In His Presence: Taught To Abide

[restabs alignment=”osc-tabs-left” responsive=”false” tabcolor=”#81d742″ seltabcolor=”#eeee22″] [restab title=”English” active=”active”]

Apostle Grace Lubega

1 John 2:27(KJV), But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

The primary ministry of the Holy Spirit is to teach you.

The more He teaches you the more you abide in Him; the more you learn from Him, the deeper the desire for His presence, for “even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.”

But how does the Spirit teach?

His teaching and instructions start from the simplest issues of your life. It may be as basic as “make your bed…” “pick up that piece of paper you threw besides the trash can…” “call this sister and find out how she is doing…”

The more faithful you are to these slight impressions of the Spirit, the more He trusts you with greater instructions.

Exercise your spirit to respond to Him. As you grow, He will teach you greater things in God: how to demonstrate His power; how to heal disease; how to intercede for nations; how to draw multitudes. Praise Him!

FURTHER STUDY: Romans 8:14, John 16:13

GOLDEN NUGGET

The more the Holy Spirit teaches you the more you abide in Him.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for the instruction of your Spirit. It causes me to be continuously present and alive unto you. I have a constant divine consciousness of who you are. My spiritual reflexes are sharpened and I respond to your every prompting. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Amen.

Attend To The House Of God

Apostle Grace Lubega

Haggai 1:9 (KJV), Ye looked for much, and, lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the Lord of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.

The gospel is the life of the Christian; any ambitions outside it, when weighed on the scales of divine purpose amount to nothing.

In John 15:5, our Lord said, “I am the vine and ye are the branches: He that abideth in me and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”

What you do in this life only makes sense when you are in Him.

So, invest in the gospel and your personal spiritual growth because what you do within the boundaries of the gospel is what counts.

Paul explains it this way: He says in Romans 1:1, “Paul a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God.”

The word for separated herein is “aphorizo” which means “set apart by boundary.”

He was set apart as an apostle to function entirely within the boundaries of the gospel.

You may not be a preacher like Apostle Paul or stand on the pulpit before multitudes to teach them.

But, even if you are a career person, be a career person set apart for the gospel; be a business person set apart for the gospel; be a professional set apart for the gospel.

Fix your priorities and attend to God’s house.

FURTHER STUDY: 2 Corinthians 12:15, 1 Corinthians 9:16

GOLDEN NUGGET

Invest in the gospel and your personal spiritual growth because what you do within the boundaries of the gospel is what counts.

PRAYER: God I thank you for the gospel; the good news by which many sons have been called to glory; the power of God unto salvation; the wisdom that brings the wisdom of this world to nothing. I honour it above all things: it is the center of my life and my priorities are fixed on it. It is my primary profession and in it, I serve with all diligence and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Why we Preach the Grace: The Tongue of a Ready Writer

Apostle Grace Lubega

Psalms 45:1-2 (KJV), My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee forever.

Grace has made your tongue as a pen of a ready writer, oh what a glory!!!

For such, you are fairer than the children of men and God has blessed you forever.

Meaning, because you have believed the message of His grace, you cannot be compared to they that are of this world.

God has done everything to make you outshine them.
His blessing upon your life is forever because of the message you have received.

There is no single day in your life that you will feel less blessed by God.

As a ready writer, simply keep “inditing good matters” regarding the riches of His grace.

Speak of that grace by which He became poor that you may be rich (2 Corinthians 8:9); speak of the righteousness that He imputed upon you (Galatians 3:6); speak of the divine health you live by. Speak grace!

FURTHER STUDY: Colossians 4:6, Acts 20:32

GOLDEN NUGGET:
Grace has made your tongue as a pen of a ready writer, oh what a glory!!!

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for the message of your grace. My lips are seasoned with salt and I minister grace to all my hearers. Because I have believed this message, I am fairer than the children of men, I increase in everything that I do and shine brighter every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Branded Spirit

Apostle Grace Lubega

2 Corinthians 3:2 (KJV),Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

There is a place in the spirit realm for you to be known and read by all men.

The Bible says that you are known and read but it did not limit you on how you are read. You determine how you are read by branding your spirit.

What does it mean to brand your spirit? It is to make yourself appear to men like you ought to appear to them; to be perceived in light of the Word of God.

For example, if you believe that you are the world’s greatest in a call, or profession, people must see you as such.

How do you do this? Act like you are before you become.

Paul explains what becomes of a branded spirit when he asks; “Do we begin again to commend ourselves? or need we, as some others, epistles of commendation to you, or letters of commendation from you?” (2 Corinthians 3:1).

A branded spirit needs no “formal introduction.”

It means that you do not need anyone to first convince others regarding your true worth and value before they hear you.

When you appear for an interview, the panel will know that it is you they need for the job; when you appear for a business meeting, men will look to you as the answer to their questions; when you go to nations to preach the gospel, the people before whom you will stand will know that you have their solution.

You are a child of the spirit, your star is up, polished and radiating glory. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: Isaiah 60:3, Matthew 5:16

GOLDEN NUGGET:
A branded spirit needs no formal introduction: you do not need men to first convince others regarding your true worth and value before they hear you.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you because my spirit is branded. It has the distinction of what I desire to be perceived as. Men read me as rich, wise, strong, full of grace and truth. I have commended myself to the consciences of men and need no other commendation. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

In His Presence: The Glory in Prayer

[restabs alignment=”osc-tabs-left” responsive=”false” tabcolor=”#81d742″ seltabcolor=”#eeee22″] [restab title=”English” active=”active”]

Apostle Grace Lubega

James 5:17-18 (KJV), Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

There is a kind of glory that settles upon your spirit because of your degree of prayer.

The degree of prayer is not measured by how long you pray but by the intensity, earnestness and fervency of your prayer.

How does this glory operate? We see it function in the life of Elijah the Prophet.

The Book of James says that he prayed “that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.”

However, in 1 Kings 17:1, the Bible reveals that he declared, “As the Lord God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but ACCORDING TO MY WORD.”

Elijah did not spend hours in the presence of God asking Him to withhold rain.

What happened in the spirit was that he prayed until he attained a place in God where he could decree something and it is established.

It means that prayer elevates you to levels of influence in the spirit by which you function in the wisdom of God called “phronesis.”

This wisdom called “phronesis” enables you to determine the mode of action in any decision you take while beholding the end in sight.

Make a deliberate decision to spend time in the presence of God.

Prayer allows you to walk in a realm of glory where you can change the unchangeable at your Word. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY: James 5:16, Ephesians 6:18

GOLDEN NUGGET

There is a kind of glory that settles upon your spirit because of your degree of prayer.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this wisdom. I am mantled by the spirit of prayer. I am propelled to a deeper place in you by which I carry authority to plant and uproot; to decree and to establish; to build and to break. Nothing I declare can fail. Everything I decree must come to pass. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Amen.

His Precious Word

[restabs alignment=”osc-tabs-left” responsive=”false” tabcolor=”#81d742″ seltabcolor=”#eeee22″] [restab title=”English” active=”active”]

Apostle Grace Lubega

Psalms 138:2 (KJV), I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

God greatly and deeply values His Word.

He has magnified it above His name: He must first fail as Jehovah Jireh, your provider, for His Word to fail; He must first fail as Jehovah Shalom, the God of peace, for His Word to fail. That is how precious it is to Him.

The question to you is; if God places such high reverence to His Word, how about you?

If He has staked the integrity of His own name on it, what does this mean to you?

The way you respond to the Word is the way the Word responds to you.

God’s Heart is laid bare in His Word. Receive it with the same value and respect He accords it.

FURTHER STUDY: Job 23:12, 2 Timothy 2:15

GOLDEN NUGGET

God’s Heart is laid bare in His Word. Receive it with the same value and respect He accords it.

PRAYER: God, I thank you for your Word. It is the power by which the worlds were framed, the very person of who you are that carries the testimony of everlasting life. It will never pass away. I study it with honour. I believe it with all my heart and apply myself to it in all my ways. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Amen.
