Apostle Grace Lubega
Psalm 37:25 (KJV): “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.”

In our theme scripture, God reveals an important aspect of His heart concerning provision. When He provides for a man, His covenant faithfulness does not end there—it extends to that man’s seed.
God does not bless you and ignore your children. His provision carries generational continuity.
This is a consciousness every believer must carry. Settle it in your mind and spirit that your children will not lack. Their future is not uncertain. Provision follows them because they are partakers of a covenant promise.
As a parent, this understanding liberates you from making decisions driven by fear. We do not build legacies out of anxiety about tomorrow. We build from the confidence that God has already spoken concerning our seed—that they will not beg for bread.
This does not remove the need for children to be responsible, but it anchors responsibility in faith rather than fear. Hallelujah!

PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for this word. Thank You because the future of my children and children’s children is in your capable hands. I know that they will never struggle because Your promise is true. Like you keep me, You keep them. Like You provide for me, You provide for them. Like You have increased me, You increase them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
