Why We Preach The Grace: The Knowledge Of Good And Evil,

Genesis 2:17 (KJV), But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

The spirit of this world has over the years imprinted on the consciences of men “epic battles” of the fight between good and evil.

They communicate the ultimate deception that you do not need God to fight evil; only good can fight evil.

But, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was planted in the garden of Eden as a statement of the eternal principle that it is for God to fight evil and not just good to fight evil: the battle belongs to the Lord (2 Chronicles 20:15); Vengeance is of the Lord (Romans 12:19).

This is why Adam and Eve were never to eat or touch this tree.

Unfortunately, in our churches today, men are eating and touching this tree of the knowledge of good and evil and ignoring why it was in the garden.

They do so in teaching that all it takes is good to overcome evil.

This is primarily through the teaching of the law. For the law seeks to establish the testimony of divine victory purely by the good deeds of a man and ignores the infallible truth that “God worketh in you both to will and to do according to his good pleasure.”(Philippians 2:13).

The spirit of grace represents the fight of God versus evil. The spirit of the law represents the fight of good versus evil.

POURQOI NOUS PRÊCHONS LA GRÂCE : LA CONNAISSANCE DU BIEN ET DU MAL

Genèse 2:17 (KJV) Mais tu ne mangeras pas de l’arbre de la connaissance du bien et du mal, car le jour où tu en mangeras, tu mourras.

L’esprit de ce monde a imprimé au fil des ans sur les consciences des hommes des « batailles épiques » du combat entre le bien et le mal.

Ils communiquent la tromperie ultime que vous n’avez pas besoin de Dieu pour combattre le mal ; seul le bien peut combattre le mal.

Mais, l’arbre de la connaissance du bien et du mal a été planté dans le jardin d’Eden comme une déclaration du principe éternel que c’est à Dieu de combattre le mal et non seulement le bien pour combattre le mal : la bataille appartient au Seigneur (2 Chroniques 20:15) ; la vengeance vient du Seigneur (Romains 12:19).

C’est pourquoi Adam et Eve ne devaient jamais manger ou toucher cet arbre.

Malheureusement, dans nos églises aujourd’hui, les hommes mangent et touchent cet arbre de la connaissance du bien et du mal et ignorent pourquoi c’était dans le jardin.

Ils le font en enseignant que tout ce qu’il faut est bon pour vaincre le mal.

Ceci est principalement à travers l’enseignement de la loi. Car la loi cherche à établir le témoignage de la victoire divine uniquement par les bonnes actions d’un homme et ignore la vérité infaillible que « Dieu opère en vous à la fois de vouloir et de faire selon son bon plaisir » (Philippiens 2:13).

L’esprit de grâce représente le combat de Dieu contre le mal. L’esprit de la loi représente le combat du bien contre le mal.
