Daniel 4:17 (KJV); This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.
I have seen a great delusion on the earth, in men that assume that they have control over certain territories when they in fact do not.
True owners are defined by our theme scripture. The Bible says that God rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever He wills.
There are people who walk this earth and God has given them control over entire nations. Those nations may know it or may not know it but it does not take away the fact that by God, the nation is in the hands of a man and one word from him can seat or unseat anyone who holds authority only by assumption.
If you wonder at this truth, look at the life of Elijah. It was only at the point when he was taken up in a whirlwind that the scriptures revealed his true spiritual identity and his authority over Israel. Elisha calls him in 2 Kings 2:12, “the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof.”
Even without a physical crown on his head, Elijah ruled Israel.
How about Elisha his successor?
Elisha saved Israel from the attacks of the Syrian army because he was capable of sitting in on their strategy meetings even without their knowledge (2 Kings 6:12). He was to all intents and purposes a ruler among men.

WATAWALA WA WANADAMU

Danieli 4:17 (KJV); Hukumu hii imekuja kwa agizo la walinzi, na amri hii kwa neno la watakatifu; kusudi walio hai wapate kujua ya kuwa Aliye juu anatawala katika ufalme wa wanadamu, naye humpa amtakaye, tena humtawaza juu yake aliye mnyonge.
Nimeona udanganyifu mkubwa duniani, kwa watu wanaodhani kwamba wana mamlaka juu ya maeneo fulani ilhali hawana.
Wamiliki wa kweli wanafafanuliwa na maandiko yetu ya mada. Biblia inasema Mungu anatawala katika ufalme wa wanadamu na humpa amtakaye.
Kuna watu wanaotembea hapa duniani na Mungu amewapa mamlaka juu ya mataifa yote. Mataifa hayo yanaweza kufahamu au la lakini haiondoi kweli kwamba kwa Mungu, taifa liko mikononi mwa mwanadamu na neno moja kutoka kwake linaweza kuketi au kumng’oa mtu yeyote mwenye mamlaka kwa dhana tu.
Ikiwa unastaajabia kweli hii, tazama maisha ya Eliya. Ilikuwa ni wakati tu alipochukuliwa juu katika kisulisuli ambapo maandiko yalifunua utambulisho wake wa kweli wa kiroho na mamlaka yake juu ya Israeli. Elisha anamwita katika 2 Wafalme 2:12, “gari la vita la Israeli na wapanda farasi wake.”
Hata bila taji la kimwili juu ya kichwa chake, Eliya alitawala Israeli.
Vipi kuhusu Elisha mrithi wake?
Elisha aliokoa Israeli kutokana na mashambulizi ya jeshi la Washami kwa sababu alikuwa na uwezo wa kuketi kwenye mikutano yao ya mkakati hata bila wao kujua (2 Wafalme 6:12). Alikuwa kwa nia na makusudi yote mtawala miongoni mwa wanadamu.
Ulinzi wa taifa hauko katika ustadi wa jeshi lake na ukuu wa silaha zake za kijeshi, ni kwa watu ambao Mungu amewapa mamlaka juu ya maeneo. Mamlaka haya ni yetu sisi wana wa Mungu na ni juu yetu kuenenda katika kweli hii.
