Apostle Grace Lubega
Genesis 12:1 (KJV); Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
God never defines inheritance in familiar places. He separates you from what is familiar so you can walk in your inheritance.
This pattern is clear through scripture.
Abraham was asked to leave his country, his kindred and his father’s house. This was his divorce from familiarity.
Moses was separated from the gilded cage of Pharaoh’s house and taken to the wilderness.
Paul in the New Testament spent three years in Arabia, away from his hometown of Tarsus (Galatians 1:17).
God may not take you out of your country but it is in his ways to take you out of your comfort zone.
It is wisdom to recognise when God is doing this lest you misinterpret divine purpose as an attack of the devil or pity and victimise yourself.
If you must be used greatly by God, never fight a separation from the familiar. Learn to let go and allow God to show you deeper and greater horizons.

GOLDEN NUGGET: God never defines inheritance in familiar places. He separates you from what is familiar so you can walk in your inheritance.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. You are the Lord of my destiny and future. I let go of any attachment to the familiar. I yield to Your purposes, wherever You lead me, I follow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
