Apostle Grace Lubega
1 Timothy 1:12 (KJV); And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
It is a blessing to serve God. In our service to Him, it is He who is doing us a great favour and not vice versa.
Regardless of what you do for the ministry, consider it a privilege. It does not matter how minor your role may be, understand that in allowing you to do it, God counted you as worthy.
Some people seek satisfaction from their positions in their organisations. They strive to go higher up the corporate ladder in order to feel more fulfilled. Sadly, some still feel hollow even after attaining these promotions.
You cannot expect to serve a man and achieve a great level of self-actualization. This is only achievable in our service to God.
He is the best employer, not your company. His rewards are greater than a mere bonus at the end of the year. His blessing is deeper than Performance Incentive Pay. His benefits are better than the benefits that come with your payment grade.
Serve in whatever organisation that God has placed you in but you must also make it a point to serve God. Do something for the gospel and for the advancement of the kingdom of God. Avail yourself for the work of the Lord in the understanding that no honour is greater than to be called a servant of the Most High God.

GOLDEN NUGGET: You cannot expect to serve a man and achieve a great level of self-actualization. This is only achievable in our service to God. He is the best employer.
PRAYER: Father, I thank You for this word. Thank you for the deep and incomparable privilege of serving You. I choose to do so with diligence and absolute dedication because I am not serving men but the creator of heaven and earth. My hands, feet, lips, mind, silver and gold are all Yours. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
