Thoughts Of Peace

Apostle Grace Lubega

Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV); For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

God has plans for every man in this life.

In our theme scripture, God calls them “thoughts of peace.”

God’s thoughts concerning you are of peace.

The Hebrew word for peace is “shalom” which means COMPLETENESS, SOUNDNESS, WELLNESS, HEALTH and PROSPERITY.

The Psalmist, meditating upon these thoughts exclaimed, “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.” (Psalm 139:17-18).

The Word of God has revealed these thoughts to us in saying that they are not plans of evil, but THOUGHTS OF PEACE, to give us an expected end!

For this reason, God reassures us by the wisdom of His word that the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut short.

The Bible says in Proverbs 23:18, “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

Child of God, surely your end is of the Lord; and your story is great! You shall finish well! You shall not die young!

You shall have peace all the days of your life! Wickedness is far from you! You and your seed shall never beg for bread! Your ministry shall not fail! Your marriage shall have peace! Your children shall be for signs, miracles and wonders!

Your mind will always be sound! Divine health is yours! This is your heritage in the Lord! Glory, hallelujah!
