Apostle Grace Lubega
Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV); Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
It is an enduring practice of my life not to make decisions when I have not heard God concerning a matter.
This includes the people I appoint into places of authority within the ministry, those I let into my inner circle, the things I wish to acquire and so many other aspects of life.
This has saved me from countless things that could damage both my life and the ministry.
Sometimes, the pressure to decide can be so high because of the urgency of the matter but you must have the fortitude to wait until God speaks.
The Message Version of Proverbs 3:6 says, “Listen for GOD’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.”
Never assume that something is too small to require divine direction. Sometimes, the smallest things create the biggest cracks. After all, it is the small foxes that spoil the vine (Song of Solomon 2:15).
Make hearing God a habit and a standard by which you live your life.

GOLDEN NUGGET: Never assume that something is too small to require divine direction. Sometimes, the smallest things create the biggest cracks. After all, it is the small foxes that spoil the vine. Make hearing God a habit and a standard by which you live your life.
PRAYER: My Lord, I thank You for this word. You are the God of my destiny; it is You who directs my steps and tells me which way I should go. I choose to listen for Your voice in everything that I do, because Your instructions are the way of life, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
