Apostle Grace Lubega
Daniel 6:3 (KJV); Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.
The third level of authority that is at work in the life of a believer is that which comes because a man’s heart has learnt to seek God the right way.
This level of authority is not the generic authority given to every believer. It is an authority that produces distinction. It sets you over ages, nations, and even over fellow believers.
This is the kind of authority that Daniel operated by. Our theme scripture says that Daniel was preferred above presidents and princes and that the king desired to set him over the whole realm.
What was so outstanding about the life of Daniel? He was A MAN OF PRAYER.
Daniel knew how to seek his God. In Daniel 6:10, the Bible reveals to us his habit of praying three times every day.
When you learn to seek the face of God, men will seek you; they will devise ways to bless you; your elevation will be their constant thought; they will continually think of how to bless you!

GOLDEN NUGGET: When you learn to seek the face of God, men will seek you; they will devise ways to bless you; your elevation will be their constant thought; they will continually think of how to bless you!
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I embrace it in all its fullness. I am a seeker of God. My heart pants and longs for Your presence. My spirit delights in Your Word and Your instructions. My hunger for You deepens every day, never abated and never quenched because the more I know You, the more I want to know You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
