At The End Of Perfection: Death

At The End Of Perfection: Death

Apostle Grace Lubega

Psalms 119:96 (KJV), I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.

One day, while David was waiting on the Lord, God carried him by the Spirit and took him to the end of all perfection.

When he reached the edge of perfection, he found the Word. It means that understanding the broadness of the Word begins when God takes you to the end of all perfection.

What happens to a man who reaches this end? Why is this experience important to you as a believer?

When a man is in this experience, God kills lust.

This lust has been summed up as “the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life.”(1 John 2:16).

These three are the sum total of the force of carnal desire for any man in the world.
The Bible says they are not of the Father.

God knows that if a lusting man is exposed to the beauty of the things of God, he may destroy both himself and those to whom he ministers.

At the end of all perfection, God (the Word) becomes your ultimate satisfaction.

You lose an attachment to anything in this world and can easily give it up if it stands in the way of your relationship with God.

GOLDEN NUGGET:

At the end of all perfection, God (the Word) becomes your ultimate satisfaction.

PRAYER: Father, I thank you because of the experience of beholding the end of all perfection. At this end, I see the broadness of your Word and this revelation opens me to greater worlds than I have seen before. Because I have this understanding, the worlds to come are submitted to me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
