Matthew 1:23 (KJV) Behold, a virgin shall be with child and shall bring forth a son and they shall call his name Emmanuel which being interpreted is God with us.
Growing up, I heard this persistent question: if there is so much suffering in the world, does God exist?The devil has sought to alienate many from the reality of the person of God. Every form of affliction, attack, disease and bondage is engineered to disqualify, not just the goodness of God in a “fallen world” but the existence of God in that world.
But our theme scripture says “they shall call his name Emmanuel.” The Greek name Emmanuel means God with us. Who are they?
Jesus was called Emmanuel by those that saw the working of God in Him. The Bible says He went about doing good, healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was with Him (Acts 10:38). When they saw Jesus and what he did, they saw God.
We see this experience repeated in the life of Paul and Barnabas. When Paul commanded a cripple to walk, they of Lycaonia said, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men.”(Acts 14:10-11). They did not say “men have come to us in the likeness of gods” rather “gods have come to us in the likeness of men.”
That is the mystery of godliness(1 Timothy 3:16). The living God in human flesh, Christ in us the hope of glory(Colossians 1:27).
With God working through us, we are the comfort to the world that God lives and dwells among men. We are answers to their needs. We are life to those that seek it. We are hope to them that desire it. Praise God!

Matayo 1:23 “Dore umwari azasama inda kandi azabyara umuhungu, Azitwa Imanweli”, risobanurwa ngo”Imana iri kumwe natwe”.
Nkura, numvise ikibazo kiguma kugaruka: niba hari ukubabara kwinshi mu isi, ese Imana ibaho?Satani yashatse kuyobya benshi mu kutamenya Imana neza. Kubabazwa uko ariko kose, ibitero, indwara no kubohwa bigambiriye gutesha agaciro, atari ukugira neza kw’Imana gusa “mu isi yaguye” ahubwo kubaho kw’Imana muri iyo si
Ariko icyanditswe twifashishije “azitwa Emmanuel.” Izina ry’ikigiriki rya Emmanuel rivuze Imana iri kumwe natwe. Ni bande?
Yesu yiswe Emmanuel kuri bo babonye gukora kw’Imana muri we. Bibiliya iravuga ngo yagendaga ahantu hose agira neza, akiza abari bakandamijwe na satani kuko Imana yari kumwe nawe (Ibyakozwe n’intumwa 10:38). Iyo babonaga Yesu nibyo akora, babonaga Imana.
Twabonye ibi byongera kuba mu buzima bwa Pawulo na Barnaba. Igihe Pawulo yategekaga ikimuga kugenda, abo kwa lycawonia baravuga, “imana zije hagati muri twe mu ishusho y’abantu.” (Ibyakozwe n’intumwa 14:10-11). Ntibavuze ngo “abantu baje mu ishusho y’Imana” ahubwo bavuze ngo Imana ituziyeho mu ishusho y’abantu.”
Ubwo nibwo bwiru bw’ubu Mana (1 Timothy 3:16). Imana ihoraho mu mubiri w’umuntu, kristo muri twe ibyiringiro by’ubwiza (Abakolosayi 1:27).
Hamwe n’Imana gukorera muri twe, duhumuriza isi kuko Imana iba kandi itura mu bantu. Turi ibisubizo ku byifuzo byabo. Turi ubuzima kuri abo babushaka. Turi ibyiringiro kuri abo bashaka ibyiringiro. Imana ishimwe!

