Ecclesiastes 10:10(KJV); If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.

In life, there are people whose results never equate to their labours.
Our theme scripture says that they have to invest more strength in what they do because the iron is blunt.
They pray very hard but see little or no fruit for their prayers.
They toil tirelessly at their jobs, projects and ministry but the amount of time and effort invested in the work is not proportionate to the results they receive.
Some of these individuals assume that the answer is to apply more strength; pray more, fast longer or work harder.
All of these are useless if one does not whet the edge of the iron.
Sometimes, the answer is not more prayer or more labour. Somethings are not in the prayer realm.
Every time you find that your efforts do not match up to your results, seek wisdom. She will direct you in places where strength has no say. She will have a voice in the realms where prayer has little impact.

DIRIGÉ PAR LA SAGESSE

Ecclésiaste 10:10 (NBS); Si le fer est émoussé et qu’on n’en aiguise pas le tranchant, on devra redoubler de vigueur ; l’avantage de la sagesse, c’est qu’elle procure le succès.
Dans la vie, il y a des gens dont les résultats ne correspondent jamais à leurs travaux.
Notre écriture thématique dit qu’ils doivent investir plus de force dans ce qu’ils font parce que le fer est émoussé.
Ils prient très fort mais ne voient que peu ou pas de fruits pour leurs prières.
Ils travaillent sans relâche à leur travail, à leurs projets et à leur ministère, mais le temps et les efforts investis dans le travail ne sont pas proportionnels aux résultats qu’ils reçoivent.
Certaines de ces personnes supposent que la réponse est d’appliquer plus de force ; priez plus, jeûnez plus longtemps ou travaillez plus dur.
Tout cela est inutile si l’on n’aiguise pas le fil du fer.
Parfois, la réponse n’est pas plus de prière ou plus de travail. Quelque chose n’est pas dans le domaine de la prière.
Chaque fois que vous constatez que vos efforts ne correspondent pas à vos résultats, recherchez la sagesse. Elle vous dirigera dans des endroits où la force n’a pas son mot à dire. Elle aura une voix dans les domaines où la prière a peu d’impact.

Prediker 10:10 (HSV); Als het ijzer bot wordt en iemand slijpt de snede niet, dan moet hij meer kracht zetten. Het voornaamste om te slagen is wijsheid.
In het leven zijn er mensen waarvan de resultaten nooit gelijk zijn aan hun werk.
Onze thema schrift zegt dat ze meer kracht moeten investeren in wat ze doen, omdat het ijzer stomp is.
Ze bidden heel hard, maar zien weinig of geen vrucht van hun gebeden.
Zij arbeiden onvermoeibaar op hun taken, projecten en bediening, maar de hoeveelheid tijd en moeite geïnvesteerd in het werk is niet in verhouding tot de resultaten die ze ontvangen.
Sommige van deze individuen veronderstellen dat het antwoord is, het toepassen van, meer kracht, meer bidden, vasten langer of harder werken.
Al deze zijn nutteloos als men niet de rand van het ijzer slijpt.
Soms is het antwoord niet meer bidden of meer van de arbeid. Sommige dingen zijn niet in het rijk van gebed.
Elke keer dat je merkt dat je inspanningen niet overeenkomen met je resultaten, zoek wijsheid. Ze zal je de weg wijzen naar plaatsen waar kracht geen zeggenschap heeft. Ze zal een stem hebben in de rijken waar gebed weinig impact heeft.
