Acts 4:33(KJV): And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

Today, there are people in the world who no longer believe in the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
They may believe He existed and walked the surface of the earth and as such, He is merely one of the great historical figures but to them, He did not die and rise again.
Why is this thinking pervading some parts of the world?
It is because many of these people have not had the opportunity to experience the power of God. So, where little or no power is demonstrated, people also tend to disqualify the resurrection.
There is a very deep correlation between miracles, signs and wonders and the resurrection of Christ.
Because Jesus died and rose again, we have the boldness to cast out devils, heal the sick and believe God for the impossible.
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15:14, “And if Christ has not been raised, then all our preaching is useless, and your faith is useless.”
The difference between Christianity and any other faith is this resurrection power at work in our spirits.
It is what gives us the audacity to lay hands on the lame and command them to walk, rebuke cancer out of a patient’s body and destroy any other works of the enemy.
When we meditate on this resurrection power, we ask ourselves, ‘If death bowed to Jesus what affliction would not bow to His name? If the grave could not hold Him, what grave (financial, career or ministry) can hold us?’
Because it was impossible for death to keep Him in its grip, nothing can hold a child of God in its grip against his or her will.

GOLDEN NUGGET: When we meditate on this resurrection power, we ask ourselves, ‘If death bowed to Jesus, what affliction would not bow to His name? If the grave could not hold Him, what grave (financial, career or ministry) can hold us?’ Because it was impossible for death to keep Him in its grip, nothing can hold a child of God in its grip against his or her will.
PRAYER: My Father, I thank You for this word. From the deepest convictions of my spirit, I know that Jesus is alive. By His resurrection, I walk in power. Miracles, signs and wonders are easy because of this truth. Whatever may have been dead in my life receives this power. It springs forth, lives again and starts anew, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

POUVOIR DE RÉSURRECTION

Aujourd’hui, il y a des gens dans le monde qui ne croient plus à la résurrection de notre Seigneur et Sauveur Jésus-Christ.
Ils peuvent croire qu’Il a existé et qu’Il a parcouru la surface de la terre et qu’en tant que tel, Il n’est qu’un des grands personnages historiques, mais pour eux, Il n’est pas mort ni ressuscité.
Pourquoi cette réflexion est-elle répandue dans certaines parties du monde ?
C’est parce que beaucoup de ces personnes n’ont pas eu l’occasion de faire l’expérience de la puissance de Dieu. Ainsi, là où peu ou pas de puissance est démontrée, les gens ont également tendance à disqualifier la résurrection.
Il existe une corrélation très profonde entre les miracles, les signes et les prodiges et la résurrection du Christ.
Parce que Jésus est mort et ressuscité, nous avons l’audace de chasser les démons, de guérir les malades et de croire en Dieu pour l’impossible.
Paul a dit dans 1 Corinthiens 15:4 : « Et si Christ n’est pas ressuscité, notre prédication est donc vaine, et votre foi aussi est vaine. »
La différence entre le christianisme et toute autre foi réside dans cette puissance de résurrection à l’œuvre dans notre esprit.
C’est ce qui nous donne l’audace de mettre la main sur les boiteux et de leur ordonner de marcher, de chasser le cancer du corps d’un patient et de détruire toute autre œuvre de l’ennemi.
Lorsque nous méditons sur cette puissance de résurrection, nous nous demandons : « Si la mort s’inclinait devant Jésus, quelle affliction ne s’inclinerait pas devant Son nom ? Si la tombe ne pouvait pas le retenir, quelle tombe (financière, professionnelle ou ministérielle) peut nous retenir ?
Parce qu’il était impossible à la mort de le maintenir sous son emprise, rien ne peut retenir un enfant de Dieu sous son emprise contre sa volonté.

Les miracles, les signes et les prodiges sont faciles à cause de cette vérité. Tout ce qui a pu être mort dans ma vie reçoit ce pouvoir. Il jaillit, revit et recommence, au nom de Jésus, Amen.
