Apostle Grace Lubega

1 John 3:9(AMP); No one born (begotten) of God [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin, for God’s nature abides in him [His principle of life, the divine sperm, remains permanently within him]; and he cannot practice sinning because he is born (begotten) of God.

You were a sinner saved by grace, NOW you are a saint kept by grace.

The Bible says that when Christ died, you died with him (Romans 6:8).

The sinner who was saved by grace died with Christ. He was buried with Him and his existence in the eyes of God and in the life of the spirit came to an end.

For old things are passed away and all things are become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

The new creature begotten in Christ is incorruptible for he is begotten of the incorruptible seed which is the Word of God (1 Peter 1:23).

Incorruptibility is a nature issue, and the Greek word “apthartos” used therein means “not liable to corruption.”

Sin is corruption—the new creature in Christ is dead to corruption and corruption is dead to him (Romans 6:2).

Like our theme scripture says, he cannot [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practice sin, for God’s nature abides in him [His principle of life, the divine sperm, remains permanently within him]; and he cannot practice sinning because he is born (begotten) of God.

That is the reason why the new creature in Christ] is called a saint, its not in his nature to sin.
That is the man that fights against the flesh and overcomes Hallelujah!

GOLDEN NUGGET:
You were a sinner saved by grace, NOW you are a saint kept by grace.

PRAYER: Lord, I am grateful for your grace. It preserves and keeps me, it teaches and instructs me in the ways of righteousness. I thank you that by your grace, I walk in righteousness, confident of the fullness of the sacrifice that purchased my atonement and forgiveness. I live life in the freedom of one who is sanctified and justified. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Amen.
