The Battle is the Lord’s

2 Chronicles 20:15 (KJV), And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

In this life, there are people who might set themselves to fight you but in doing so, they set themselves to fight God. And they cannot fight God and win.

God owns your battles. Because he owns your battles, he instructs you thus; “Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you…” (2 Chronicles 20:17).

The prophet Isaiah explains the futility of any man that dares to fight against God. He says, “Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall down, and they all shall fail together (Isaiah 31:3).

You are the anointed of God. When he said, “touch not the Lord’s anointed,” (Psalms 105:15) it was not a piece of advice, it was a warning.

God has owned your battle, find rest.

Aravuga ati”Nimwumve yemwe Bayuda mwese, namwe baturage b’i Yerusalemu nawe Mwami Yehoshafati, uku ni ko Uwiteka avuze ‘Mwitinya kandi mwe gukurwa umutima n’izo ngabo nyinshi, kuko urugamba atari urwanyu ahubwo ni urw’Imana.

Muri ubu buzima, hari abantu bashobora kwishyira hamwe ngo bakurwanye ariko mu kubigenza batyo, baba bishyize hamwe kurwanya Imana. Ariko, nago barwanya Imana ngo batsinde.

Imana niyo nyir’intambara zawe. Kuko intambara zawe ziyireba, irakuburira iti; Muri iyo ntambara ntimuzagomba kurwana, muzahagarare mwireme inteko gusa, mwirebere agakiza Uwiteka azabaha….(2 Ingoma 20:17).

Umuhanuzi Yesaya asobanura ibyago by’umuntu wese uhangara kurwanya Imana. Aravuga, Kandi rero Abanyegiputa si Imana ni abantu gusa, n’amafarashi yabo si umwuka ni inyama gusa, maze ubwo Uwiteka azarambura ukuboko utabaye azasitara, kandi utabawe azagwa. Nuko bose bazashirira hamwe (Yesaya 31:13).

Wasizwe n’Imana. Igihe yavugaga iti, “ntukore kuwasizwe,” (Zaburi 105:15) nago kwari ukugira inama, kwari ukuburira.

Imana yishyizeho intambara zawe, ruhuka.

LA BATAILLE EST AU SEIGNEUR

2 Chroniques 20:15 (KJV) Et il dit : Soyez attentifs, tout Juda et habitants de Jérusalem, et toi, roi Josaphat ! Ainsi vous parle l’Eternel : Ne craignez point et ne vous effrayez point devant cette multitude nombreuse, car ce ne sera pas vous qui combattrez, ce sera Dieu.

Dans cette vie, il y a des gens qui pourraient se mettre à combattre mais en faisant cela, ils se mettent à combattre Dieu. Et ils ne peuvent pas combattre Dieu et gagner.

Dieu possède vos batailles. Parce qu’il possède vos batailles, il vous instruit ainsi : « Vous n’aurez pas besoin de combattre dans cette bataille : vous vous arrêtez, tenez-vous immobiles, et voyez le salut du Seigneur avec vous… » (2 Chroniques 20:17).

Le prophète Isaïe explique la futilité de tout homme qui ose se battre contre Dieu. Il dit : « Maintenant, les Egyptiens sont des hommes, et non pas Dieu ; et leurs chevaux, la chair, et non l’esprit. Quand l’Éternel étendra sa main, celui qui secourt tombera, et celui qui est aidé tombera, et tous échoueront ensemble » (Isaïe 31:3).

Vous êtes l’oint de Dieu. Quand il a dit : « Ne touchez pas à l’oint du Seigneur » (Psaumes 105:15), ce n’était pas un conseil, c’était un avertissement.

Dieu a possédé votre bataille, trouvez le repos.

PRIÈRE : Père, je te remercie parce que la victoire t’appartient. Je suis un esprit reposé parce que mes batailles sont à toi. Aucune arme façonnée contre moi ne peut prospérer et toute langue qui s’élève contre moi en jugement a été condamnée. Par ce témoignage, j’ai vaincu le monde et tous les plans de l’ennemi. Au nom de Jésus. Amen.