Matayo 1:23 Reeba, omwishiki oshugaine aryagira enda, azaare omwana w’omwojo, Eiziina rye aryayetwa Emanueli, amakuru ngu Ruhanga ari hamwe naitwe.
Ndikukura, nkaba mpurira ekibuuzo eki: hariho okubonabona kwaingi omu nsi, Ruhanga ariho?
Sitaane nasherura kutanisa baingi n’omuntu wa Ruhanga. Obusaasi bwona, ebihikirizi, endwara n’obuhuuku nibibaho ahabw’okuremesa, butari burungi bwa Ruhanga bwonka omu “nsi y’abasiisi” kwonka n’okubaho kwa Ruhanga omu nsi egyo.
Kwonka omutwe gwaitu gw’ebyahandiikirwe nigugira guti ” aryayetwa Emanueli.” Eiziina Emanueli omurugriika nikimanyisa Ruhanga naitwe. Nibaahi?
Yesu akaba nayetwa Emanueli abo abareebire eki Ruhanga yamukoziremu. Baiburi negira eti akagyendagyenda naakora ebirungi, naakiza boona abaabaire nibaitwa kubi Sitaane; ahabw’okuba Ruhanga akaba ari hamwe nawe. (Ebyakozirwe Entumwa10:38). Kubareebire Yesu nebiyakozire, bakareeba Ruhanga.
Nitureeba eki kigarukirwemu omu magara ga Paulo na Barunaba. Paulo kuyaragiire omuntu owaabaire azingazingirwe kugyenda, aba Lukaonia baayombera ahaiguru, nibagamba omu rurimi rwa Lukaonia, bati: Baaruhanga baatushuumamu omu nshusha y’abantu. (Ebyakozirwe Entumwa 14:10-11). Tibaragizire bati “abantu baatushuumamu omu nshusha ya Baaruhanga” kureka bakagira bati “Baaruhanga baatushuumamu omu nshusha y’abantu.”
Egyo niyo enaama y’obwa Ruhanga (1 Timoseo 3:16). Ruhanga oriho omu mubiri, Kristo omuriitwe amatsiko g’ekitiinisa (Abakolosai 1:27).
Ruhanga yaba nakora omuriitwe, nituba turi abahumuriza b’ensi ngu Ruhanga natuura n’abantu. Nitugarukamu ebyetengo byabo. Turi amagara ahari abo abarikugasherura. Turi amatsiko ahari abo abarikugetenga. Ruhanga ahimbisibwe!

EKY’OKUHAMIZA KIMWE: Turi abahumuriza b’ensi ngu Ruhanga natuura n’abantu.

LES CONVICTIONS DE L’EMMANUEL
Matthieu 1:23 (KJV) Voici que la vierge est enceinte et met au monde un fils. On l’appellera Emmanuel, ce qui veut Dieu-avec-nous.
En grandissant, j’ai entendu cette question persistante : s’il y a tellement de souffrance dans le monde, Dieu existe-t-il ?
Le diable a cherché à aliéner beaucoup de la réalité de la personne de Dieu. Toute forme d’affliction, d’attaque, de maladie et de servitude est conçue pour disqualifier non seulement la bonté de Dieu dans un « monde déchu » mais l’existence de Dieu dans ce monde.
Mais notre écriture dit : « Ils l’appelleront Emmanuel ». Le nom grec Emmanuel signifie Dieu avec nous. Qui sont-ils ?
Jésus a été appelé Emmanuel par ceux qui ont vu le travail de Dieu en Lui. La Bible dit qu’Il a fait le bien, en guérissant tous ceux qui étaient opprimés du diable parce que Dieu était avec Lui (Actes 10:38). Quand ils ont vu Jésus et ce qu’il a fait, ils ont vu Dieu.
Nous voyons cette expérience répétée dans la vie de Paul et Barnabas. Quand Paul a commandé un marrant pour marcher, les Lyques ont dit : « Les dieux sont descendus vers nous à l’image des hommes » (Actes 14:10-11). Ils n’ont pas dit : « Les hommes sont venus à nous à l’image des dieux » plutôt que « Les dieux sont venus à nous à l’image des hommes ».
C’est le mystère de la piété (1 Timothée 3:16). Le Dieu vivant en chair humaine, Christ en nous l’espérance de gloire (Colossiens 1:27).
Avec Dieu travaillant en nous, nous sommes le réconfort pour le monde que Dieu vit et habite parmi les hommes. Nous répondons à leurs besoins. Nous sommes la vie à ceux qui le recherchent. Nous espérons qu’ils désirent. Louons Dieu!

PRIERE: Père, je te remercie parce que je suis une réponse à la prière. Quand les hommes regardent ma vie, ils ne voient pas une excellente éducation ; ils ne voient pas un héritage familial riche ; ils voient Dieu. Je suis oint de détruire les œuvres de l’ennemi. Je fais le bien partout où je vais par la puissance du Saint-Esprit au témoignage ultime que, en effet, tu es avec nous. Au nom de Jésus. Amen.
