BID NOTICE

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2018/2019 – 2019/2020.

1. Phaneroo Ministries International has allocated funds to be used for the pre-qualification of providers for the FYs 2018/2019 – 2019/2020
2. The Entity now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit applications to be pre-qualified for provision of goods and services listed below of for the Financial years 2018/2019 – 2019/2020
   

   A	GOODS / SUPPLIES
   1.	Assorted office stationery
   2.	Assorted Toners and Ink,Printer consumables and accessories
   3.	ICT equipment, Computers,printers & Computer Accessories
   4.	Office furniture and fittings
   5.	Electrical equipment and accessories
   6.	Fire fighting equipment
   7.	Office supplies & toiletries(Supermarket supplies)
   B	SERVICES
   1.	Supply & Installation of computer software,networking
   2.	Legal services
   3.	Generator: Hire,supply & maintenance
   4.	Computer repair & maintenance
   5.	Maintenance & Repair of electrical equipment
   6.	Maintenance & repair of office tools & equipment
   7.	Motor vehicle hire services(short & long haulage)
   8.	Printing,engraving,art,graphic designing
   9.	Garbage collection & disposal
   10.	Garage services for repair & maintenance of motor vehicles
   11.	Hire of functional services(tents,chairs,mobile toilets etc)
   12.	Janitor services,plumbing & fumigation
   13.	Uniforms & protective wear

3. Pre-qualification is open to all legally registered companies in Uganda.The Minimum requirement for pre-qualification will be based on but not limited to the following below:
   1. Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
   2. Valid Trading Licence
   3. TIN Number
4. Bidders should not apply for more than two items in one category
5. A bidder shall not present more than one company to be considered for shortlisting
6. Phaneroo Ministries International reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall not be received:
