Apostle Grace Lubega
1 Corinthians 2:16 (NLT): “For, ‘Who can know the LORD’s thoughts? Who knows enough to teach him?’ But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.”

Many believers are familiar with the phrase, “What would Jesus do?” It is often used as a moral compass when facing life’s decisions. While well-intentioned, this question subtly places Jesus at a distance as though He were merely an example from the past rather than a living presence within us today.
Scripture reveals a greater reality: Christ lives in you. Our theme scripture takes this truth even further. It tells us that we possess His mind. The Amplified Classic Version (AMPC) says: “But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.”
This changes everything. In this present dispensation, the relevant question is no longer, “What would Jesus do?” Instead, it becomes, “What is Jesus doing, right now, in and through me?”
As you walk through your day, pause and reflect on this truth. When you think, it is Christ in you expressing His wisdom. When you choose, it is Christ in you manifesting His will. When you love, forgive, speak, or act, it is Christ in you revealing His heart. Hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET: When you think, it is Christ in you expressing His wisdom. When you choose, it is Christ in you manifesting His will. When you love, forgive, speak, or act, it is Christ in you revealing His heart.
PRAYER: Loving Father, thank You for the priceless gift of Christ. Thank You that I carry His mind. You heighten my consciousness of Your presence and teach me to yield to Your thoughts, feelings, and purposes in every decision I make. My life is a clear expression of Christ at work in me, thinking through me, speaking through me, and acting through me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
