Matthew 16:18(KJV); And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
The war that the Church of Christ is waging against the enemy is at hell’s gates and not at the Church’s gates. The Church’s gates are not distressed with the ravages of war, they are wide open, admitting saints into God’s kingdom. The chaos is at hell’s gates, where God’s generals are busy causing havoc.
What this means is that it is not the devil that is attacking the Church, it is the Church that is attacking the devil. We are not the one’s running away from him, he is the one running away from us because we are in hot pursuit!
Think about it!
Often times, people’s testimonies are about how they survived the devil’s attacks: the devil attacked them with a disease, he attacked them with an accident or he attacked them with robbers.
That is not how God expects you to think. Your testimony should be of how you are attacking the devil. It is the demons that should go back to their meetings crying about how you attacked them.
This is how Christ lived. His mere presence in a place was an attack on demons. They quailed with fear before He even spoke a word (Matthew 8:28-29).
The Bible does not have any record of Jesus conversing with Peter about how he survived a demonic attack. No!
In fact, when Jesus died, the Bible says He descended to hell. Why?
He was on the offensive! When He descended into hell, He went there as a general waging an attack. (Colossians 2:15).
Change your understanding and language. Let it not be you claiming to have “demonic attacks.” Let it be the devil having “Christian attacks.”
You are depopulating hell, casting out devils, and healing the sick. You are the one attacking the devil, he is not attacking you.

马太福音16:18 我还告诉你,你是彼得,我要把我的教会建造在这磐石上,阴间的权柄不能胜过它。
基督徒会对敌人发动的战争的地方是在地狱之门,而不是在教会的门口。教堂的大门并不因战争的蹂躏而苦恼,而是很开放,欢迎圣徒进入神的国度。然则混乱是在地狱之门,上帝的将军们正忙于制造混乱在地狱之门。
这意味着不是魔鬼攻击教会,而是教会在攻击魔鬼。我们不是逃避他的人,他是那个逃离我们的人,因为我们正在紧追不舍!
想想看!
很多时候,人们的见证都是关于他们如何在魔鬼的袭击中幸存下来的:魔鬼用疾病攻击他们,他出事袭击了他们,或者他用强盗袭击他们。
神不希望你这样想。你的见证应该是你如何攻击魔鬼的。恶魔们应该回到他们的会议上哭着说你是如何攻击他们的。
基督就是这样生活的。他出现在一个地方是对魔鬼的攻击。他还没开口,他们就吓得发抖 (马太福音 8:28-29)。
圣经中没有任何关于耶稣与彼得谈论他如何在恶魔的攻击中幸存下来的记录。没有!
事实上,当耶稣死后,圣经上说他下地狱了。为什么?
他在进攻!当他下地狱的时候,他以将军的身份去那里发动进攻 (歌罗西书 2:15)。
改变你的理解和语言。让它不是你声称有“恶魔攻击”。 让它成为经历“基督徒攻击”的魔鬼。
