Apostle Grace Lubega
Hebrews 13:4(KJV): “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.”
—
Our theme scripture teaches that “Marriage is honorable in all.” The language used herein is “in all” and not “to all.” This points to what God does in a person through marriage.
Marriage is one of God’s most powerful tools for transformation. It exposes the heart, confronts selfishness, and demands growth. Through daily choices—love over pride, forgiveness over offense, sacrifice over convenience—God shapes character.
God also uses marriage to align individuals with His purposes. Two lives are joined not just for companionship, but for destiny. As iron sharpens iron, spouses are refined so they can better represent Christ, steward responsibility, raise godly children, and serve the Kingdom with unity and power.
Those called into marriage must understand that it is not about personal fulfilment alone; it is about transformation. It is God working in you to produce Christlikeness and eternal fruit. Hallelujah.

PRAYER: Lord God, thank You for the gift of marriage. You shape my character, refine my attitude and align me with Your divine purposes. You teach me humility, patience, forgiveness, and sacrificial love. Where marriage reveals weakness, Your grace brings growth. Where it demands surrender, You give me strength to obey. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
