Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 103:5 (KJV); Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Throughout history, men have sought for the fountain of youth, a mythical spring, tales of which have been recounted for thousands of years. In lore, the fountain restores the youth of whoever drinks from its waters.
Those men were looking in the wrong places. Our theme scripture reveals the answer to their quest for eternal youth.
In the Message Version, the Bible says, “He wraps you in goodness—beauty eternal. He renews your youth—you’re always young in his presence.”
The true fountain of youth is THE PRESENCE OF GOD.
The world by its wisdom has devised ways to slow down ageing. By 2021, the anti-ageing market was valued at 60.42 billion United States Dollars. According to research, globally, the market is expected to be worth about 119.6 billion dollars by 2030.
But our fountain of youth is free! It energises, strengthens, revives and restores effortlessly. It is the reason why at one hundred twenty years of age, Moses’ eyesight was not dim and his natural force unabated (Deuteronomy 34:7).
The United Nations says that there are presently about 573,000 centenarians worldwide. That is out of a population of 8 billion people.
This generation should change that narrative, not by anti-ageing creams but by the reviving and rejuvenating presence of God.

GOLDEN NUGGET: The true fountain of youth is THE PRESENCE OF GOD.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for Your presence and what it can do. I am renewed every day, stronger and fresher today than I was yesterday. Regardless of the passing of time, I am energized by Your power, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
