Psalm 107:20 (KJV); He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
If you want to pray effectively, learn to pray the scriptures because, in prayer, God is moved by His Word.
An effective prayer life is one in which our requests to God are shaped by His own Word.
The Psalmist sets this example in Psalms 119:13-16. He says, “With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.”
When you pray, always use the Word.
If you are believing God to heal you, effective prayer sounds like this, “Lord I thank You because you were wounded for my transgressions, bruised for my iniquities and by your stripes I was healed (1 Peter 2:24). So I thank You because divine health is my portion.”
If you are trusting God for provision, effective prayer sounds like this, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation (Psalm 68:19). I cannot lack! The Bible says that God, who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32). I am sufficient in all things!”
As you pray the Word, faith rises. As you pray the Word, you stir up your inner man to stand tall in any circumstance.

Baiburi negira eti Ruhanga, otaratwimire Mwana we ahabwe, kureka akamuhayo ahabwaitu twena, aryazibirwa ki kutuha byona hamwe nawe? (Abarooma 8:32). Mazirwe omu bintu byoona.

Zaburi 107:20 (KJV): Hulituma neno lake, huwaponya, Huwatoa katika maangamizo yao.
Ukitaka kuomba kwa ufanisi jifunze kuomba maandiko maana katika maombi Mungu anasukumwa na Neno lake.
Maisha ya maombi yenye ufanisi ni yale ambayo maombi yetu kwa Mungu yanaundwa na Neno lake mwenyewe.
Mtunga Zaburi anaweka mfano huu katika Zaburi 119:13-16. Anasema, “Kwa midomo yangu nimezisimulia Hukumu zote za kinywa chako. Nimeifurahia njia ya shuhuda zako Kana kwamba ni mali mengi.Nitayatafakari mausia yako, Nami nitaziangalia njia zako.
Nitajifurahisha sana kwa amri zako, Sitalisahau neno lako.”
Unapoomba, tumia Neno daima.
Ikiwa unamwamini Mungu akuponye, maombi yenye ufanisi yanasikika hivi, “Bwana nakushukuru kwa kuwa ulijeruhiwa kwa makosa yangu, ulichubuliwa kwa maovu yangu na kwa kupigwa kwako naliponywa (1 Petro 2:24). Kwa hiyo nashukuru Wewe kwa sababu afya ya kiungu ni sehemu yangu.”
Ikiwa unamtumainia Mungu kwa ajili ya utoaji, maombi yenye ufanisi yanasikika hivi, “Na ahimidiwe Bwana, Siku kwa siku hutuchukulia mzigo wetu; Mungu ndiye wokovu wetu (Zaburi 68:19) Siwezi kukosa! Biblia inasema kuwa Yeye asiyemwachilia Mwana wake mwenyewe, bali alimtoa kwa ajili yetu sisi sote, atakosaje kutukirimia na mambo yote pamoja naye? (Warumi 8:32). Natosha katika mambo yote!
Unapoomba Neno, imani inainuka. Unapoomba Neno, unamchochea mtu wako wa ndani kusimama wima katika hali yoyote.
