Acts 17:30-31 (KJV); And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
There are times when God extends grace to men because of their ignorance.
This is what the Bible means in our theme scripture when it says that in the days of ignorance, the Lord winked.
Sadly, there are ministers of the gospel who have built doctrines around the things that God winks at.
Simply because the Lord answered a man’s prayer does not necessarily mean that the man prayed by the patterns established by the scriptures. God can answer a man’s prayer despite his ignorance.
Simply because some fruit is evident in a man’s life does not mean that he is living exactly by the patterns dictated in the Word of God. He may simply have stumbled upon some graces in the realm of the spirit but if asked how he did certain things; he may not be able to explain his miracle.
For example, a man may fast to move God. If “God moves” on behalf of that man, it does not mean He is moved by fasting.
We are in the days of knowledge. God wants us to repent and change our mindsets. This repentance requires that we understand the scriptures by the patterns set by God because acting in ignorance will always limit us.
This is the dispensation of knowledge. God is calling us to become students of His ways.

GOLDEN NUGGET: We are in the days of knowledge. God wants us to repent and change our mindsets. This repentance requires that we understand the scriptures by the patterns set by God because acting in ignorance will always limit us.
PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this word. Thank You because we are living in the days of great knowledge and revelation. I receive what You are pouring out and exercise it in my life. Ignorance is far from me because I am a lover of truth, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Ebikolwa by’Abatume 17:30-31 (KJV); Kale Katonda ebiro ebyo eby’obutamanya teyabitunuuliranga; naye kaakano alagira abantu bonna abali wonna wonna okwenenya, kubanga yateekawo olunaku lw’agenda okusaliramu omusango ogw’ensonga ensi zonna mu muntu gwe yayawulamu, bwe yamala okuwa bonna ekikkirizisa bwe yamuzuukiza mu bafu.”
Waliwo ebiseera Katonda mw’asembeza ekisa eri abantu olw’obutamanya bwabwe.
Kye kino Baibuli ky’etegeeza mu kyawandiikibwa kyaffe ekigguddewo bw’egamba nti mu nnaku ez’obutamanya, Katonda teyabitunuuliranga.
Eky’ennaku, waliyo abaweereza b’enjiri abazimbye enjigiriza nga beetooloolera ku bintu Katonda by’atatunuulira.
Olw’okubanga Katonda yayanukudde essaala y’omusajja tekitegeeza nti omusajja oyo yasabye nga agoberera emitendera gy’enkola eziteekeddwawo ebyawandiikibwa. Katonda asobola okwanukula essaala y’omuntu ne mu butamanya bwe.
Olw’okubanga ekibala ekimu kirabibwako mu bulamu bw’omuntu tekitegeeza nti atambulira mu mitendera gy’enkola egisaliddwawo mu Kigambo kya Katonda. Asobola okubeera nga yatomera butomezi ekisa ekimu mu nsi ey’omwoyo naye nga bw’abuuzibwa engeri gye yakolamu ebintu ebimu; ayinza obutasobola kunnyonnyola kyamagero kye.
Eky’okulabirako, omusajja asobola okusiiba, atambuze Katonda. Katonda “bw’atambula” ku lw’omusajja oyo, tekitegeeza nti Atambuzibwa kusiiba.
Tuli mu nnaku ez’okumanya. Katonda ayagala twenenye tukyuse endowooza zaffe. Okwenenya kuno kutwetaagisa nti tutegeera ebyawandiikibwa okusinziira ku mitendera gy’enkola eziteekedwawo Katonda kubanga okweyisiza mu butamanya kijja kutukugiranga buli kaseera.
Guno omulembe gwa kumanya. Katonda atuyita okufuuka abayizi b’engeri ze.

