Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 90:14(KJV); O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Destiny is time-bound.
You must understand that God has a blueprint for your life. This blueprint defines your spiritual growth, your growth in ministry, your climb up the career ladder, your relationships, your business goals and everything about your life.
God has revealed to us by the scriptures that there is a time to EVERY PURPOSE under heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1). This means that by a heavenly calendar, the major milestones of your life are tagged to time.
By this same calendar, some people are in time, others are out of time while others are living life aimlessly, with no understanding of the concept of time in what they do.
For example, marriage is a milestone on destiny’s path and there is a time set by heaven for you to get married. It is a derailment of destiny for you to marry thirty years past your heavenly time. This derailment comes with its ripple effects. If you get married at seventy, then you have to believe for God to open your womb so you can have children; then you have to believe for God to give you strength to raise them; then you have to believe God for you to live long enough to watch them grow.
Because destiny is time-bound, some people whose destinies are derailed receive blessings which seem irrelevant at the time when they are received. It may look like an answered prayer but what use is it if you no longer have the strength of youth to enjoy it?
A godly destiny is that which is in perfect sync with God’s time. This is your portion in Christ.
But how do you achieve this?
One of the most critical ways to ensure that you are within the boundaries of heavenly time is to spend time with God and maximise the moments in His presence. His presence redeems time and blurs the lines between eternal time and earthly time causing you to live life at a heavenly and divine pace. Time spent in the presence of God quickens you in all your earthly endeavours causing you to achieve more than what you ordinarily would.
I urge you this day to invest more time in prayer with the consciousness that it is about more than speaking to God but aligning yourself with eternal time.
