men and women who finish their divine assignments and run their races to completion.
God has not purposed that you limp off the race track midway the journey. He has not designed you to throw in the towel simply because the going got rough.
This applies, not only to your spiritual journey but to all the other areas of your life.
It is not in God’s plan for you to start a business and fail halfway. It is not His desire for you to get a job that becomes too difficult to keep. It gives Him no pleasure for you to enter a marriage that you cannot sustain.
Why do we celebrate the life of Christ? It is because He finished. In fact, despite the fact that He was weak and dying on the cross, He courageously announced to the world, “It is finished!”
Paul’s life is the great example that it is because he too finished. He said in 2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
Do you find yourself at the verge of giving up on your marriage, career, business, your children or ministry?
The God who started it wants to complete it. Don’t walk out of that relationship or job. Don’t burn bridges.
You have the physical, emotional and spiritual muscle to finish the journey because the God of completion is with you and in you.

GOLDEN NUGGET: It is not in God’s plan for you to start a business and fail halfway. It is not His desire for you to get a job that becomes too difficult to keep. It gives Him no pleasure for you to enter a marriage that you cannot sustain. The God who started you on that journey desires to complete it.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this Word. I am eternally grateful for the doors that You have opened for me. I know it is never Your desire that I stop halfway my journeys because You are the God of completion. I am committed to accomplishing the tasks and assignments before me in ministry, business, career and in my relationships because You are with me. Failure is not an option, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
