1 Corinthians 13:12(KJV), For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Knowledge is intimacy. When He says He knows you, it means that He is intimate with you.

This intimacy leads to union of which the Bible says, “He that is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.”(1 Corinthians 6:17).

The essence of knowledge therefore is to create a union between you and God. Knowledge should never separate you from the God you seek to know.

Some quote the scripture in Isaiah 55:9, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts” to justify their separation from God. To them, He is up in heaven and they are down on the earth and are nothing to Him.

But weightier truth reveals that “we have the mind of Christ” (1 Corinthians 2:16) and that He has made known unto us the mystery of His will (Ephesians 1:9).

These truths in themselves are a manifestation of the oneness we share with God.

Everything revealed by God is to remind you of your oneness with Him.

Study the Word and receive revelation in oneness with God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this Word. I receive revelation in the understanding that it establishes me in the union of my spirit with you. I walk, study and pray as one who is one with you. Because I receive knowledge in this understanding, when people see me, they see you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

LA CONNAISSANCE EST L’INTIMITÉ

1 Corinthiens 13:12 (KJV) Aujourd’hui nous voyons au moyen d’un miroir, d’une manière obscure, mais alors nous verrons face à face; aujourd’hui je connais en partie, mais alors je connaîtrai comme j’ai été connu.

La connaissance est l’intimité. Quand Il dit qu’Il vous connaît, cela signifie qu’Il est intime avec vous.

Cette intimité conduit à l’union dont la Bible dit : « Celui qui est uni au Seigneur est un seul esprit avec Lui. » (1 Corinthiens 6:17).

L’essence de la connaissance est donc de créer une union entre vous et Dieu. La connaissance ne devrait jamais vous séparer du Dieu que vous cherchez à connaître.

Certains citent l’écriture dans Esaïe 55:9 : « Car comme les cieux sont plus élevés que la terre, ainsi mes voies sont plus élevées que vos voies et mes pensées que vos pensées » pour justifier leur séparation de Dieu. Pour eux, Il est au ciel et ils sont sur la terre et ne sont rien pour Lui.

Mais une vérité plus pesante révèle que « nous avons l’esprit du Christ » (1 Corinthiens 2:16) et qu’Il nous a fait connaître le mystère de Sa volonté (Éphésiens 1:9).

Ces vérités en elles-mêmes sont une manifestation de l’unité que nous partageons avec Dieu.

Tout ce que Dieu révèle est de vous rappeler votre unité avec Lui.

Étudiez la Parole et recevez la révélation dans l’unité avec Dieu. Alléluia !