Ebyakozirwe Entumwa 17:30-31; Ebiro ebyo eby’okutamanya, Ruhanga akabirenzya amaisho, kwonka hati naaragiira abantu boona abari hoona kweteisa, ahakuba akataho ekiro eki aricweraho emanja z’ensi yoona omu kuhikiirira, naazicwisa Omuntu ou yaatooraine; kandi ebyo akabihamiza abantu boona, obu yaamuzoora omu bafu.
Hariho obu Ruhanga arikugirira embabazi abantu ahabw’obutamanya bwaabo.
Eki nikyo Baiburi erikumanyisa omu mutwe gw’ebyahandiikirwe byaitu ku erikugira eti ebiro by’obutamanya, Mukama akabirenzya amaisho.
Eky’obusaasi, hariho ababurizi b’engiri abombekire enyegyesa aha bintu ebi Ruhanga arikurenzya amaisho.
Okugira ngu Mukama yagarukamu eshaara y’omuntu tikirikumanyisa ngu omuntu ogwo ashabaire omu ngyenderwaho ezihamiibwe ebyahandiikirwe. Ruhanga nabaasa kugarukamu eshaara y’omuntu omu butamanya bwe.
Ebyaana kureebeka omu magara g’omuntu tikirikumanyisa ngu ariho ahabw’engyenderwaho ezirikutegyekwa Ekigambo kya Ruhanga. Nabaasa kuba atomeire embabazi zimwe omunsi y’omwoyo kwonka ku arikubuzibwa oku yakozire ebintu ebimwe; nabaasa obutashoborora eky’okutangaaza kye.
Eky’okureeberaho, omuntu nabaasa kwesibyakwo kushemeza Ruhanga. “Ruhanga ku arikugarukamu eshaara z’omuntu ogwo, tikirikumanyisa ngu nahabw’okusiiba kw’omuntu ogwo.
Turi omu biro by’okumanya. Ruhanga nayenda ngu tweteise kandi tuhindure enteekateeka zaitu. Okweteisa oku nikwetengyesa ngu twetegyereze ebyahandiikirwe ahabw’engyenderwaho eziteirweho Ruhanga ahabw’okuba okukorera omu butamanya nikitutabo obukomo.
Obu n’obusingye bw’okumanya. Ruhanga ariyo natweeta kuba abeegi b’emitwarize ye.

Ebikorwa 17:30-31 (KJV); Ebiro ebi mwamazire omu butamanya, Ruhanga atabiteho mutima; baitu hati naaragira abantu boona, hoona nambere bali, beegarukemu, habwokuba akataho ekiro nambere ensi yoona ericwerwaho omusango omu mazima, nigucwibwa omuntu ou yataireho, kandi eki akakyoleka abantu boona obu yamuhumbwire omu bafu.
Haroho obusumi obu Ruhanga ahereza abantu embabazi habw’obutamanya bwabo.
Kinu nikyo Baibuli nemanyisa omukyahandikirwe kyaitu eky’omutwe obu ekugamba ngu omubiro by’obutamanya, Mukama atabiteho mutima.
Eky’obusaasi, haroho abahereza ab’enjiri abombekere enyegesa habintu ebya Ruhanga atatekaho mutima.
Ngu habwokuba Mukama akagarukamu esaara y’omuntu tikikumanyisa ngu omuntu ogu akasaba nahondera engiga ezitairweho ebyahandikirwe. Ruhanga nasobora kugarukamu esaara y’omuntu nobwakuba anyina obutamanya.

Tuli mubiro by’okumanya. Ruhanga nagonza twegarukemu tuhindule entekereza zaitu. Okwegarukamu kunu nikwetagisa twetegereze ebyahandikirwe habw’engiga ezitairweho Ruhanga habwokuba okukorra omubutamanya kiratukugiraga obukya bukya.
Kanu kasumi k’okumanya. Ruhanga natweta okufooka beegi b’emikorreye.

KATIKA SIKU ZA MAARIFA

Matendo 17:30-31 (KJV); Na nyakati zile za ujinga Mungu alijifanya kama hazioni; lakini sasa anawaagiza watu wote wa kila mahali watubu. Naye amewapa watu wote uthabiti wa mambo hayo kwa kumfufua katika wafu.
Kuna wakati Mungu huwapa wanadamu neema kwa sababu ya ujinga wao.
Hivi ndivyo Biblia inavyomaanisha katika andiko letu la mada inaposema kwamba katika siku za ujinga, Bwana alijifanya kama hazioni.
Cha kusikitisha ni kwamba, kuna watumishi wa injili ambao wamejenga mafundisho juu ya mambo ambayo Mungu hujifanya kutoyaona.
Kwa sababu tu Bwana alijibu maombi ya mtu haimaanishi kwamba mtu huyo aliomba kwa mifumo iliyowekwa na maandiko. Mungu anaweza kujibu maombi ya mtu licha ya kutojua kwake.
Kwa sababu tu matunda fulani yanaonekana katika maisha ya mtu haimaanishi kwamba anaishi kulingana na kanuni zinazoonyeshwa katika Neno la Mungu. Huenda alibahatika tu na neema fulani katika ulimwengu wa roho lakini akiulizwa jinsi alivyofanya mambo fulani; huenda asiweze kueleza muujiza wake.
Kwa mfano, mtu anaweza kufunga ili kumsogeza Mungu. Ikiwa “Mungu atasonga” kwa niaba ya mtu huyo, haimaanishi Mungu hasogezwi kwa kufunga.
Tuko katika siku za maarifa. Mungu anataka tutubu na kubadili mawazo yetu. Toba hii inahitaji kwamba tuelewe maandiko kwa mifumo iliyowekwa na Mungu kwa sababu kutenda kwa ujinga kutatuwekea upungufu siku zote.
Hiki ni kipindi cha maarifa. Mungu anatuita tuwe wanafunzi wa njia zake.
