In His Presence: The Spirit Of Intercession

Hebrews 7:25 (KJV), Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

There is wisdom by which every man must go to the presence of God.

Part of that wisdom is in understanding the pangs of the High Priest, our fore runner who went in before us (Hebrews 6:20).

The Bible says that He ever lives to make intercession for us, and because He does so, He is able to save to the uttermost.

Think about this: when was the last time you prayed for the Church of Christ; when was the last time you saw by the Spirit that a minister would fall and you prayed to avert it; when was the last time you prayed for a struggling church member before you were ever asked to do so?

Is your prayer life only about yourself and what God can do for you? If it is so, do more than that.

You are in Him; you too must constantly intercede for the lives of other people.

GOLDEN NUGGET: 

He ever lives to make intercession for us. You are in Him, you too must constantly intercede for the lives of other people.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your Word. I understand the pangs of the master, that true minister of the sanctuary. Because of the realm from which I pray, my heart is for the lives of men and it is in this understanding that I burn incense. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Throat Pain Healed After Prayer

In 2015, a fish bone got stuck in my throat during a meal and since then I had pain while eating.

During Phaneroo 155 in August 2017, I asked one of the pastors at the close of service to pray for me in faith for my healing. After a brief prayer, the pain in my throat left and I felt completely fine.

In the days that followed, I had my meals with NO PAIN AT ALL. Even where I previously felt a roughness in my throat while eating, it had disappeared.

Praise and Glory to God! Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever!

The Incomparable Wisdom of the Church

Judges 14:18 (KJV), And the men of the city said unto him on the seventh day before the sun went down,What is sweeter than honey? and what is stronger than a lion? And he said unto them, If ye had not plowed with my heifer, ye had not found out my riddle.

The context of our theme scripture is that Samson told a riddle to the men of Timnath and promised that if they could unravel it within seven days of the feast, he would give to them thirty sheets and thirty change of garments but if they were to fail to declare it, they would give to him the thirty sheets and thirty change of garments (Judges 14:12-14).

This was the riddle: Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the strong came forth sweetness (Judges 14:14).

When they could not for three days solve the riddle, they threatened his wife until she pressed him for an answer, which answer she eventually revealed to them (Judges 14:15-17).

Look at this story in the context of Christ and the Church. Paul says, For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and the two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church (Ephesians 5:31-32).

This story reminds us that the wisdom of Christ (husband) can only be revealed through the church (the wife).

Further more, the riddle was about honey. Honey represents the Word of God. (Psalms 119:103).

It means that out of you flow the riches of the Wisdom of God from His Word.
Which is why you are a steward of the mysteries of the kingdom (1 Corinthians 4:1); why you are qualified to even teach this wisdom to principalities (Ephesians 3:10).

The wisdom of Christ (husband) can only be revealed through the church (the wife).

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for your Word. It is as honey to my lips and the treasure of wisdom. This wisdom can never be accessed by they of this world. It can  only come out of me. By this understanding, out of me flow ideas that change the
world and amaze the greatest minds the world has ever known. In Jesus’ name.

Things That Make Ministers: Waiting On Your Ministry

Romans 12:6-8 (KJV), Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

There is a difference between ministry and service. By service, the gift in you can teach, prophesy and exhort, but as pertaining the transition from gifted to the minister, it is important that you learn to wait upon your ministry.

What does it mean to wait upon your ministry? It is to yield to God and allow him to teach and lead you into the patterns and principles of ministry.

The result is that whatever works through you (be it teaching or prophecy), has a very clear grain of what must be imparted in the hearts of men as ‘rhema’. You carry the approval of God in spirit.

In this way, you multiply grace to your hearers.

Multiplying grace means that what is upon your life can be seen working in the lives of those to whom you minister.

When no man around you can do what you can do, you are not a minister, you are just a gifted Christian. Wait on the Lord!!!

There is a difference between ministry and service. By service, the gift in you can teach, prophesy and exhort, but as pertaining the transition from gifted to the minister, it is important that you learn to wait upon your ministry.

PRAYER: Father, I am grateful for your Word. I am instructed in the pattern by which men minister in the fullness of their ministration. By this overflow in my spirit, grace is multiplied in those to whom I minister. They walk and demonstrate the things I teach and do. To the glory of your name. Amen.
